本发明公开了一种减速器,所述减速器包括减速器外壳、输出端盖、输入轴和输出轴;所述输入轴与输出轴上均设置卡槽;所述减速器外壳顶部设置输入轴;所述输入轴底部通过卡槽连接着主齿轮;所述主齿轮的两侧设置从动齿轮;所述从动齿轮的底部通过轮齿与输出齿轮相咬合;所述输出端盖中间设置输出轴;所述输出轴通过卡槽连接在输出齿轮上。本发明减速器具有结构合理,可以很好的起到匹配转速和传递转矩的作用,操作简单,使用寿命长,工作效率明显等优点。

本发明涉及一种减速器。
背景技术
减速机一般用于低转速大扭矩的传动设备,把电动机、内燃机或其它高速运转的动力通过减速机的输入轴上的齿数少的齿轮啮合输出轴上的大齿轮来达到减速的目的,减速机是一种相对精密的机械,使用它的目的是降低转速,增加转矩。它的种类繁多,型号各异,不同种类有不同的用途。目前市场上大多数的减速机其组装复杂,功能单一,结构较大,传动效率不高,精度也不高,所以亟待改进。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种减速器。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种减速器,所述减速器包括减速器外壳、输出端盖、输入轴和输出轴;所述输入轴与输出轴上均设置卡槽;所述减速器外壳顶部设置输入轴;所述输入轴底部通过卡槽连接着主齿轮;所述主齿轮的两侧设置从动齿轮;所述从动齿轮的底部通过轮齿与输出齿轮相咬合;所述输出端盖中间设置输出轴;所述输出轴通过卡槽连接在输出齿轮上。
上述的一种减速器,所述主齿轮与输入轴相交部分设置散热器。
上述的一种减速器,所述输出齿轮上设置减重孔。
上述的一种减速器,所述输出端盖上设置螺纹孔。
上述的一种减速器,所述主齿轮、从动齿轮和输出齿轮均采用合金材料制成。
上述的一种减速器,所述输出轴与输出齿轮相连的地方设置橡胶套。
综上所述本发明具有以下优点:本发明减速器具有结构合理,可以很好的起到匹配转速和传递转矩的作用,操作简单,使用寿命长,工作效率明显等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种减速器,所述减速器包括减速器外壳1和输出端盖2;所述减速器外壳1顶部设置输入轴3;所述输入轴3底部通过卡槽4连接着主齿轮5;所述主齿轮5的两侧设置从动齿轮6;所述从动齿轮6的底部通过轮齿与输出齿轮7相咬合;所述输出端盖2中间设置输出轴8;所述输出轴8通过卡槽4连接在输出齿轮7上。
所述主齿轮5与输入轴3相交部分设置散热器9,且所述散热器9采用铝合金材料制成,输入轴3工作时,功率较大,会产生大量的热量,为了避免产生的热量影响减速器的工作,必须将热量散出,而铝合金材料不仅有良好的散热功能,且强度高,可以在高转速下工作;所述输出齿轮7上设置减重孔10,减少了输出齿轮7的重量,避免了输出齿轮7不必要的能量损耗;所述主齿轮5、从动齿轮6和输出齿轮7均采用合金材料制成,硬度大,耐磨损,不易损耗,保证了减速器的使用寿命;所述输出轴8与输出齿轮7相连的地方设置橡胶套12,橡胶套12主要起到保护的作用。

1.一种减速器,其特征在于,所述减速器包括减速器外壳、输出端盖、输入轴和输出轴;所述输入轴与输出轴上均设置卡槽;所述减速器外壳顶部设置输入轴;所述输入轴底部通过卡槽连接着主齿轮;所述主齿轮的两侧设置从动齿轮;所述从动齿轮的底部通过轮齿与输出齿轮相咬合;所述输出端盖中间设置输出轴;所述输出轴通过卡槽连接在输出齿轮上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减速器,其特征在于:所述主齿轮与输入轴相交部分设置散热器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种减速器,其特征在于:所述输出齿轮上设置减重孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种减速器,其特征在于:所述输出端盖上设置螺纹孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种减速器,其特征在于:所述主齿轮、从动齿轮和输出齿轮均采用合金材料制成。
