本发明涉及一种纯净水灌装后装车用的输送设备，具体涉及一种纯净水装车输送设备，包括带式输送机，带式输送机上设有输送带和机架，所述的输送带上均匀设有挡板，机架底部设有支架，支架中部设有液压缸，液压缸上设有液压杆，该设备不仅体积小可配备与任何灌装设备上使用，而且可根据车辆的高低随意调节纯净水输送设备的前后支腿的高低，真正实现装车自动化的目的，节省人力，使人们工作轻松，效率高。

本发明涉及一种纯净水灌装后装车用的输送设备，具体涉及一种纯净水装车输送设备。
背景技术
纯净水指的是不含杂质的水，简称净水或纯水，是纯洁、干净，不含有杂质或细菌的水，如有机污染物、无机盐、任何添加剂和各类杂质，是以符合生活饮用水卫生标准的水为原水。通过电渗析器法、离子交换器法、反渗透法、蒸馏法及其他适当的加工方法制得而成，密封于容器内，且不含任何添加物，无色透明，可直接饮用。市场上出售的太空水，蒸馏水均为纯净水。纯净水的市场越来越广泛。
目前，国内一些纯净水厂的桶装纯净水在灌装完后，都是用人工来进行搬运，有的距离远给搬运增加了劳动强度，并且费时费力，搬运速度慢。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种纯净水装车输送设备，该设备不仅体积小可配备与任何灌装设备上使用，而且可根据车辆的高低随意调节纯净水输送设备的前后支腿的高低，真正实现装车自动化的目的。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：一种纯净水装车输送设备，包括带式输送机，带式输送机上设有输送带和机架，所述的输送带上均匀设有挡板，机架底部设有支架，支架中部设有液压缸，液压缸上设有液压杆。
所述的输送带两侧均设有机架，机架底部均匀设有支架。
所述的液压杆的上端和液压缸的下端分别与支架固定连接。
所述的输送带为橡胶带。
本发明具有如下的有益效果：该设备不仅体积小可配备与任何灌装设备上使用，而且可根据车辆的高低随意调节纯净水输送设备的前后支腿的高低，真正实现装车自动化的目的；节省人力，使人们工作轻松，效率高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种纯净水装车输送设备，包括带式输送机，带式输送机上设有输送带1和机架2，所述的输送带1上均匀设有挡板6，机架2底部设有支架3，支架3中部设有液压缸5，液压缸5上设有液压杆4。所述的输送带1两侧均设有机架2，机架2底部均匀设有支架3。所述的液压杆4的上端和液压缸5的下端分别与支架3固定连接。所述的输送带1为橡胶带。
本发明在具体使用时：带式输送机通过机架2和机架2底部设置的支架3与地面固定，带式输送机上设置有驱动滚筒、改向滚筒、输送带和托辊，驱动滚筒由电机驱动，输送带依靠驱动滚筒与输送带之间的摩擦力拖动运行。液压缸5通过油管与液压站相连接，或者液压缸5通过油管和油泵及油桶相连接，来实现液压缸5的供油驱动工作。在具体使用时，根据装车车辆的高低，来调节带式输送机的前后各支架3上的液压杆4的高度，从而使带式输送机倾斜一定的角度方便纯净水桶的运输装送。输送带1设置为橡胶带及输送带1上设置的挡板6，可以防止纯净水桶的打滑及倾倒。

1.一种纯净水装车输送设备，包括带式输送机，带式输送机上设有输送带（1）和机架（2），其特征在于：所述的输送带（1）上均匀设有挡板（6），机架（2）底部设有支架（3），支架（3）中部设有液压缸（5），液压缸（5）上设有液压杆（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纯净水装车输送设备，其特征在于：所述的输送带（1）两侧均设有机架（2），机架（2）底部均匀设有支架（3）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纯净水装车输送设备，其特征在于：所述的液压杆（4）的上端和液压缸（5）的下端分别与支架（3）固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纯净水装车输送设备，其特征在于：所述的输送带（1）为橡胶带。
