本发明公开了一种单片合成加强筋巢础成型装置,其特征在于包括复合部和压型部,复合部设有轴线位于同一水平位置且平行的左复合辊、右复合辊,左复合辊、右复合辊通过轴支撑在机架上,左复合辊、右复合辊间设有压合间隙,每一复合辊上设有至少两道复合环形槽,左复合辊、右复合辊上的复合环形槽一一对齐,左复合辊、右复合辊上方分别设有指向两者间压合间隙的左输送板、右输送板,左输送板、右输送板靠近压合间隙一端的上方分别左导向板、右导向板,左导向板上方设有通过支臂连接在机架上的蜂蜡融化槽,本发明装置生产出的巢础,不用再融化埋线连接,省时省力。

单片合成加强筋巢础成型装置
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种蜜蜂养殖用的用具,特别是涉及一种单片合成加强筋巢础成型装置。
背景技术
在蜜蜂养殖业,为可以让蜜蜂在指定位置快速的建立整齐的巢脾,常采用人工制造的成片的巢础,这种巢础是用以蜂蜡为主要材料的薄片压制而成,在薄片表面压制出排列整齐的正六边形的房基,房基由房底向外凸出,蜜蜂在此基础上加高筑造巢脾形成巢房,使用时巢础需要连接在巢框上,为了与巢框牢固连接,需要将巢框上固定的钢丝埋入巢础,现有方法是通过加热融化巢础钢丝部位,将其压入粘结在巢础内,埋入深浅不易控制,在钢丝压入过程中会破坏正六边形的房基,容易产生额外的雄蜂房,产生不规则形状,对蜜蜂筑造巢脾产生影响,巢础本身没有支撑加强结构,这仍有待于进一步解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种单片合成加强筋巢础成型装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种单片合成加强筋巢础成型装置,其特征在于包括复合部和压型部,复合部设有轴线位于同一水平位置且平行的左复合辊、右复合辊,左复合辊、右复合辊通过轴支撑在机架上,左复合辊、右复合辊间设有压合间隙,每一复合辊上设有至少两道复合环形槽,左复合辊、右复合辊上的复合环形槽一一对齐,左复合辊、右复合辊上方分别设有指向两者间压合间隙的左输送板、右输送板,左输送板、右输送板靠近压合间隙一端的的上方分别左导向板、右导向板,左导向板上方设有通过支臂连接在机架上的蜂蜡融化槽,蜂蜡融化槽开口处设有轴线与左复合辊轴线平行的沾蜡辊,沾蜡辊下半部置于蜂蜡融化槽内,沾蜡辊上部露出蜂蜡融化槽,压型部设有位于左右复合辊下方的左压型辊和右压型辊,左、右压型辊的轴线位于同一水平位置且均与左复合辊轴线平行,左、右压型辊通过轴支撑在机架上,左、右压型辊表面设有正六边形槽,左、右压型辊间设有压型间隙;左复合辊轴、右复合辊轴上分别设啮合的左复合辊齿轮和右复合辊齿轮,左压型辊轴、右压型辊轴上分别设有啮合的左压型辊齿轮和右压型辊齿轮,左复合辊轴、左压型辊轴均连接有动力源。
进一步的,所述左复合辊、右复合辊的表面上分别设有与其轴线平行的轴向槽。
进一步的,所述左压型辊、右压型辊下部设有盛接导向板。
进一步的,所述动力源为手动摇臂或电动机。
进一步的,所述左、右压型辊设有与复合环形槽对齐的压型环形槽。
本发明装置生产出的巢础,在其房底中直接合成横向钢丝,在安装到巢框时,只需将横向钢丝拉紧连接到巢框的边框上就可以了,不用再融化埋线连接,省时省力,不会破坏房基的形态,有利于使蜜蜂筑造巢脾,避免不必要的雄蜂房的产生。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例如图1所示,该单片合成加强筋巢础成型装置设有复合部和压型部,复合部用于将钢丝复合到两层蜡片间并融合为一体,提高蜡片强度,在复合部设有轴线位于同一水平位置且平行的左复合辊1、右复合辊2,左复合辊、右复合辊通过轴支撑在机架3上,左复合辊、右复合辊间设有压合间隙,每一复合辊上设有至少两道复合环形槽4,本实施例为三道,数量可以根据需要设置,复合环形槽直径大于需要复合的钢丝的直径,左复合辊、右复合辊上的复合环形槽一一对齐,各根钢丝位于复合环形槽处,左