本发明涉及染整加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种亚麻人棉混纺织物的染整方法。
背景技术
人棉又名粘胶纤维,是人造纤维的一个主要品种。其由天然纤维素经碱化而成碱纤维素,再与二硫化碳作用生成纤维素黄原酸酯,溶解于稀碱液内得到的粘稠溶液称粘胶,粘胶经湿法纺丝和一系列处理工序后即成粘胶纤维。亚麻属于韧皮纤维,主要成分为纤维素纤维。天然亚麻纤维中含有果胶、木质素、蜡质和灰分等杂质,一般高达20%,其分子聚合度在10000以上,结晶度达70%。亚麻纤维断裂强度较高,湿强力高,断裂延伸度低。因此,以亚麻为组分的织物前处理难度大,要求高。
由亚麻/人棉混纺或者交织得到织物是一种新型的服装面料,其兼有麻及其他纤维坚实,透气性强,吸湿性好,高弹性,穿着舒适等优点。但是亚麻、人棉各自的特点却给染整加工带来了一定难度,如果处理不当,同样存在着手感粗硬、易皱、弹性差、贴身穿着有刺痒感及缩水率大等缺点。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种亚麻人棉混纺织物的染整方法,不仅方法简单、质量稳定,而且赋予所述混纺织物色泽匀透、色牢度高且富有弹性的优点。
本发明提出的一种亚麻人棉混纺织物的染整方法,包括如下步骤:S1、前处理,S2、染色,S3、后整理;其中,所述染色的具体操作包括:将所述混纺织物经壳聚糖季铵盐处理后,浸轧活性染料的染液,红外线预烘至织物含湿率为20-50%,80-120℃下烘干至织物含湿率为0-10%,再在150-170℃下焙烘0.5-3min,冷水洗,皂洗,热水洗,烘干。
优选地,将所述混纺织物经壳聚糖季铵盐处理的具体操作包括:将所述混纺织物浸轧包含壳聚糖季铵盐的整理液中,二浸二轧,浸轧温度为30-50℃,轧余率为90-100%,80-100℃下预烘1-3min,再在110-130℃下烘焙5-10min,冷水洗后,60-80℃下烘干;其中所述包含壳聚糖季铵盐的整理液包括:壳聚糖季铵盐5-20g/L、有机胺类化合物1-5g/L、碱剂1-20g/L、渗透剂1-10g/L、余量为水。
优选地,所述壳聚糖季铵盐的制备方法包括:将壳聚糖加入异丙醇中,加入含量为25-35wt%的氢氧化钠溶液搅拌均匀,再加入醚化剂CTA,在40-60℃水浴中搅拌反应2-4h,加入盐酸调节至中性后抽滤,得到所述壳聚糖季铵盐,其中壳聚糖、异丙醇、CTA、氢氧化钠溶液的重量配比为1:6-8:1-1.5:1.5-2。
优选地,所述浸轧活性染料的染液过程中,浸轧温度为30-70℃,轧余率为60-100%,所述活性染料的染液包括:活性染料1-20g/L、三氯乙酸钠5-10g/L、三氯乙酸0.1-1g/L、尿素5-20g/L、渗透剂1-5g/L、防染盐S 1-5g/L、防泳移剂1-10g/L,余量为水。
优选地,所述皂洗的温度为90-98℃,皂洗剂的用量为1-3g/L,皂洗时间为10-30min;所述热水洗的温度为60-80℃,热洗时间为5-15min。

本发明中提出了一种亚麻人棉混纺织物的染整方法,其包括前处理,染色和后整理三步;
首先,在前处理中,对织物进行烧毛,由于亚麻未经脱胶处理,且毛羽多,纤维粗硬,因此,烧毛限定较高的火口温度,保证布面匀净,且布面光洁度达到4级以上,然后采用轧淀粉酶方式灭火,既可达到灭火的目的,又减少了一道退浆工序,并且酶退浆操作保证退浆效果,不会对织物造成强力损失;此后对织物进行煮练,考虑到亚麻和人棉两种纤维的特性,选择适宜的浓度烧碱进行煮练,去除亚麻表面胶质物质的同时,可极大避免纤维的伤害;同时为了使得所述织物获得较好的漂白效果,采用氯漂液和适宜浓度的氧漂液进行漂白,选择使用氯含量的氯漂液,可使得织物中的色素、麻皮的去除效果较为明显,与此同时,采用适宜浓度得硫酸溶液进行脱氯,既可达到脱氯目的,又可去除布面的重金属离子,为后序氧漂创造条件;由于亚麻的杂质及色素含量较高,经氯漂,主要是去除麻结,白度还较差,为了实现印染,必须经过双氧水再次漂白,使织物达到一定的白度要求,并且所述氧漂液中还采用渗透剂、磷酸钠作为助剂,使得纤维大分子变得圆润,获得耐久性光泽的同时,提高织物吸收染料的能力。
