然而剑麻纤维属于硬质纤维,与其他纤维素纤维一样,它也具有纤维素、半纤维素、木质素等多种复杂的组分,并且纤维素被大量的额半纤维素、木质素紧密的包围和粘结在一起,致使纤维的刚性较大、细度较粗、染色性能差、纱线性能低。在紫外线比较强的地方容易变色,在干燥或潮湿的地方容易收缩或膨胀,而且剑麻地毯还存在刚硬、粗糙、不易染色等问题。
针对剑麻纤维刚硬、粗糙问题,中国专利《一种软麻剂》(申请号:CN200810044190.1,申请日:2008.12.25)公开了一种用于黄麻原麻或剑麻原料或***纤维进行软麻柔顺的软麻剂。该发明所述的软麻剂由1.3-1.7%十八叔胺、0.85-1.15%的二乙烯三胺、1.3-1.7%的二乙醇胺、1.4-1.6%的聚氧乙烯醚类乳化剂、9-12%的植物油酸、1.3-1.7%的渗透剂、25-35%的尿素、2-3%的乙醇和45-55%的水制配而成。通过将该软麻剂加水调制成乳化状的加湿养生液喷淋在剑麻原料上,经过堆仓养生后达到剑麻的发酵与柔软。该方法虽能使得剑麻纤维柔软,但实际效果欠佳且其化学品残留量较高,对剑麻制品造成污染。在室内等密闭环境中使用,易导致空气污染,直接危害人畜健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种改性剑麻地毯的制备方法。本发明攻克了剑麻纤维刚硬、粗糙、不易染色以及高温易变形、变色等缺陷,使得改性后的剑麻地毯不仅保留耐磨、耐酸碱、有弹性等特性,还具有柔顺光滑、绿色环保、耐高温、不变形、不变色、不老化的特点。改性后的剑麻地毯与传统棉纺地毯具有相当的柔顺度及色彩多样性,相比之下其突出的反腐、耐磨等优点更受消费者认可,有助于剑麻地毯的推广与普及。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种改性剑麻地毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将剑麻地毯浸没于浓度为8-10%的氢氧化钠溶液中,75-85℃蒸煮3-5h,滤出后以600-800r/min脱水1-2min,获得浸润的剑麻地毯;
b.将浸润的剑麻地毯装入高压反应釜,将相对剑麻地毯重量1‰-2‰的助剂喷淋入反应釜,在饱和蒸汽压0.6-0.8MPa下以80-100r/min预热10-15min,获得预处理剑麻地毯;
c.往预处理剑麻地毯中加入相对剑麻地毯重量比为100:(3-5):(1-3):(1-3)的偏硅酸、偶联剂和抗氧化剂,在50-60℃下以300-500r/min混合5-8min,抽真空后升温至165-180℃反应40-60min,自然冷却,获得改性剑麻地毯;
d.用高压水枪冲洗改性剑麻地毯,经饱和食盐水浸泡20-30min后再过清水池漂洗,干燥后既得所述的改性剑麻地毯。
优选地,步骤b中所述的助剂为造纸制浆渗透剂、ML渗透软化剂、环保蒸煮助剂、纤维软化剂中的一种或多种。
优选地,步骤c中所述的偶联剂为水性硅烷偶联剂。
优选地,步骤c中所述的抗氧化剂为抗氧剂264、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076中的一种或多种。
进一步地,在步骤c中所述的混合工序前,加入相对剑麻地毯重量3‰-5‰的纺织染料。
进一步地,步骤d中所述的清水池内设有超声波清洗装置。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明的一种改性剑麻地毯的制备方法,通过将剑麻地毯浸没于氢氧化钠溶液中蒸煮,其中剑麻纤维几乎不会受到影响,但能有效地分离出剑麻纤维的木质素、半纤维素及果胶质等其他非纤维素成分,使得剑麻纤维变细、纤维孔隙打开。剑麻地毯在压力蒸煮过程处理中,除抽提物和各组分受到一定作用外,还产生水解和塑化等综合性作用,使得剑麻纤维变细***。