本发明涉及染整加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法。
背景技术
棉涤混纺织物是特指一类仅有涤与棉两种成分的织物,这类织物兼具纯棉织物的吸湿、透气、手感柔软和涤纶长丝织物的挺括、悬垂性好、外观平整度高等特点,因此,穿着舒适,挺括滑爽,易洗快干且洗可穿,服用性能好,市场潜力大。
虽然随着染整加工技术的进步及新型助剂的开发,对棉涤混纺织物的染整加工有了较大的发展。其中现有的印染行业对棉涤混纺织物的染色,通常采用分散/活性染料一浴一步或者一浴多步法进行染色,其相对于分散/活性染料两浴两步法染色,虽然操作步骤得到一定简化,但是也会导致很多问题的出现,例如染料水解,上色不均匀,产生色花、色差,固色率低下等。
而现有的分散/活性染料两浴两步法染色,虽然可以在一定程度上避免一浴法染色所出现的问题,但是分散/活性染料两浴两步染色法,通常采用分散染料染涤纶-还原清洗-活性染料套染棉的方法,整个染色工艺时间要达到10多个小时,生产效率低,水、电、汽消耗大,污水排放量大,而且由于湿加工时间长,易使布面起毛和影响织物手感,使产品质量和企业经济效益下降。
因此,亟待开发一种适用性广泛且高效、低污染、节能、低耗的涤棉织物染整加工方法。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法,不仅方法简单、节能低耗,而且染色均匀、色牢度高、色泽丰满且手感柔软。
本发明提出的一种棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法,包括如下步骤:S1前处理,S2、染色,S3、柔软防缩,S4、定型;其中,所述染色步骤采用分散染料和活性染料的分散浴法染色。
优选地,所述前处理步骤包括依次进行冷堆,氧漂和丝光工艺,其中,
所述冷堆工艺包括:常温下浸轧工作液,三浸一轧,轧余率为90-110%,车速为30-40m/min,工作液包括:烧碱30-40g/L、双氧水5-15g/L、渗透剂1-5g/L、煮练剂8-10g/L、螯合分散剂1-5g/L,打卷后以5-6r/min的转速常温堆置15-25h,70-75℃水洗,浸轧碱液,碱液包括:烧碱18-22g/L、煮练剂5-6g/L,蒸箱汽蒸,80-85℃水洗,烘干;

首先,在前处理工艺中,采用碱/氧一浴冷轧堆前处理工艺,可避免高温松堆产生的卷边缺陷,并且考虑到棉涤两种纤维特性,选择适宜的浓度烧碱和双氧水进行冷堆,极大避免了纤维伤害;同时为了使得所述织物获得较好的漂白效果,采用精练酶和适宜浓度的氧漂液进行漂白,此时织物的色素、麻皮的去除效果较为明显,使得布面的光洁度、白度明显提高;在前处理工艺中还采用高碱丝光,中温定形,由此使棉纤维溶胀,无定形区变大,纤维大分子变得圆润,获得耐久性光泽,提高织物吸收染料的能力,且增加成品的尺寸稳定性,降低缩水率,明显改善织物强力和外观平整度。
其次,在染色工序中,为了解决传统分散/活性染料一浴法染色的上色不均,固色率低等的缺陷,本发明在染色过程中,首先根据棉涤混纺织物的配色原则调整分散染料与活性染料的用量比,使染色后布面色相均一,无分层感;其次采用分散染料和活性染料的两步湿短蒸轧染染色,由于不经打底烘干,就直接上染,由此不仅大大减少了打底烘干造成的色差、泳移布面发花等疵病,而且可以缩短了工艺流程降低能源消耗,降低了印染废水的排出量,由此可以获得较高的色牢度;在此过程中,本发明为了提高上染和固色效率,在活性染料对棉纤维套染过程中,还添加稀土元素络合物作为染色助剂,其大大提高了活性染料对棉纤维的上染效率,染色性能得到明显提高;同时采用三氯醋酸和纯碱作为复合固色剂,相对于传统的活性染料染色,所述固色剂的采用不仅减少了活性染料的水解过程,而且对活性染料也无选择性,同时节约盐的用量,减少了对设备的要求,可在常规轧染机上进行,由此大大提高上染率和固着率。