其次,在染色中,为了解决传统活性染料对亚麻人棉混纺织物染色的上色不均,固色率低等的缺陷,本发明在染色过程中,将亚麻人棉经壳聚糖季铵盐的整理液整理后,通过壳聚糖季铵盐对织物进行阳离子改性,由于该壳聚糖衍生物可溶于水,对待染织物亲水性能影响小,因此可以在不影响上染率的前提下,渗透到纤维素纤维的内部,保证所述混纺织物的纤维内部获得良好的改性效果,纤维内外层改性均匀,使得织物最终带有正电性能,其可与活性染料上的磺酸基阴离子发生结合,大大降低了活性染料的水溶性能,明显提高了染料对织物纤维的亲和力,从而可以将染液中的活性染料进一步吸附到织物纤维上,继续和织物纤维反应,提高活性染料的固色率;此外所述整理液中加入的有机胺类化合物则不仅可以调节季铵盐改性织物的阳离子性,使其适配不同活性染料的阴离子性,进一步增强二者的亲和力,从而有利于织物的上染性和固色率的提高,而且有机胺类化合物可以辅助后续无机碱来进行固色,既可保证固色剂和染料能在纤维内充分扩散从而能有效固色,又能降低染料在纤维上的水解从而可具有很高的固色率;在上染过程中,本发明为了进一步提高上染和固色效率,采用三氯醋酸和三氯醋酸钠作为复合固色剂,相对于传统的活性染料染色,所述固色剂的采用不仅减少了活性染料的水解过程,而且对活性染料也无选择性,同时节约盐的用量,减少了对设备的要求,可在常规轧染机上进行,由此大大提高上染率和固着率。
还有,在后整理中,拉幅整理温度采用180-200℃,既能够保证落布干燥,达到最佳的手感,也不会造成还原染料的热迁移和敏感色色光偏移;同时对面料进行柔软整理,赋予面料良好的弹性效果;为了进一步改善面料手感,通过以色布缩水率为依据,对照面料成品的缩水要求调节预缩率进行预缩,从而有助于织物的尺寸稳定;最后在特定温度下熨烫定型,使得面料的手感丰满滑爽、光泽柔和,提高了织物的服用性能。

S3、后整理,其具体操作包括:
S31、拉幅,置于热风拉幅定型机中进行拉幅处理,温度为180℃,车速为50m/min;
S32、柔软,浸轧包含20g/L的中性非离子柔软剂SG的整理液,二浸一扎,轧余率为75%,105℃下汽蒸2min,水洗,烘干;
S33、预缩,置于预缩整理机内进行预缩处理,预缩整理机车速为30m/min,蒸汽压力为2.5kg/m2

一种亚麻人棉混纺织物的染整方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理,其具体操作包括:
S11、烧毛,用烧毛机进行烧毛,车速为90m/min,二正二反,四道火口,烧毛等级4级,70℃下淀粉酶灭火,保温打卷堆置2h;
S12、煮练,常温浸轧工作液,二浸二轧,轧余率为90%,车速为30m/min,工作液包括:烧碱20g/L、纯碱5g/L、亚硫酸钠5g/L、磷酸三钠1g/L、煮练剂10g/L、润湿剂1g/L,110℃下堆置汽蒸20min,90℃水洗;
S13、漂白,常温下浸轧氯漂液,氯漂液包括:有效氯9g/L,调节pH值为9.5-10,保温堆置0.1h,采用3.5g/L的硫酸水溶液酸洗脱氯,室温堆置0.2h,水洗,常温下再浸轧氧漂液,氧漂液包括:双氧水8g/L、双氧水稳定剂1g/L、渗透剂3g/L、磷酸钠1g/L,100℃下堆置汽蒸0.2h,90℃水洗;