又因氢氧化钠溶液的表面张力较高,较难渗透到纤维内部,故加入造纸制浆渗透剂、ML渗透软化剂、环保蒸煮助剂、纤维软化剂中的一种或多种助剂进行预处理。助剂在饱和蒸汽作用下,有利于降低氢氧化钠溶液的表面张力,促进改性剂彻底的渗透与扩散,大大缩短改性的时间。偏硅酸常温下较为稳定,且有资料报道称偏硅酸对人体具有良好的软化血管的功能,可使人的血管壁保持弹性,故对动脉硬化、心血管和心脏疾病能起到明显的缓解作用。以偏硅酸作为改性剂,不仅对操作工人无害而且加热到165-180℃后分解为二氧化硅和水。所述二氧化硅在助剂及偶联剂以的促进下,借助外部施加的高温高压使得二氧化硅通过纤维的毛细管而与纤维充分接触,使得二氧化硅充分包覆剑麻纤维并与部分断裂氢键重新聚合。用偏硅酸改性后的剑麻地毯不仅柔软,而且具有防火阻燃、受热不易变形的特征。添加抗氧化剂后使得本发明改性剑麻地毯对于紫外线光照,具有不易变形、不易变色、不易老化的特征。用高压水枪冲洗改性剑麻地毯,能冲洗掉溶出的木质素、半纤维素及果胶质等其他非纤维素成分,还能去除多余的助剂、二氧化硅、偶联剂及抗氧化剂,减少药物残留并提高清洗工序中饱和食盐水及清水的使用寿命。所使用的饱和食盐水浸泡不仅能巩固改性剑麻地毯的色泽,还能使纤维束更整洁。最后使用超声波清洗,可进一步减少残留,给消费者提供一种更环保、更洁净、更柔顺的改性剑麻地毯。

具体实施方式

为了促进改性剂的渗透与扩散,步骤b中所述的助剂为造纸制浆渗透剂、ML渗透软化剂、环保蒸煮助剂、纤维软化剂中的一种或多种。
为了促进改性剂的聚合反应,步骤c中所述的偶联剂为水性硅烷偶联剂。
为了增强剑麻地毯的抗氧化及抗紫外线能力,步骤c中所述的抗氧化剂为抗氧剂264、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076中的一种或多种。
为了增加剑麻地毯的颜色多样性,在步骤c中所述的混合工序前,加入相对剑麻地毯重量3‰-5‰的纺织染料。
为了增强残留物的去除效果,步骤d中所述的清水池内设有超声波清洗装置。
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详述:
实施例1
一种改性剑麻地毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将剑麻地毯浸没于浓度为10%的氢氧化钠溶液中,75℃蒸煮5h,滤出后以600r/min脱水2min,获得浸润的剑麻地毯;
b.将浸润的剑麻地毯装入高压反应釜,将相对剑麻地毯重量1‰的造纸制浆渗透剂喷淋入反应釜,在饱和蒸汽压0.8MPa下以80r/min预热10min,获得预处理剑麻地毯;
c.往预处理剑麻地毯中加入相对剑麻地毯重量比为100:3:3:1的偏硅酸、水性硅烷偶联剂和抗氧剂264,在50℃下以500r/min混合8min,抽真空后升温至165℃反应60min,自然冷却,获得改性剑麻地毯;
d.用高压水枪冲洗改性剑麻地毯,经饱和食盐水浸泡30min后再过清水池漂洗,干燥后既得所述的改性剑麻地毯。
实施例2
一种改性剑麻地毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将剑麻地毯浸没于浓度为8%的氢氧化钠溶液中,85℃蒸煮3h,滤出后以800r/min脱水1min,获得浸润的剑麻地毯;
b.将浸润的剑麻地毯装入高压反应釜,将相对剑麻地毯重量2‰的ML渗透软化剂喷淋入反应釜,在饱和蒸汽压0.6MPa下以100r/min预热15min,获得预处理剑麻地毯;
c.往预处理剑麻地毯中加入相对剑麻地毯重量比为100:5:1:3的偏硅酸、偶联剂和抗氧剂1010,加入相对剑麻地毯重量5‰的纺织染料,在60℃下以300r/min混合5min,抽真空后升温至180℃反应40min,自然冷却,获得改性剑麻地毯;
d.用高压水枪冲洗改性剑麻地毯,经饱和食盐水浸泡20min后再过设有超声波清洗装置的清水池漂洗,干燥后既得所述的改性剑麻地毯。
实施例3
