Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐磨户外运动面料的生产工艺,包括步骤:1)织造坯布:所述坯布由经纱与纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为棉锦包芯纱,所述纬纱为棉氨包芯纱;2)后整理:取步骤一制得的坯布,依次经过坯定型整理、烧毛、退浆、碱丝光、高温定型、防缩,即可获得所述耐磨户外运动面料。该耐磨户外运动面料的坯布采用棉锦包芯纱作为经纱,由棉纤维包裹锦纶纤维的外层,具有表层舒适、吸水透气,内层弹性好、强度高、耐磨性高的特点。而纬纱则采用棉氨包芯纱,与传统百分之九十几的棉含量和百分之几的氨纶混纺的弹力棉氨有所不同,由棉纤维包裹氨纶纤维的外层,使织物具有弹力,穿着性更佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域的技术,特别涉及耐磨户外运动面料,以及制备该 面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
户外运动逐渐成为了一种社会的潮流,随之具有多种功能的户外服装也受 到越来越多人的关注。户外运动的环境复杂、多样,例如在炎热干燥的地区可能 需要透气、防晒,在山林地区可能需要防刮、防刺,在雨林地区可能需要速干、 防虫等。为使面料为人体带来最佳舒适感,最大安全保障以及降低运动中的摩擦 阻力,仅依靠现有的单一天然纤维或单一化学纤维均难以实现。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出耐 磨户外运动面料的生产工艺及其面料。
一种耐磨户外运动面料的生产工艺,包括:
1)织造坯布:所述坯布由经纱与纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为棉锦包芯纱, 所述纬纱为棉氨包芯纱;
2)后整理:取步骤一制得的坯布,依次经过坯定型整理、烧毛、退浆、碱 丝光、高温定型、防缩,即可获得所述耐磨户外运动面料。
进一步,步骤二中碱丝光处理所采用的碱液的浓度≧220g/L。高碱的丝光处 理使布面具有良好的光泽,并且提高布匹的平整度。
进一步,所述碱丝光的处理车速为25±2m/min。较高的车速防止高浓度的 碱液过分破坏织物纤维中的蛋白结构。
进一步,步骤1)所述棉锦包芯纱经过前处理:在抗菌剂中浸泡60~90min, 再于95±2℃的蒸汽环境下拉伸定型,然后晾干。优选所述抗菌剂为纳米银。由 于棉锦包芯纱具有表层舒适、吸水透气,内层弹性好、强度高、耐磨性高的特点, 因此将高效杀菌的纳米银固定于其纤维之中,可以提高织物的抗菌性能。并且选 用纳米银也可以尽可能降低过敏风险。
进一步,步骤1)所述棉氨包芯纱经过前处理:在柔软剂中浸泡10~15min, 在相对湿度95%以上的环境下延伸整定,最后经40±5℃烘干。经柔软剂浸泡后 的棉氨包芯纱质地柔顺,提高了其织物的舒适性。
根据本发明实施例的耐磨户外运动面料,其坯布采用棉锦包芯纱作为经纱, 由棉纤维包裹锦纶纤维的外层,具有表层舒适、吸水透气,内层弹性好、强度高、 耐磨性高的特点。而纬纱则采用棉氨包芯纱,与传统百分之九十几的棉含量和百 分之几的氨纶混纺的弹力棉氨有所不同,由棉纤维包裹氨纶纤维的外层,使织物 具有弹力,穿着性更佳。
具体实施方式
耐磨户外运动面料的生产工艺,包括:

Claims (8)
1.耐磨户外运动面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)织造坯布:所述坯布由经纱与纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为棉锦包芯纱,所述纬纱为棉氨包芯纱;
2)后整理:取步骤一制得的坯布,依次经过坯定型整理、烧毛、退浆、碱丝光、高温定型、防缩,即可获得所述耐磨户外运动面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨户外运动面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤1)所述经纱与纬纱在织造前还依次经过染色、拉经、浆纱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨户外运动面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤2)所述碱丝光所采用的碱液的浓度≧220g/L。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐磨户外运动面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述碱丝光的处理车速为25±2m/min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨户外运动面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤1)所述棉锦包芯纱经过前处理:在抗菌剂中浸泡60~90min,再于95±2℃的蒸汽环境下拉伸定型,然后晾干。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐磨户外运动面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为纳米银。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨户外运动面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤1)所述棉氨包芯纱经过前处理:在柔软剂中浸泡10~15min,在相对湿度95%以上的环境下延伸整定,最后经40±5℃烘干。
8.一种耐磨户外运动面料,其特征在于,所述耐磨户外运动面料由权利要求1至7任一项所述生产工艺制成。