S2、染色,其具体操作包括:将所述混纺织物浸轧包含壳聚糖季铵盐的整理液中,二浸二轧,浸轧温度为50℃,轧余率为90%,100℃下预烘1min,再在130℃下烘焙5min,冷水洗后,80℃下烘干,所述包含壳聚糖季铵盐的整理液包括:壳聚糖季铵盐5g/L、有机胺类化合物5g/L、碱剂1g/L、渗透剂10g/L、余量为水,再浸轧活性染料的染液,浸轧温度为30℃,轧余率为100%,所述活性染料的染液包括:活性染料1g/L、三氯乙酸钠10g/L、三氯乙酸0.1g/L、尿素20g/L、渗透剂1g/L、防染盐S 5g/L、防泳移剂1g/L,余量为水,红外线预烘至织物含湿率为50%,80℃下烘干至织物含湿率为10%,再在150℃下焙烘3min,冷水洗,90℃下皂洗30min,60℃下热洗15min,烘干,其中所述壳聚糖季铵盐的制备方法包括:将壳聚糖加入异丙醇中,加入含量为25wt%的氢氧化钠溶液搅拌均匀,再加入醚化剂CTA,在60℃水浴中搅拌反应2h,加入盐酸调节至中性后抽滤,得到所述壳聚糖季铵盐,壳聚糖、异丙醇、CTA、氢氧化钠溶液的重量配比为1:8:1:2;
S3、后整理,其具体操作包括:
S31、拉幅,置于热风拉幅定型机中进行拉幅处理,温度为200℃,车速为35m/min;
S32、柔软,浸轧包含40g/L的中性非离子柔软剂SG的整理液,二浸一扎,轧余率为65%,110℃下汽蒸1min,水洗,烘干;
S33、预缩,置于预缩整理机内进行预缩处理,预缩整理机车速为70m/min,蒸汽压力为2kg/m2
S34、定型,采用蒸汽熨斗在135℃下熨烫定型,定型时间为1min。
实施例3
一种亚麻人棉混纺织物的染整方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、前处理,其具体操作包括:
S11、烧毛,用烧毛机进行烧毛,车速为85m/min,二正二反,四道火口,烧毛等级4级,65℃下淀粉酶灭火,保温打卷堆置2.5h;
S12、煮练,常温浸轧工作液,二浸二轧,轧余率为75%,车速为35m/min,工作液包括:烧碱17g/L、纯碱10g/L、亚硫酸钠3g/L、磷酸三钠2g/L、煮练剂8g/L、润湿剂3g/L,107℃下堆置汽蒸30min,85℃水洗;
S13、漂白,常温下浸轧氯漂液,氯漂液包括:有效氯6g/L,调节pH值为9.5-10,保温堆置0.2h,采用3.0g/L的硫酸水溶液酸洗脱氯,室温堆置0.3h,水洗,常温下再浸轧氧漂液,氧漂液包括:双氧水7g/L、双氧水稳定剂3g/L、渗透剂2g/L、磷酸钠2g/L,95℃下堆置汽蒸0.3h,85℃水洗;
S2、染色,其具体操作包括:将所述混纺织物浸轧包含壳聚糖季铵盐的整理液中,二浸二轧,浸轧温度为40℃,轧余率为95%,90℃下预烘2min,再在120℃下烘焙8min,冷水洗后,70℃下烘干,所述包含壳聚糖季铵盐的整理液包括:壳聚糖季铵盐12g/L、有机胺类化合物3g/L、碱剂10g/L、渗透剂5g/L、余量为水,再浸轧活性染料的染液,浸轧温度为50℃,轧余率为80%,所述活性染料的染液包括:活性染料10g/L、三氯乙酸钠8g/L、三氯乙酸0.5g/L、尿素13g/L、渗透剂3g/L、防染盐S 3g/L、防泳移剂5g/L,余量为水,红外线预烘至织物含湿率为35%,100℃下烘干至织物含湿率为5%,再在160℃下焙烘1min,冷水洗,94℃下皂洗20min,70℃下热洗10min,烘干,其中所述壳聚糖季铵盐的制备方法包括:将壳聚糖加入异丙醇中,加入含量为30wt%的氢氧化钠溶液搅拌均匀,再加入醚化剂CTA,在50℃水浴中搅拌反应3h,加入盐酸调节至中性后抽滤,得到所述壳聚糖季铵盐,壳聚糖、异丙醇、CTA、氢氧化钠溶液的重量配比为1:7:1.2:1.7;
S3、后整理,其具体操作包括:
S31、拉幅,置于热风拉幅定型机中进行拉幅处理,温度为190℃,车速为45m/min;
S32、柔软,浸轧包含30g/L的中性非离子柔软剂SG的整理液,二浸一扎,轧余率为70%,106℃下汽蒸1.5min,水洗,烘干;
S33、预缩,置于预缩整理机内进行预缩处理,预缩整理机车速为50m/min,蒸汽压力为2.2kg/m2
