Abstract
本发明是一种卫生巾内部垫芯层用绒毛浆的生产工艺,具体步骤为:选用针叶木作为制备绒毛浆的原料,针叶木蒸煮,经过漂白、杀菌后得到漂白针叶木浆板;将针叶木浆板撕成小片,浸泡,常温疏解;将氢氧化钠碱液,按照一定比例加入浆料中;然后将浆料经过微波处理,微波选用中火,处理时间为3.5min;浆料经碱化处理后,洗涤至pH为中性,经疏解后,抄造压榨,压榨完成后换半干毛毯,使得成纸干度达43%‑45%;将湿纸页在上光机烘干,浆板干燥后置于密封袋中平衡水分。本发明采用微波法碱处理制得的绒毛浆浆板匀度、起绒后干蓬松度、绒毛浆紧度、耐破指数、吸液指数、吸液时间都有明显改善,垫层稳定性提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及卫生巾生产领域,尤其涉及一种卫生巾内部垫芯层用绒毛浆的生产工艺。
背景技术
填充在卫生巾等卫生用品的垫芯层,呈棉絮状,有高蓬松度、高吸水性的纤维材料就是绒毛浆。绒毛浆是卫生巾等一次性卫生用品的主要原料,我国绒毛浆的需求量持续上涨。但另一方面,国产绒毛浆质量和产量均不高,加之进口绒毛浆浆价年年水涨船高,绒毛浆的利润空间也越来越大。因此通过研究绒毛化工艺来优化绒毛浆的生产工艺提高国产绒毛浆的产量是市场的要求,但是传统的绒毛化工艺生产的绒毛浆干蓬松度、吸收性能较差,粉尘大,垫层稳定性较差。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种卫生巾内部垫芯层用绒毛浆的生产工艺。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种卫生巾内部垫芯层用绒毛浆的生产工艺,具体步骤为:
(1)前处理:
选用针叶木作为制备绒毛浆的原料,针叶木蒸煮,经过漂白、杀菌后得到漂白针叶木浆板;
(2)浆料准备:
将针叶木浆板撕成小片,浸泡13-15h,浸泡后的浆料常温下疏解4-5min;
(3)化学绒毛化:
将氢氧化钠碱液,按照一定比例加入浆料中,使配好的浆料的浆浓为7%,碱浓为11%-14%,在微波处理前将浆料的温度调节至55-60℃;然后将浆料经过微波处理,微波选用中火,处理时间为3.5min;
(4)绒毛浆浆板的抄造:
浆料经碱化处理后,洗涤至pH为中性,经疏解后,抄造定量600g/m2的绒毛浆浆板,用油压机在4MPa下分三段压榨,每段压榨的时间为50-55s,压榨完成后换半干毛毯,使得成纸干度达43%-45%;将湿纸页在上光机烘干11-15min,保证制成的浆板水分在91%-93%,浆板干燥后置于密封袋中平衡水分12h。
前处理中漂白针叶木浆板含有水分6.6%,纤维重均长度2.5mm。
前处理中针叶木蒸煮采用的是添加蒽醌的硫酸盐法;漂白采用的是ECF无元素氯工艺。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用微波法碱处理制得的绒毛浆浆板匀度、起绒后干蓬松度、绒毛浆紧度、耐破指数、吸液指数、吸液时间都有明显改善,垫层稳定性提高。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种卫生巾内部垫芯层用绒毛浆的生产工艺,具体步骤为:
(1)前处理:
选用针叶木作为制备绒毛浆的原料,针叶木蒸煮,经过漂白、杀菌后得到漂白针叶木浆板;
(2)浆料准备:
将针叶木浆板撕成小片,浸泡13h,浸泡后的浆料常温下疏解4min;
(3)化学绒毛化:
将氢氧化钠碱液,按照一定比例加入浆料中,使配好的浆料的浆浓为7%,碱浓为11%,在微波处理前将浆料的温度调节至55℃;然后将浆料经过微波处理,微波选用中火,处理时间为3.5min;

(4)绒毛浆浆板的抄造:
浆料经碱化处理后,洗涤至pH为中性,经疏解后,抄造定量600g/m2的绒毛浆浆板,用油压机在4MPa下分三段压榨,每段压榨的时间为55s,压榨完成后换半干毛毯,使得成纸干度达45%;将湿纸页在上光机烘干15min,保证制成的浆板水分在93%,浆板干燥后置于密封袋中平衡水分12h。
前处理中漂白针叶木浆板含有水分6.6%,纤维重均长度2.5mm。

(4)绒毛浆浆板的抄造:
浆料经碱化处理后,洗涤至pH为中性,经疏解后,抄造定量600g/m2的绒毛浆浆板,用油压机在4MPa下分三段压榨,每段压榨的时间为53s,压榨完成后换半干毛毯,使得成纸干度达44%;将湿纸页在上光机烘干13min,保证制成的浆板水分在92%,浆板干燥后置于密封袋中平衡水分12h。
前处理中漂白针叶木浆板含有水分6.6%,纤维重均长度2.5mm。

1.一种卫生巾内部垫芯层用绒毛浆的生产工艺,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
(1)前处理:
选用针叶木作为制备绒毛浆的原料,针叶木蒸煮,经过漂白、杀菌后得到漂白针叶木浆板;
(2)浆料准备:
将针叶木浆板撕成小片,浸泡13-15h,浸泡后的浆料常温下疏解4-5min;
(3)化学绒毛化:
将氢氧化钠碱液,按照一定比例加入浆料中,使配好的浆料的浆浓为7%,碱浓为11%-14%,在微波处理前将浆料的温度调节至55-60℃;然后将浆料经过微波处理,微波选用中火,处理时间为3.5min;
(4)绒毛浆浆板的抄造:
浆料经碱化处理后,洗涤至pH为中性,经疏解后,抄造定量600g/m2的绒毛浆浆板,用油压机在4MPa下分三段压榨,每段压榨的时间为50-55s,压榨完成后换半干毛毯,使得成纸干度达43%-45%;将湿纸页在上光机烘干11-15min,保证制成的浆板水分在91%-93%,浆板干燥后置于密封袋中平衡水分12h。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种卫生巾内部垫芯层用绒毛浆的生产工艺,其特征在于,前处理中针叶木蒸煮采用的是添加蒽醌的硫酸盐法;漂白采用的是ECF无元素氯工艺。
