本发明公开了一种双层抗菌透气烟用接装纸的制备方法,属于烟用接装纸制备技术领域。本发明将马尾松木浆、桦木木浆打浆后,与滑石粉等混合抄片处理后,经压榨、干燥得干燥纸备用,再取香蕉纤维与碱溶液混合,抽滤得滤渣,经压榨、老化后,与二硫化碳混合黄化处理,再与碱溶液混合制得香蕉粘胶溶液,将其涂覆于备用干燥纸表面后,经压制、干燥得烟用接装纸。本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备步骤简单,制备过程中无掉毛掉粉现象出现,有效解决了成纸表面强度降低问题;本发明烟用接装纸透气度高,具有较强的适印性能,抗菌率达95.6%以上。

一种双层抗菌透气烟用接装纸的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种双层抗菌透气烟用接装纸的制备方法,属于烟用接装纸制备技术领域。
背景技术
随着我国国民生活质量和消费水平的不断提高,人们的卷烟消费观念正在发生变化。在保证吸烟消费的前提下,人们越来越多地关注卷烟的低害和保健作用,这为低害卷烟和保健卷烟的发展创造了良好条件。烟用接装原纸是用作滤嘴香烟嘴棒外包装的卷烟包装材料,因其外观类似松木纹又名水松原纸,属于特种工业用纸。烟用接装原纸经过印刷(涂布)和分切后,成为接装纸,俗称水松纸。生产烟用接装原纸,一方面对纸张的吸水性、平滑度以及物理强度有较高要求,以满足印刷工艺和达到印刷效果;另一方面还须保证纸张的孔隙率,提高纸张的透气性能。烟用接装原纸一般以漂白硫酸盐木浆(一般为针叶木浆,或配用一定量的麻浆或阔叶木浆)为原料,控制打浆度、湿重,AKD 施胶,采用钛白粉、碳酸钙加填,配浆后送长网纸机进行抄造。但制备过程中易掉毛掉粉,成纸表面强度降低,适印性能变差,透气度低,抗菌性差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对目前烟用接装纸制备过程中易掉毛掉粉,成纸表面强度降低,适印性能变差,透气度低,抗菌性差的弊端,提供了一种将马尾松木浆、桦木木浆打浆后,与滑石粉等混合抄片处理后,经压榨、干燥得干燥纸备用,再取香蕉纤维与碱溶液混合,抽滤得滤渣,经压榨、老化后,与二硫化碳混合黄化处理,再与碱溶液混合制得香蕉粘胶溶液,将其涂覆于备用干燥纸表面后,经压制、干燥得烟用接装纸。本发明制备步骤简单,制备过程中无掉毛掉粉现象出现;本发明烟用接装纸表面强度高,具有较好的适印性能和抗菌性能,同时具有较高的透气度,值得推广与使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下所述的技术方案是:
(1)称取200~300g马尾松木浆和150~200g桦木木浆,分别加入双圆盘磨浆机中进行打浆,打浆至马尾松木浆质量分数为80~90%,叩解度为60~70°SR,桦木木浆质量分数为80~90%,叩解度为60~70°SR,将打浆后的马尾松木浆和桦木木浆混合,搅拌30~40min,得混合木浆;
(2)向上述混合木浆中分别加入混合木浆质量15~20%滑石粉、混合木浆质量1~3%阳离子淀粉和混合木浆质量5~7%纳米二氧化钛,搅拌混合20~30min后,置于抄片机中抄片处理,得湿纸页,将湿纸页置于油压机中,在5~8MPa下压榨30~50s,待压榨完成后,将其置于100~105℃下干燥20~30min,得干燥纸,备用;
(3)称取250~300g香蕉纤维,按质量比1:5与质量分数25%氢氧化钠溶液混合浸渍60~100min,随后抽滤得滤渣,放入压榨机中,在4~6MPa下压榨25~35min,将压榨后的滤渣在20~25℃温度老化3~5h,向老化后的滤渣中加入滤渣质量28~30%二硫化碳,黄化处理60~90min,得黄化物,按体积比1:10向黄化物中加入质量分数5%氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌混合20~30min,得香蕉粘胶溶液;
(4)将上述香蕉粘胶溶液均匀涂覆于步骤(2)备用的干燥纸表面,涂覆量为120~150g/m2,涂覆后放入纸机中,在真空度为0.1~0.3kPa,压制压力为4~6MPa条件下,压制30~60s,压制后干燥完全,即可得到双层抗菌透气烟用接装纸。
本发明制得的双层抗菌透气烟用接装纸纵向抗张强度为2.46~2.72kN·m-1,透气度为2.450~2.862μm·(Pa·s)-1,伸长率为1.92~2.08%,灰分为11.2~12.3%,吸水性为13.8~15.6g/m2,砷含量≤0.8mg/kg,铅含量≤4.5mg/kg,菌落总数≤182cfu/g。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明制备步骤简单,制备过程中无掉毛掉粉现象出现,有效解决了成纸表面强度降低问题;
(2)本发明烟用接装纸透气度高,具有较强的适印性能,抗菌率达95.6%以上。
具体实施方式