还有,在柔软防缩工艺中,将织物浸轧防缩树脂,并进行机械预缩的加工工艺,确保了织物的缩水率能控制在3%以内,使得最终得到的混纺织物尺寸稳定,手感得到明显;最后再在特定温度下熨烫定型,使得织物丰满滑爽、富有弹性,提高了织物的服用性能。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1前处理,其具体包括依次进行冷堆,氧漂和丝光工艺,其中,
所述冷堆工艺包括:常温下浸轧工作液,三浸一轧,轧余率为90%,车速为40m/min,工作液包括:烧碱30g/L、双氧水15g/L、渗透剂1g/L、煮练剂10g/L、螯合分散剂1g/L,打卷后以6r/min的转速常温堆置15h,75℃水洗,浸轧碱液,碱液包括:烧碱18g/L、煮练剂6g/L,蒸箱汽蒸,80℃水洗,烘干;
所述氧漂工艺包括:浸轧酶精炼液,酶精炼液包括:精练酶5g/L、渗透剂2g/L,打卷后50℃下以7r/min的转速转动放置0.5h,95℃水洗,浸轧氧漂液,氧漂液包括:双氧水5g/L、稳定剂5g/L、磷酸钠1g/L、螯合分散剂3g/L,100℃下堆置汽蒸0.6h,90℃水洗;
所述丝光工艺包括:浸轧碱液,碱液浓度为180g/L,施加张力,伸幅,淋洗,110℃汽蒸去碱,85℃水洗,加醋酸溶液中和,醋酸用量为6g/L,轧水,烘干;
S2、染色,其具体包括:浸轧分散染料形成的染液,染液包括:分散染料1%(owf)、冰醋酸2g/L、醋酸钠1g/L、匀染剂2g/L,20℃入染,以1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至110℃,保温35min,用30℃温水冲洗10min,采用80KW的红外线预烘至织物含湿率为60%,110℃热风烘干;再浸轧活性染料形成的染液,染液包括:活性染料20g/L、染色助剂0.1g/L、纯碱10g/L、三氯乙酸0.1g/L、尿素10g/L、海藻酸钠1g/L、渗透剂5g/L,采用80KW的红外线预烘至织物含湿率为50%,80℃烘干至织物含湿率为10%,150℃下焙烘3min,冷水洗,95℃下皂洗10min,热水洗后烘干,所述染色助剂为柠檬酸镧,其制备方法包括:将三氧化二镧溶解于浓盐酸溶液中加热蒸干溶剂,加水稀释后再加入柠檬酸,30℃下搅拌40min,蒸干溶剂后得到柠檬酸镧,其中三氧化二镧和柠檬酸的重量配比为1:1;
S3、柔软防缩,其具体包括:30℃下浸轧柔软防缩整理剂,浸轧时间为40min,所述柔软防缩整理剂包括:低醛树脂整理剂15g/L、纤维强力保护剂5g/L、氯化镁2g/L、柔软剂70g/L,浴比为1:20,脱水后95℃烘制20min,再置于预缩整理机内进行预缩处理,预缩率为10%
S4、定型,其具体包括:采用蒸汽熨斗在120℃下熨烫定型,定型时间为2min。
实施例2
一种棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1前处理,其具体包括依次进行冷堆,氧漂和丝光工艺,其中,
所述冷堆工艺包括:常温下浸轧工作液,三浸一轧,轧余率为110%,车速为30m/min,工作液包括:烧碱40g/L、双氧水5g/L、渗透剂5g/L、煮练剂8g/L、螯合分散剂5g/L,打卷后以5r/min的转速常温堆置25h,70℃水洗,浸轧碱液,碱液包括:烧碱22g/L、煮练剂5g/L,蒸箱汽蒸,85℃水洗,烘干;
所述氧漂工艺包括:浸轧酶精炼液,酶精炼液包括:精练酶8g/L、渗透剂1g/L,打卷后60℃下以6r/min的转速转动放置1h,80℃水洗,浸轧氧漂液,氧漂液包括:双氧水8g/L、稳定剂3g/L、磷酸钠3g/L、螯合分散剂1g/L,105℃下堆置汽蒸0.4h,95℃水洗;
所述丝光工艺包括:浸轧碱液,碱液浓度为200g/L,施加张力,伸幅,淋洗,90℃汽蒸去碱,95℃水洗,加醋酸溶液中和,醋酸用量为3g/L,轧水,烘干;
