Abstract
本发明涉及一种蚕丝汉麻织物的柔软处理方法,选用浓度为1.5%(o.w.f)的纤维素酶对蚕丝汉麻织物进行预处理后,采用由天然柔软剂酯基季铵盐以及SF低泡渗透剂和OP‑10乳化剂配制而成的柔软剂对蚕丝汉麻织物进行二浸二轧柔软处理,用此方法有效提高了蚕丝汉麻织物的柔软性,消除了刺痒感,同时保证了蚕丝汉麻织物的物理机械性能未受到大的影响。

技术领域
本发明属于织物的后处理技术领域,具体涉及一种蚕丝汉麻织物的柔软整理方法。
背景技术
蚕丝是一种天然蛋白质纤维,耐酸不耐碱,质轻而细长,织物光泽好,穿着舒适,手感滑爽丰满,吸湿透气,用于织制各种绸缎和针织品,蚕丝自古以来就有“纤维皇后”的美誉。
汉麻纤维具有耐高温、耐摩擦、吸湿散热快、抗过敏、防静电抗菌等其他纤维难以比拟的优势,是天然无害、可再生且价格低廉的绿色纤维。但是麻纤维中含有较多的半纤维素、木质素和果胶,加上较高的结晶度和取向度,使得纤维刚性大、脆性高、手感粗硬,与皮肤接触有刺痒感。
蚕丝汉麻交织物既有麻织物挺括凉爽的风格,又有丝绸般的光泽,且比真丝绸有身骨,出汗不贴身,是高档的夏季服装面料。但是,因麻纤维存在的缺点,使蚕丝汉麻交织物刚挺过度,手感粗糙,并有刺痒感,影响织物外观和舒适性。为此,蚕丝汉麻交织物在后整理中要进行柔软整理,以赋予织物柔软平滑的手感和较高的回弹性。传统柔软整理方法成本高,污染严重,本方法提供了一种针对蚕丝汉麻织物的环保柔软整理方法。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何改善蚕丝汉麻织物的手感,消除刺痒感,提高织物的柔软性。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种蚕丝汉麻织物的柔软整理方法,按照如下的步骤进行:
步骤一、纤维素酶预处理:选用浓度为1.5%-3%(o.w.f)的纤维素酶对蚕丝汉麻织物进行预处理,浴比1:20,用0.1mol/L的盐酸溶液调节pH值至4-5,在40℃-60℃条件下处理30min-60min;
步骤二、柔软整理:采用由酯基季铵盐、SF低泡渗透剂、OP-10乳化剂配制而成的柔软剂对蚕丝汉麻织物进行浸渍柔软处理,二浸二轧,轧余率为80%-90%,浴比1:20,每次在50℃-60℃条件下浸渍20min-30min,其中,在柔软剂酯基季铵盐浓度为1g/L-3g/L,SF低泡渗透剂的浓度为0.5g/L-1.5g/L,OP-10乳化剂浓度为0.3g/L-1.2g/L。
步骤三、将步骤二处理过的蚕丝汉麻织物在紫外灯的照射下烘干,紫外灯照射过程中保持蚕丝汉麻织物温度在100℃-120℃。利用紫外光作用使蚕丝汉麻织物变得蓬松柔软。
使用的蚕丝汉麻织物原料是规格为2.616tex蚕丝和规格为25.196tex的汉麻纱分别为经纱和纬纱织成的平纹交织物。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用的酯基季铵盐是一种可分解、易生物降解和对生物无毒性、对环境友好的功能性表面活性剂,具有优异的柔软性,织物吸附这种表面活性剂之后,表面张力减小,纤维间的摩擦系数降低,使纤维更容易在织物中伸展,从而使织物变得蓬松、丰满,产生柔软手感,在降低生产成本,减小环境污染的同时有效消除了蚕丝汉麻织物的刺痒感,提高织物的柔软性,确保织物的物理机械性能基本不受损伤。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例来进一步说明本发明,但不局限于以下实施例。
步骤一、维素酶预处理:选用浓度为1.5%-3%(o.w.f)的纤维素酶对蚕丝汉麻织物(使用的蚕丝汉麻织物是规格为2.616tex蚕丝和规格为25.196tex的汉麻纱分别为经纱和纬纱织成的平纹交织物)进行预处理,浴比1:20,用实验室自制的0.1mol/L的盐酸溶液调节pH值至4,在40℃条件下处理60min;
步骤二、柔软整理:采用由酯基季铵盐、SF低泡渗透剂、OP-10乳化剂配制而成的柔软剂对蚕丝汉麻织物进行浸渍柔软处理,二浸二轧,轧余率为90%,浴比1:20,每次在60℃条件下浸渍20min。其中酯基季铵盐浓度为1g/L,SF低泡渗透剂的浓度为0.5g/L,OP-10乳化剂浓度为0.6g/L;
步骤三、将步骤二处理过的蚕丝汉麻织物在紫外灯的照射下烘干,紫外灯照射过程中保持蚕丝汉麻织物温度在100℃-120℃。利用紫外光作用使蚕丝汉麻织物变得蓬松柔软。为了个更加的蓬松柔软,在通过紫外灯的照射烘干后,再在蚕丝汉麻织物表面喷洒柔软剂,然后再次在紫外灯的照射下烘干,重复喷洒柔软剂3次后在紫外灯的照射下烘干,不仅可以使蚕丝汉麻织物变得更加蓬松柔软,而且不在二中的柔软剂加入容易被蚕丝汉麻织物吸收,提高了织物的物理机械性能,每次喷洒柔软剂的质量为蚕丝汉麻织物质量的0.8-1.1%。
Claims (3)
1.一种蚕丝汉麻织物的柔软整理方法,其特征在于按照如下的步骤进行:
步骤一、纤维素酶预处理:选用浓度为1.5%-3% o.w.f的纤维素酶对蚕丝汉麻织物进行预处理,浴比1:20,用0.1mol/L的盐酸溶液调节pH值至4-5,在40℃-60℃条件下处理30min-60min;
步骤二、柔软整理:采用由酯基季铵盐、SF低泡渗透剂、OP-10乳化剂配制而成的柔软剂对蚕丝汉麻织物进行浸渍柔软处理,二浸二轧,轧余率为80%-90%,浴比1:20,每次在50℃-60℃条件下浸渍20min-30min;
步骤三、将步骤二处理过的蚕丝汉麻织物在紫外灯的照射下烘干,紫外灯照射过程中保持蚕丝汉麻织物温度在100℃-120℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蚕丝汉麻织物的柔软整理方法,其特征在于:步骤一中所使用的织物为蚕丝汉麻织物,其规格为2.616tex蚕丝和规格为25.196tex的汉麻纱分别为经纱和纬纱织成的平纹交织物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蚕丝汉麻织物的柔软整理方法,其特征在于:步骤二中,柔软剂中酯基季铵盐浓度为1g/L-3g/L,SF低泡渗透剂的浓度为0.5g/L-1.5g/L,OP-10乳化剂浓度为0.3g/L-1.2g/L。