一种改性剑麻地毯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.将剑麻地毯浸没于浓度为9%的氢氧化钠溶液中,80℃蒸煮4h,滤出后以700r/min脱水1.5min,获得浸润的剑麻地毯;
b.将浸润的剑麻地毯装入高压反应釜,将相对剑麻地毯重量2‰的环保蒸煮助剂或纤维软化剂喷淋入反应釜,在饱和蒸汽压0.7MPa下以80r/min预热12min,获得预处理剑麻地毯;
c.往预处理剑麻地毯中加入相对剑麻地毯重量比为100:4:2:2的偏硅酸、水性硅烷偶联剂和抗氧剂1076,加入相对剑麻地毯重量3‰的纺织染料,在55℃下以400r/min混合6min,抽真空后升温至175℃反应50min,自然冷却,获得改性剑麻地毯;
d.用高压水枪冲洗改性剑麻地毯,经饱和食盐水浸泡25min后再过设有超声波清洗装置的清水池漂洗,干燥后既得所述的改性剑麻地毯。
下面通过相应国家标准对本发明制备方法制得的一种改性剑麻地毯作进一步验证:
取上述三组实施例制得的改性剑麻地毯,分别使用《机织地毯》(GB/T14252-2008)、《室内装饰装修材料地毯、地毯衬垫及地毯胶粘剂有害物质释放限量》(GB 18587-2001)、《船用环保阻燃地毯》(GB/T 24983-2010)等相关国标要求进行性能测试,其测试结果如下表1所示:

根据上述表格分析,经本发明一种改性剑麻地毯的制备方法处理后的剑麻地毯,不仅具有良好的耐光色牢度、阻燃性及抗霉菌性能,还具有极低的有害物质自然释放及燃烧时有害气体释放,是一款绿色环保的室内及船用地毯。该方法攻克了剑麻纤维刚硬、粗糙、不易染色以及高温易变形、变色等缺陷,使得改性后的剑麻地毯不仅保留耐磨、耐酸碱、有弹性等特性,还具有柔顺光滑、绿色环保、耐高温、不变形、不变色、不老化的特点。
Claims (6)
1.一种改性剑麻地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.将剑麻地毯浸没于浓度为8-10%的氢氧化钠溶液中,75-85℃蒸煮3-5h,滤出后以600-800r/min脱水1-2min,获得浸润的剑麻地毯;
b.将浸润的剑麻地毯装入高压反应釜,将相对剑麻地毯重量1‰-2‰的助剂喷淋入反应釜,在饱和蒸汽压0.6-0.8MPa下以80-100r/min预热10-15min,获得预处理剑麻地毯;
c.往预处理剑麻地毯中加入相对剑麻地毯重量比为100:(3-5):(1-3):(1-3)的偏硅酸、偶联剂和抗氧化剂,在50-60℃下以300-500r/min混合5-8min,抽真空后升温至165-180℃反应40-60min,自然冷却,获得改性剑麻地毯;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性剑麻地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤c中所述的偶联剂为水性硅烷偶联剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性剑麻地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤c中所述的抗氧化剂为抗氧剂264、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性剑麻地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤c中所述的混合工序前,加入相对剑麻地毯重量3‰-5‰的纺织染料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性剑麻地毯的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤d中所述的清水池内设有超声波清洗装置。