S2、染色,其具体包括:浸轧分散染料形成的染液,染液包括:分散染料3%(owf)、冰醋酸1g/L、醋酸钠2g/L、匀染剂1g/L,30℃入染,以1℃/min的升温速率升温至130℃,保温25min,用40℃温水冲洗5min,采用200KW的红外线预烘至织物含湿率为30%,130℃热风烘干;再浸轧活性染料形成的染液,染液包括:活性染料1g/L、染色助剂1g/L、纯碱5g/L、三氯乙酸1g/L、尿素1g/L、海藻酸钠10g/L、渗透剂1g/L,采用200KW的红外线预烘至织物含湿率为20%,120℃烘干至织物含湿率为0%,170℃下焙烘0.5min,冷水洗,100℃下皂洗5min,热水洗后烘干,所述染色助剂为柠檬酸镧,其制备方法包括:将三氧化二镧溶解于浓盐酸溶液中加热蒸干溶剂,加水稀释后再加入柠檬酸,50℃下搅拌20min,蒸干溶剂后得到柠檬酸镧,其中三氧化二镧和柠檬酸的重量配比为1:1.5;
S3、柔软防缩,其具体包括:40℃下浸轧柔软防缩整理剂,浸轧时间为30min,所述柔软防缩整理剂包括:低醛树脂整理剂30g/L、纤维强力保护剂2g/L、氯化镁5g/L、柔软剂50g/L,浴比为1:30,脱水后90℃烘制30min,再置于预缩整理机内进行预缩处理,预缩率为6%

所述冷堆工艺包括:常温下浸轧工作液,三浸一轧,轧余率为100%,车速为35m/min,工作液包括:烧碱35g/L、双氧水10g/L、渗透剂3g/L、煮练剂9g/L、螯合分散剂3g/L,打卷后以5.5r/min的转速常温堆置20h,72℃水洗,浸轧碱液,碱液包括:烧碱20g/L、煮练剂5.5g/L,蒸箱汽蒸,83℃水洗,烘干;
所述氧漂工艺包括:浸轧酶精炼液,酶精炼液包括:精练酶6g/L、渗透剂1.5g/L,打卷后55℃下以6.5r/min的转速转动放置0.7h,85℃水洗,浸轧氧漂液,氧漂液包括:双氧水7g/L、稳定剂4g/L、磷酸钠2g/L、螯合分散剂2g/L,103℃下堆置汽蒸0.5h,92℃水洗;
所述丝光工艺包括:浸轧碱液,碱液浓度为190g/L,施加张力,伸幅,淋洗,100℃汽蒸去碱,90℃水洗,加醋酸溶液中和,醋酸用量为4g/L,轧水,烘干;
S2、染色,其具体包括:浸轧分散染料形成的染液,染液包括:分散染料2%(owf)、冰醋酸1.5g/L、醋酸钠1.5g/L、匀染剂1.5g/L,25℃入染,以1.2℃/min的升温速率升温至120℃,保温30min,用35℃温水冲洗7min,采用150KW的红外线预烘至织物含湿率为45%,120℃热风烘干;再浸轧活性染料形成的染液,染液包括:活性染料10g/L、染色助剂0.5g/L、纯碱7g/L、三氯乙酸0.6g/L、尿素5g/L、海藻酸钠6g/L、渗透剂3g/L,采用100KW的红外线预烘至织物含湿率为35%,100℃烘干至织物含湿率为5%,160℃下焙烘1min,冷水洗,98℃下皂洗8min,热水洗后烘干,所述染色助剂为柠檬酸镧,其制备方法包括:将三氧化二镧溶解于浓盐酸溶液中加热蒸干溶剂,加水稀释后再加入柠檬酸,40℃下搅拌30min,蒸干溶剂后得到柠檬酸镧,其中三氧化二镧和柠檬酸的重量配比为1:1.3;
S3、柔软防缩,其具体包括:35℃下浸轧柔软防缩整理剂,浸轧时间为35min,所述柔软防缩整理剂包括:低醛树脂整理剂20g/L、纤维强力保护剂4g/L、氯化镁3g/L、柔软剂60g/L,浴比为1:25,脱水后92℃烘制25min,再置于预缩整理机内进行预缩处理,预缩率为8%
S4、定型,其具体包括:采用蒸汽熨斗在130℃下熨烫定型,定型时间为1.5min。

一种棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1前处理,其具体包括依次进行冷堆,氧漂和丝光工艺,其中,
所述冷堆工艺包括:常温下浸轧工作液,三浸一轧,轧余率为95%,车速为36m/min,工作液包括:烧碱33g/L、双氧水8g/L、渗透剂4g/L、煮练剂9g/L、螯合分散剂2g/L,打卷后以5.6r/min的转速常温堆置22h,73℃水洗,浸轧碱液,碱液包括:烧碱21g/L、煮练剂5.3g/L,蒸箱汽蒸,82℃水洗,烘干;