S34、定型,采用蒸汽熨斗在130℃下熨烫定型,定型时间为1.5min。
将实施例1-3中经染整得到的亚麻人棉混纺织物成品进行测试,结果如下表所述:
本发明中提出了一种亚麻人棉混纺织物的染整方法,其包括前处理,染色和后整理三步;
首先,在前处理中,对织物进行烧毛,由于亚麻未经脱胶处理,且毛羽多,纤维粗硬,因此,烧毛限定较高的火口温度,保证布面匀净,且布面光洁度达到4级以上,然后采用轧淀粉酶方式灭火,既可达到灭火的目的,又减少了一道退浆工序,并且酶退浆操作保证退浆效果,不会对织物造成强力损失;此后对织物进行煮练,考虑到亚麻和人棉两种纤维的特性,选择适宜的浓度烧碱进行煮练,去除亚麻表面胶质物质的同时,可极大避免纤维的伤害;同时为了使得所述织物获得较好的漂白效果,采用氯漂液和适宜浓度的氧漂液进行漂白,选择使用氯含量的氯漂液,可使得织物中的色素、麻皮的去除效果较为明显,与此同时,采用适宜浓度得硫酸溶液进行脱氯,既可达到脱氯目的,又可去除布面的重金属离子,为后序氧漂创造条件;由于亚麻的杂质及色素含量较高,经氯漂,主要是去除麻结,白度还较差,为了实现印染,必须经过双氧水再次漂白,使织物达到一定的白度要求,并且所述氧漂液中还采用渗透剂、磷酸钠作为助剂,使得纤维大分子变得圆润,获得耐久性光泽的同时,提高织物吸收染料的能力。
其次,在染色中,为了解决传统活性染料对亚麻人棉混纺织物染色的上色不均,固色率低等的缺陷,本发明在染色过程中,将亚麻人棉经壳聚糖季铵盐的整理液整理后,通过壳聚糖季铵盐对织物进行阳离子改性,由于该壳聚糖衍生物可溶于水,对待染织物亲水性能影响小,因此可以在不影响上染率的前提下,渗透到纤维素纤维的内部,保证所述混纺织物的纤维内部获得良好的改性效果,纤维内外层改性均匀,使得织物最终带有正电性能,其可与活性染料上的磺酸基阴离子发生结合,大大降低了活性染料的水溶性能,明显提高了染料对织物纤维的亲和力,从而可以将染液中的活性染料进一步吸附到织物纤维上,继续和织物纤维反应,提高活性染料的固色率;此外所述整理液中加入的有机胺类化合物则不仅可以调节季铵盐改性织物的阳离子性,使其适配不同活性染料的阴离子性,进一步增强二者的亲和力,从而有利于织物的上染性和固色率的提高,而且有机胺类化合物可以辅助后续无机碱来进行固色,既可保证固色剂和染料能在纤维内充分扩散从而能有效固色,又能降低染料在纤维上的水解从而可具有很高的固色率;在上染过程中,本发明为了进一步提高上染和固色效率,采用三氯醋酸和三氯醋酸钠作为复合固色剂,相对于传统的活性染料染色,所述固色剂的采用不仅减少了活性染料的水解过程,而且对活性染料也无选择性,同时节约盐的用量,减少了对设备的要求,可在常规轧染机上进行,由此大大提高上染率和固着率。
还有,在后整理中,拉幅整理温度采用180-200℃,既能够保证落布干燥,达到最佳的手感,也不会造成还原染料的热迁移和敏感色色光偏移;同时对面料进行柔软整理,赋予面料良好的弹性效果;为了进一步改善面料手感,通过以色布缩水率为依据,对照面料成品的缩水要求调节预缩率进行预缩,从而有助于织物的尺寸稳定;最后在特定温度下熨烫定型,使得面料的手感丰满滑爽、光泽柔和,提高了织物的服用性能。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种亚麻人棉混纺织物的染整方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:S1、前处理,S2、染色,S3、后整理;其中,所述染色的具体操作包括:将所述混纺织物经壳聚糖季铵盐处理后,浸轧活性染料的染液,红外线预烘至织物含湿率为20-50%,80-120℃下烘干至织物含湿率为0-10%,再在150-170℃下焙烘0.5-3min,冷水洗,皂洗,热水洗,烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亚麻人棉混纺