本发明及一种齿轮减速机,具体是一种多点啮合内外齿轮减速机。
背景技术
目前,传统的齿轮减速机两个相互啮合的齿轮靠单边齿传递扭矩,所传递的扭矩较小。
发明内容
    本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种传递大扭矩的多点啮合内外齿轮减速机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的多点啮合内外齿轮减速机包括中心输入轴,主动齿轮,从动齿轮,输出内齿轮,中心输出轴,输入端机壳,输出端机壳,主动齿轮固定在中心输入轴上,中心输入轴通过轴承固定在输入端机壳上,从动齿轮也通过齿轮轴和轴承固定在输入端机壳上,输出内齿轮固定在中心输出轴上,中心输出轴通过轴承固定在输出端机壳上,其特征是,沿主动齿轮的圆周至少对称分布两个以上的从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合,从动齿轮的另一面的轮齿与输出轴端的输出内齿轮内啮合,并将扭矩输出。
采用本设计的有益效果是:通过多个从动齿轮从多个方位和主动齿轮及内齿轮啮合并输出扭矩,从而提高了相同模数和材质的齿轮较大的扭矩输出能力。

如图所示,本发明的多点啮合内外齿轮减速机,包括中心输入轴1,主动齿轮2,从动齿轮3,输出内齿轮4,中心输出轴5,输入端机壳6,输出端机壳7,主动齿轮2固定在中心输入轴1上,中心输入轴1通过轴承固定在输入端机壳8上,从动齿轮3也通过齿轮轴和轴承固定在输入端机壳8上,输出内齿轮4固定在中心输出轴5上,中心输出轴5通过轴承固定在输出端机壳7上,其特征是沿主动齿轮2的圆周至少对称分布两个以上的从动齿轮3与主动齿轮2啮合,从动齿轮3的另一面的轮齿与输出轴端的输出内齿轮4内啮合,并将扭矩输出。

1.一种多点啮合内外齿轮减速机,包括中心输入轴(1),主动齿轮(2),从动齿轮(3),输出内齿轮(4),中心输出轴(5),输入端机壳(6),输出端机壳(7),主动齿轮(2)固定在中心输入轴(1)上,中心输入轴(1)通过轴承固定在输入端机壳(8)上,从动齿轮(3)也通过齿轮轴和轴承固定在输入端机壳(8)上,输出内齿轮(4)固定在中心输出轴(5)上,中心输出轴(5)通过轴承固定在输出端机壳(7)上,其特征是,沿主动齿轮(2)的圆周至少对称分布两个以上的从动齿轮(3)与主动齿轮(2)啮合,从动齿轮(3)的另一面的轮齿与输出轴端的输出内齿轮(4)内啮合。