复合辊、右复合辊上方分别设有指向两者间压合间隙的左输送板5、右输送板6,左输送板、右输送板靠近压合间隙一端的的上方分别左导向板7、右导向板8,制作时将两片蜡片分别置于左输送板、右输送板上,向压合间隙推动蜡片,在左导向板、右导向板的引导下蜡片到达压合间隙处,左导向板上方设有通过支臂9连接在机架上的蜂蜡融化槽10,蜂蜡融化槽开口处设有轴线与左复合辊轴线平行的沾蜡辊11,沾蜡辊下半部置于蜂蜡融化槽内,沾蜡辊上部露出蜂蜡融化槽,蜂蜡融化槽内可设置电加热棒,用于融化蜂蜡,沾蜡辊可以带驱动旋转,钢丝由其表面经过沾取蜂蜡,然后到达两蜡片间压合间隙处,经蜂蜡粘接和左复合辊、右复合辊的滚压,两蜡片与钢丝复合粘接为一体。
压型部设有位于左右复合辊下方的左压型辊12和右压型辊13,左、右压型辊的轴线位于同一水平位置且均与左复合辊轴线平行,左、右压型辊通过轴支撑在机架上,左、右压型辊表面设有正六边形槽,用于形成正六边形房基,左、右压型辊间设有压型间隙;左复合辊轴、右复合辊轴上分别设啮合的左复合辊齿轮和右复合辊齿轮,左压型辊轴、右压型辊轴上分别设有啮合的左压型辊齿轮和右压型辊齿轮,左复合辊轴、左压型辊轴均连接有动力源,动力源为手动摇臂或电动机,本实施例还在左复合辊、右复合辊的表面上分别设有与其轴线平行的轴向槽14,用于容纳复合轴向的钢丝,左压型辊、右压型辊下部设有盛接导向板15,用于盛接压好的巢础,实施例中还设有钢丝卷支架16。
本发明装置生产出的巢础,在其房底中直接合成横向钢丝,连接牢固,在安装到巢框时,只需将横向钢丝拉紧连接到巢框的边框上就可以了,不用再融化埋线连接,省时省力,不会破坏房基的形态,有利于使蜜蜂筑造巢脾,避免不必要的雄蜂房的产生。
实施时,在房底厚度小于钢丝厚度时,可在左、右压型辊设有与复合环形槽对齐的压型环形槽,压型时使钢丝位于压型环形槽,还可在蜂蜡融化槽上设置钢丝导向槽,确保钢丝与复合环形槽对齐。
综上所述仅为本发明较佳实施例,凡依本申请所做的等效修饰和现有技术添加均视为本发明技术范畴。

1.一种单片合成加强筋巢础成型装置,其特征在于包括复合部和压型部,复合部设有轴线位于同一水平位置且平行的左复合辊、右复合辊,左复合辊、右复合辊通过轴支撑在机架上,左复合辊、右复合辊间设有压合间隙,每一复合辊上设有至少两道复合环形槽,左复合辊、右复合辊上的复合环形槽一一对齐,左复合辊、右复合辊上方分别设有指向两者间压合间隙的左输送板、右输送板,左输送板、右输送板靠近压合间隙一端的的上方分别左导向板、右导向板,左导向板上方设有通过支臂连接在机架上的蜂蜡融化槽,蜂蜡融化槽开口处设有轴线与左复合辊轴线平行的沾蜡辊,沾蜡辊下半部置于蜂蜡融化槽内,沾蜡辊上部露出蜂蜡融化槽,压型部设有位于左右复合辊下方的左压型辊和右压型辊,左、右压型辊的轴线位于同一水平位置且均与左复合辊轴线平行,左、右压型辊通过轴支撑在机架上,左、右压型辊表面设有正六边形槽,左、右压型辊间设有压型间隙;左复合辊轴、右复合辊轴上分别设啮合的左复合辊齿轮和右复合辊齿轮,左压型辊轴、右压型辊轴上分别设有啮合的左压型辊齿轮和右压型辊齿轮,左复合辊轴、左压型辊轴均连接有动力源。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单片合成加强筋巢础成型装置,其特征在于所述左复合辊、右复合辊的表面上分别设有与其轴线平行的轴向槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的单片合成加强筋巢础成型装置,其特征在于所述左压型辊、右压型辊下部设有盛接导向板。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的单片合成加强筋巢础成型装置,其特征在于所述动力源为手动摇臂或电动机。
5.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的单片合成加强筋巢础成型装置,其特征在于所述左、右压型辊设有与复合环形槽对齐的压型环形槽。