实例2
首先称取250g马尾松木浆和175g桦木木浆,分别加入双圆盘磨浆机中进行打浆,打浆至马尾松木浆质量分数为85%,叩解度为65°SR,桦木木浆质量分数为85%,叩解度为65°SR,将打浆后的马尾松木浆和桦木木浆混合,搅拌35min,得混合木浆;然后向上述混合木浆中分别加入混合木浆质量18%滑石粉、混合木浆质量2%阳离子淀粉和混合木浆质量6%纳米二氧化钛,搅拌混合25min后,置于抄片机中抄片处理,得湿纸页,将湿纸页置于油压机中,在7MPa下压榨40s,待压榨完成后,将其置于103℃下干燥25min,得干燥纸,备用;再称取275g香蕉纤维,按质量比1:5与质量分数25%氢氧化钠溶液混合浸渍80min,随后抽滤得滤渣,放入压榨机中,在5MPa下压榨30min,将压榨后的滤渣在23℃温度老化4h,向老化后的滤渣中加入滤渣质量29%二硫化碳,黄化处理75min,得黄化物,按体积比1:10向黄化物中加入质量分数5%氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌混合25min,得香蕉粘胶溶液;最后将上述香蕉粘胶溶液均匀涂覆于备用的干燥纸表面,涂覆量为135g/m2,涂覆后放入纸机中,在真空度为0.2MPa,压制压力为5kPa条件下,压制45s,压制后干燥完全,即可得到双层抗菌透气烟用接装纸。本发明制备步骤简单,制备过程中无掉毛掉粉现象出现,有效解决了成纸表面强度降低问题;烟用接装纸透气度高,具有较强的适印性能,抗菌率达95.75%;制得的双层抗菌透气烟用接装纸纵向抗张强度为2.59kN·m-1,透气度为2.648μm·(Pa·s)-1,伸长率为2.01%,灰分为11.7%,吸水性为14.7g/m2,砷含量为0.7mg/kg,铅含量为4.1mg/kg,菌落总数为179cfu/g。
实例3
首先称取300g马尾松木浆和200g桦木木浆,分别加入双圆盘磨浆机中进行打浆,打浆至马尾松木浆质量分数为90%,叩解度为70°SR,桦木木浆质量分数为90%,叩解度为70°SR,将打浆后的马尾松木浆和桦木木浆混合,搅拌40min,得混合木浆;然后向上述混合木浆中分别加入混合木浆质量20%滑石粉、混合木浆质量3%阳离子淀粉和混合木浆质量7%纳米二氧化钛,搅拌混合30min后,置于抄片机中抄片处理,得湿纸页,将湿纸页置于油压机中,在8MPa下压榨50s,待压榨完成后,将其置于105℃下干燥30min,得干燥纸,备用;再称取300g香蕉纤维,按质量比1:5与质量分数25%氢氧化钠溶液混合浸渍100min,随后抽滤得滤渣,放入压榨机中,在6MPa下压榨35min,将压榨后的滤渣在25℃温度老化5h,向老化后的滤渣中加入滤渣质量30%二硫化碳,黄化处理90min,得黄化物,按体积比1:10向黄化物中加入质量分数5%氢氧化钠溶液,搅拌混合30min,得香蕉粘胶溶液;最后将上述香蕉粘胶溶液均匀涂覆于备用的干燥纸表面,涂覆量为150g/m2,涂覆后放入纸机中,在真空度为0.3MPa,压制压力为6kPa条件下,压制60s,压制后干燥完全,即可得到双层抗菌透气烟用接装纸。本发明制备步骤简单,制备过程中无掉毛掉粉现象出现,有效解决了成纸表面强度降低问题;烟用接装纸透气度高,具有较强的适印性能,抗菌率达96.05%;制得的双层抗菌透气烟用接装纸纵向抗张强度为2.72kN·m-1,透气度为2.862μm·(Pa·s)-1,伸长率为2.08%,灰分为12.3%,吸水性为15.6g/m2,砷含量为0.6mg/kg,铅含量为3.9mg/kg,菌落总数为175cfu/g。

Claims (1)

1.一种双层抗菌透气烟用接装纸的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)称取200~300g马尾松木浆和150~200g桦木木浆,分别加入双圆盘磨浆机中进行打浆,打浆至马尾松木浆质量分数为80~90%,叩解度为60~70°SR,桦木木浆质量分数为80~90%,叩解度为60~70°SR,将打浆后的马尾松木浆和桦木木浆混合,搅拌30~40min,得混合木浆;
(2)向上述混合木浆中分别加入混合木浆质量15~20%滑石粉、混合木浆质量1~3%阳离子淀粉和混合木浆质量5~7%纳米二氧化钛,搅拌混合20~30min后,置于抄片机中抄片处理,得湿纸页,将湿纸页置于油压机中,在5~8MPa下压榨30~50s,待压榨完成后,将其置于100~105℃下干燥20~30min,得干燥纸,备用;
