Abstract

本发明提供一种磨毛棉感面料及其制备方法。该制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)使用织机将色纱织造成坯布,对所述坯布进行开纤、拉幅定型,所述坯布与亚麻纤维进行热压贴合,形成复合面料;(2)在溶液中对复合面料进行含浸处理,烘干、水洗、定型,使用碳素磨毛机对所述染色面料进行磨毛处理;(3)对磨毛处理后的复合面料进行洗涤、烘干、定型,制得磨毛棉感面料。本发明采用坯布与亚麻纤维进行热压贴合,再进行含浸处理和使用碳素磨毛机进行磨毛处理,使得面料具有良好透气散热性、抑菌防污性、棉绒感和手感,绒毛细腻均匀、布面光整。

一种磨毛棉感面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及面料制备工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种磨毛棉感面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
专利公开号104562715A公开了一种全棉法兰绒印花面料加工方法,其包括如下工序:织造→坯布下机后前处理→对布面经过煮漂和丝光→通过定型机预定型→上机活性印花烘干→蒸化水洗固色→膨松剂柔软剂定型→预缩→成品检验。该印花面料绒感较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种磨毛棉感面料的制备方法,该制备方法解决了制得的面料绒感差的问题。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种磨毛棉感面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)使用织机将色纱织造成坯布,对所述坯布进行开纤、拉幅定型,所述坯布与亚麻纤维进行热压贴合,形成复合面料;
(2)在溶液中对复合面料进行含浸处理,烘干、水洗、定型,使用碳素磨毛机对所述染色面料进行磨毛处理;
(3)对磨毛处理后的复合面料进行洗涤、烘干、定型,制得磨毛棉感面料。
其中,所述步骤(1)中热压温度为122~138℃,例如可以为122℃、124℃、125℃、128℃、130℃、132℃、135℃或138℃等,优选126~130℃;热压压力为0.5~10MPa,例如可以为0.5MPa、0.8MPa、1MPa、1.5MPa、2MPa、4MPa、5MPa、6MPa、8MPa、9MPa或10MPa等,优选6~8MPa;热压时间为20~50s,例如可以为20s、25s、28s、30s、35s、40s、45s或50s等,优选32~40s。
其中,所述步骤(2)中溶液为TPU和DMF混合水溶液;
优选地,所述TPU、DMF和水的质量比为5~10:6~12:80,例如可以为5:6:80、6:7:80、8:9:80、9:10:80或10:12:80等,优选6~8:8~10:80;
优选地,所述溶液的温度为60~80℃,例如可以为60℃、62℃、65℃、68℃、70℃、72℃、75℃、78℃或80℃等,优选65~72℃。
其中,所述步骤(2)中含浸车速为5~18m/min,例如可以为5m/min、6m/min、8m/min、10m/min、12m/min、15m/min、16min或18m/min等,优选12~15m/min。
其中,所述步骤(2)中烘干温度为130~180℃,例如可以为130℃、135℃、140℃、145℃、150℃、155℃、160℃、165℃、170℃、175℃或180℃等,优选150~160℃。
其中,所述步骤(2)中碳素磨毛机的磨砂辊为500~600r/min,例如可以为500r/min、520r/min、540r/min、550r/min、580r/min或600r/min等,优选550~580r/min;
优选地,所述碳素磨毛机的张力为440~550N,例如可以为440N、450N、480N、500N、520N、530N、540N或550N等,优选480~520N。
其中,所述步骤(3)中烘干温度为120~130℃,例如可以为120℃、122℃、125℃、126℃、128℃或130℃等,优选125~128℃。
其中,所述步骤(3)中定型温度为140~160℃,例如可以为140℃、142℃、145℃、148℃、150℃、152℃、155℃或160℃等,优选142~146℃;所述定型车速为12~18m/min,例如可以为12m/min、14m/min、15m/min、16m/min、17m/min或18m/min等,优选16~18m/min。
本发明另一方面提供一种采用上述制备方法制得磨毛棉感面料,该磨毛棉感面料解决了面料绒感差的问题。
一种磨毛棉感面料,采用上述制备方法制得。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明提供的磨毛棉感面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)使用织机将色纱织造成坯布,对所述坯布进行开纤、拉幅定型,所述坯布与亚麻纤维进行热压贴合,形成复合面料;(2)在溶液中对复合面料进行含浸处理,烘干、水洗、定型,使用碳素磨毛机对所述染色面料进行磨毛处理;(3)对磨毛处理后的复合面料进行洗涤、烘干、定型,制得磨毛棉感面料。本发明采用坯布与亚麻纤维进行热压贴合,再进行含浸处理和使用碳素磨毛机进行磨毛处理,使得面料具有良好透气散热性、抑菌防污性、棉绒感和手感,绒毛细腻均匀、布面光整。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
本实施例的磨毛棉感面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
使用织机将色纱织造成坯布,对坯布进行开纤、拉幅定型,坯布与亚麻纤维在温度为130℃和压力为5MPa条件下进行热压贴合40s,形成复合面料;
在TPU和DMF混合水溶液中对复合面料按照含浸车速12m/min进行含浸处理,在140℃下进行烘干、水洗、定型,使用碳素磨毛机对所述染色面料进行磨毛处理,其中,碳素磨毛机的磨砂辊为500r/min,碳素磨毛机的张力为450N;
对磨毛处理后的复合面料进行洗涤、在125℃下进行烘干、在140℃下进行定型,制得磨毛棉感面料。
实施例2
本实施例的磨毛棉感面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
使用织机将色纱织造成坯布,对坯布进行开纤、拉幅定型,坯布与亚麻纤维在温度为136℃和压力为8MPa条件下进行热压贴合30s,形成复合面料;
在TPU和DMF混合水溶液中对复合面料按照含浸车速15m/min进行含浸处理,在150℃下进行烘干、水洗、定型,使用碳素磨毛机对所述染色面料进行磨毛处理,其中,TPU和DMF混合水溶液中TPU、DMF、水的质量比为6:9:80碳素磨毛机的磨砂辊为550r/min,碳素磨毛机的张力为490N;
对磨毛处理后的复合面料进行洗涤、在129℃下进行烘干、在142℃下进行定型,制得磨毛棉感面料。
实施例3
本实施例的磨毛棉感面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
使用织机将色纱织造成坯布,对坯布进行开纤、拉幅定型,坯布与亚麻纤维在温度为138℃和压力为3MPa条件下进行热压贴合45s,形成复合面料;
在TPU和DMF混合水溶液中对复合面料按照含浸车速16m/min进行含浸处理,在165℃下进行烘干、水洗、定型,使用碳素磨毛机对所述染色面料进行磨毛处理,其中,碳素磨毛机的磨砂辊为560r/min,碳素磨毛机的张力为520N;
对磨毛处理后的复合面料进行洗涤、在128℃下进行烘干、在149℃下进行定型,制得磨毛棉感面料。
本发明采用坯布与亚麻纤维进行热压贴合,再进行含浸处理和使用碳素磨毛机进行磨毛处理,使得面料具有良好透气散热性、抑菌防污性、棉绒感和手感,绒毛细腻均匀、布面光整。