织物的染整方法,其特征在于,将所述混纺织物经壳聚糖季铵盐处理的具体操作包括:将所述混纺织物浸轧包含壳聚糖季铵盐的整理液中,二浸二轧,浸轧温度为30-50℃,轧余率为90-100%,80-100℃下预烘1-3min,再在110-130℃下烘焙5-10min,冷水洗后,60-80℃下烘干;其中所述包含壳聚糖季铵盐的整理液包括:壳聚糖季铵盐5-20g/L、有机胺类化合物1-5g/L、碱剂1-20g/L、渗透剂1-10g/L、余量为水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的亚麻人棉混纺织物的染整方法,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖季铵盐的制备方法包括:将壳聚糖加入异丙醇中,加入含量为25-35wt%的氢氧化钠溶液搅拌均匀,再加入醚化剂CTA,在40-60℃水浴中搅拌反应2-4h,加入盐酸调节至中性后抽滤,得到所述壳聚糖季铵盐,其中壳聚糖、异丙醇、CTA、氢氧化钠溶液的重量配比为1:6-8:1-1.5:1.5-2。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的亚麻人棉混纺织物的染整方法,其特征在于,所述浸轧活性染料的染液过程中,浸轧温度为30-70℃,轧余率为60-100%,所述活性染料的染液包括:活性染料1-20g/L、三氯乙酸钠5-10g/L、三氯乙酸0.1-1g/L、尿素5-20g/L、渗透剂1-5g/L、防染盐S 1-5g/L、防泳移剂1-10g/L,余量为水。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的亚麻人棉混纺织物的染整方法,其特征在于,所述皂洗的温度为90-98℃,皂洗剂的用量为1-3g/L,皂洗时间为10-30min;所述热水洗的温度为60-80℃,热洗时间为5-15min。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的亚麻人棉混纺织物的染整方法,其特征在于,所述前处理的具体操作包括:
S11、烧毛,用烧毛机进行烧毛,车速为75-90m/min,二正二反,四道火口,烧毛等级4-5级,60-70℃下淀粉酶灭火,保温打卷堆置2-3h;
S12、煮练,常温浸轧工作液,二浸二轧,轧余率为60-90%,车速为30-40m/min,工作液包括:烧碱15-20g/L、纯碱5-15g/L、亚硫酸钠1-5g/L、磷酸三钠1-3g/L、煮练剂5-10g/L、润湿剂1-5g/L,105-110℃下堆置汽蒸20-40min,80-90℃水洗;
S13、漂白,常温下浸轧氯漂液,氯漂液包括:有效氯3-9g/L,调节pH值为9.5-10,保温堆置0.1-0.3h,采用2.5-3.5g/L的硫酸水溶液酸洗脱氯,室温堆置0.2-0.4h,水洗,常温下再浸轧氧漂液,氧漂液包括:双氧水5-8g/L、双氧水稳定剂1-5g/L、渗透剂1-3g/L、磷酸钠1-3g/L,90-100℃下堆置汽蒸0.2-0.5h,80-90℃水洗。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的亚麻人棉混纺织物的染整方法,其特征在于,所述后整理的具体操作包括:
S31、拉幅,置于热风拉幅定型机中进行拉幅处理,温度为180-200℃,车速为35-50m/min;
S32、柔软,浸轧包含20-40g/L的中性非离子柔软剂SG的整理液,二浸一扎,轧余率为65-75%,105-110℃下汽蒸1-2min,水洗,烘干;
S33、预缩,置于预缩整理机内进行预缩处理,预缩整理机车速为30-70m/min,蒸汽压力为2-2.5kg/m2
S34、定型,采用蒸汽熨斗在120-135℃下熨烫定型,定型时间为1-2min。