所述氧漂工艺包括:浸轧酶精炼液,酶精炼液包括:精练酶7g/L、渗透剂1.6g/L,打卷后56℃下以6.6r/min的转速转动放置0.8h,90℃水洗,浸轧氧漂液,氧漂液包括:双氧水6g/L、稳定剂4g/L、磷酸钠2g/L、螯合分散剂2g/L,102℃下堆置汽蒸0.5h,93℃水洗;
所述丝光工艺包括:浸轧碱液,碱液浓度为185g/L,施加张力,伸幅,淋洗,105℃汽蒸去碱,92℃水洗,加醋酸溶液中和,醋酸用量为5g/L,轧水,烘干;
S2、染色,其具体包括:浸轧分散染料形成的染液,染液包括:分散染料2.3%(owf)、冰醋酸1.4g/L、醋酸钠1.6g/L、匀染剂1.3g/L,24℃入染,以1.3℃/min的升温速率升温至125℃,保温32min,用36℃温水冲洗8min,采用100KW的红外线预烘至织物含湿率为35%,120℃热风烘干;再浸轧活性染料形成的染液,染液包括:活性染料8g/L、染色助剂0.3g/L、纯碱8g/L、三氯乙酸0.5g/L、尿素6g/L、海藻酸钠5g/L、渗透剂2g/L,采用130KW的红外线预烘至织物含湿率为30%,90℃烘干至织物含湿率为3%,155℃下焙烘2min,冷水洗,96℃下皂洗7min,热水洗后烘干,所述染色助剂为柠檬酸镧,其制备方法包括:将三氧化二镧溶解于浓盐酸溶液中加热蒸干溶剂,加水稀释后再加入柠檬酸,45℃下搅拌35min,蒸干溶剂后得到柠檬酸镧,其中三氧化二镧和柠檬酸的重量配比为1:1.2;
S3、柔软防缩,其具体包括:35℃下浸轧柔软防缩整理剂,浸轧时间为36min,所述柔软防缩整理剂包括:低醛树脂整理剂25g/L、纤维强力保护剂3g/L、氯化镁4g/L、柔软剂65g/L,浴比为1:26,脱水后93℃烘制24min,再置于预缩整理机内进行预缩处理,预缩率为7%
S4、定型,其具体包括:采用蒸汽熨斗在125℃下熨烫定型,定型时间为1.6min。
本发明中的各项指标的测试方法如下:耐日晒色牢度按照AATCC 16-2004《耐光色牢度》测定;耐皂洗色牢度按照GB/T 3921-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐皂洗色牢度》测定;耐汗渍色牢度按照GB/T 3922-1995《纺织品色牢度试验耐汗渍色牢度》测定;耐摩擦色牢度按照GB/T 3920-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》测定。
将实施例1-4中染整得到的棉涤混纺织物成品的性能进行测试,结果下表所述:
本发明提出的一种棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法,其采用前处理,染色、柔软整理、烘干定型的工艺得到。
首先,在前处理工艺中,采用碱/氧一浴冷轧堆前处理工艺,可避免高温松堆产生的卷边缺陷,并且考虑到棉涤两种纤维特性,选择适宜的浓度烧碱和双氧水进行冷堆,极大避免了纤维伤害;同时为了使得所述织物获得较好的漂白效果,采用精练酶和适宜浓度的氧漂液进行漂白,此时织物的色素、麻皮的去除效果较为明显,使得布面的光洁度、白度明显提高;在前处理工艺中还采用高碱丝光,中温定形,由此使棉纤维溶胀,无定形区变大,纤维大分子变得圆润,获得耐久性光泽,提高织物吸收染料的能力,且增加成品的尺寸稳定性,降低缩水率,明显改善织物强力和外观平整度。

1.一种棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:S1前处理,S2、染色,S3、柔软防缩,S4、定型;其中,所述染色步骤采用分散染料和活性染料的分散浴法染色。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法,其特征在于,所述前处理步骤包括依次进行冷堆,氧漂和丝光工艺,其中,
