治疗热哮型哮喘的中药组合物，其由如下组分组成：麻黄15g、桑叶16g、瓜蒌10g、苏子15g、旋覆花10g、麻黄根15g、黄芩10g、桑白皮13g、款冬花8g、知母12g、穿心莲8g、鱼腥草11g、白果7g、麦冬10g、牛蒡子5g、兜铃10g、芦根5g、天花粉9g、海浮石4g、白前10g、葶苈子4g和马天冬8g。

临床试验：
1一般资料
入组病例:400例患者，其中男208人，女性192人，年龄最大72岁，最小7岁。随机分为：治疗一组200例、治疗二组200例、治疗三组200例、对照组200例。四组年龄、性别等资料无显著性差异，具有可比性。
2诊断标准
经中医辨证，患者有如下症状：气粗息涌，咳呛阵作，喉中哮鸣，胸高胁胀，烦闷不安，汗出，口渴喜饮，面赤口苦，咳痰色黄或色白，黏浊稠厚，咯吐不利，舌质红，苔黄腻，脉滑数或弦滑的患者。
3治疗方法
治疗一组服用本发明实施例1的散剂，每日两次，早晚各一次，每次8g，用温开水冲服，5日为一疗程，治疗两个疗程。
对照组服用定喘汤，每日两次，早晚各一次，疗程10天。
4疗效标准：
疗效的判断标准参照《临床疾病诊断依据治愈好转标准》和《中 医病证诊断疗效标准》制定。
（1）、临床控制：哮喘症状完全缓解,即使偶有轻度发作不需用 药即可缓解。FEV1(或PEF)增加量>35%,或治疗后FEV1(PEF)≥ 80%预计值。PEF昼夜波动率<20%；
（2）、显效：哮喘发作较治疗前明显减轻,FEV1(或PEF)增加量 范围25%～35%,或治疗后FEV1(PEF)达到预计值的60%～79%,PEF昼 夜波动率<20%,仍需用糖皮质激素或支气管扩张剂；
（3）、好转：哮喘症状有所减轻,FEV1（或PEF)增加量15%～24%, 仍需用糖皮质激素和(或)支气管扩张剂；
（4）、无效：临床症状和FEV1(或PEF)测定值无改善或反而加重。
5结果

治疗一组 184例 12例 4 0 92% 100%
对照组 82例 41例 44例 33例 41% 83.5%
以上总有效率为100%减去无效率而得。
临床应用安全性分析
在临床应用过程中我们始终注意本发明配方的安全性观察，患者均未出现全身的过敏反应等不良反应，长时间使用本发明临床应用安全可靠。通过文献检索，未发现其它安全性问题。
临床使用分析表明，本配方临床使用人群广泛、临床疗效好、未出现毒副作用，对近视眼的治疗的治愈率为92%以上，有效率可达100%，值得推广和应用。
最后应说明的是：以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案，而非对其限制；尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明，本领域的普通技术人员应当理解：其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改，或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换；而这些修改或者替换，并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种治疗热哮型哮喘的中药组合物，其特征在于，其由如下重量份组分组成：麻黄15-25份、桑叶12-16份、瓜蒌10-15份、苏子10-15份、旋覆花10-15份、麻黄根10-15份、黄芩10-15份、桑白皮8-13份、款冬花8-12份、知母8-12份、穿心莲8-12份、鱼腥草7-11份、白果7-11份、麦冬6-10份、牛蒡子5-10份、兜铃5-10份、芦根5-10份、天花粉3-9份、海浮石4-8份、白前5-10份、葶苈子4-8份和马天冬4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗热哮型哮喘的中药组合物，其特征在于，其由如下重量份组分组成：麻黄20份、桑叶14份、瓜蒌13份、苏子13份、旋覆花12份、麻黄根12份、黄芩12份、桑白皮10份、款冬花10份、知母10份、穿心莲10份、鱼腥草9份、白果9份、麦冬8份、牛蒡子7份、兜铃7份、芦根7份、天花粉6份、海浮石6份、白前7份、葶苈子6份和马天冬5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗热哮型哮喘的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述治疗哮喘的药物配方为散剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗热哮型哮喘的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述散剂的制备方法如下：
按重量份称取以上组分，加入总药材6-10倍量水，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮1-2小时，过滤；滤渣加3-5倍量水，煎煮1-2小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，包装，即得。