Claims (9)

1.一种磨毛棉感面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)使用织机将色纱织造成坯布,对所述坯布进行开纤、拉幅定型,所述坯布与亚麻纤维进行热压贴合,形成复合面料;
(2)在溶液中对复合面料进行含浸处理,烘干、水洗、定型,使用碳素磨毛机对所述染色面料进行磨毛处理;
(3)对磨毛处理后的复合面料进行洗涤、烘干、定型,制得磨毛棉感面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中热压温度为122~138℃,优选126~130℃;热压压力为0.5~10MPa,优选6~8MPa;热压时间为20~50s,优选32~40s。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中溶液为TPU和DMF混合水溶液;
优选地,所述TPU、DMF和水的质量比为5~10:6~12:80,优选6~8:8~10:80;
优选地,所述溶液的温度为60~80℃,优选65~72℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中含浸车速为5~18m/min,优选12~15m/min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中烘干温度为130~180℃,优选150~160℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中碳素磨毛机的磨砂辊为500~600r/min,优选550~580r/min;
优选地,所述碳素磨毛机的张力为440~550N,优选480~520N。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中烘干温度为120~130℃,优选125~128℃。
8.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中定型温度为140~160℃,优选142~146℃;所述定型车速为12~18m/min,优选16~18m/min。
9.一种磨毛棉感面料,其特征在于,采用权利要求1~8任一所述制备方法制得。