所述冷堆工艺包括:常温下浸轧工作液,三浸一轧,轧余率为90-110%,车速为30-40m/min,工作液包括:烧碱30-40g/L、双氧水5-15g/L、渗透剂1-5g/L、煮练剂8-10g/L、螯合分散剂1-5g/L,打卷后以5-6r/min的转速常温堆置15-25h,70-75℃水洗,浸轧碱液,碱液包括:烧碱18-22g/L、煮练剂5-6g/L,蒸箱汽蒸,80-85℃水洗,烘干;
所述氧漂工艺包括:浸轧酶精炼液,酶精炼液包括:精练酶5-8g/L、渗透剂1-2g/L,打卷后50-60℃下以6-7r/min的转速转动放置0.5-1h,80-95℃水洗,浸轧氧漂液,氧漂液包括:双氧水5-8g/L、稳定剂3-5g/L、磷酸钠1-3g/L、螯合分散剂1-3g/L,100-105℃下堆置汽蒸0.4-0.6h,90-95℃水洗;
所述丝光工艺包括:浸轧碱液,碱液浓度为180-200g/L,施加张力,伸幅,淋洗,90-110℃汽蒸去碱,85-95℃水洗,加醋酸溶液中和,醋酸用量为3-6g/L,轧水,烘干。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法,其特征在于,所述染色步骤具体包括:浸轧分散染料形成的染液,染液包括:分散染料1-3%(owf)、冰醋酸1-2g/L、醋酸钠1-2g/L、匀染剂1-2g/L,20-30℃入染,以1-1.5℃/min的升温速率升温至110-130℃,保温25-35min,用30-40℃温水冲洗5-10min,红外线预烘至织物含湿率为30-60%,110-130℃热风烘干;再浸轧活性染料形成的染液,染液包括:活性染料1-20g/L、染色助剂0.1-1g/L、纯碱5-10g/L、三氯乙酸0.1-1g/L、尿素1-10g/L、海藻酸钠1-10g/L、渗透剂1-5g/L,红外线预烘至织物含湿率为20-50%,80-120℃烘干至织物含湿率为0-10%,150-170℃下焙烘0.5-3min,冷水洗,95-100℃下皂洗5-10min,热水洗后烘干。
4.根据权利要求3所述的棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法,其特征在于,所述分散染料为中温型分散染料或低温型分散染料。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法,其特征在于,所述的活性染料为二氯均三嗪基的X型、一氯均三嗪基的K型、乙烯砜基的KN型和多活性基的M型中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求3-5任一项所述的棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法,其特征在于,所述染色助剂为稀土元素络合物,优选为柠檬酸镧,其制备方法包括:将三氧化二镧溶解于浓盐酸溶液中加热蒸干溶剂,加水稀释后再加入柠檬酸,30-50℃下搅拌20-40min,蒸干溶剂后得到柠檬酸镧,其中三氧化二镧和柠檬酸的重量配比为1:1-1.5。
7.根据权利要求3-6任一项所述的棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法,其特征在于,所述红外线预烘采用80-200KW的红外线。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法,其特征在于,所述柔软防缩步骤具体包括:30-40℃下浸轧柔软防缩整理剂,浸轧时间为30-40min,所述柔软防缩整理剂包括:低醛树脂整理剂15-30g/L、纤维强力保护剂2-5g/L、氯化镁2-5g/L、柔软剂50-70g/L,浴比为1:20-30,脱水后90-95℃烘制20-30min,再置于预缩整理机内进行预缩处理,预缩率为6-10%。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的棉涤混纺织物的染整加工方法,其特征在于,所述定型步骤包括:采用蒸汽熨斗在120-135℃下熨烫定型,定型时间为1-2min。
