技术领域
本发明涉及一种切削液,尤其涉及一种高冷却性能的防锈水基切削液。
背景技术
金属切削液是金属加工过程所需要的一种重要的辅助材料,它主要起到防锈、润滑、清洗及冷却的效果。目前国内外切削液主要分为油基切削液与水基两个大的种类,而且有油基型向水基切削液过渡的趋势,油基切削液即通常所说的切削油,其润滑性能良好,但冷却效果较差,在高速和重切削条件下会产生烟雾,并会严重污染环境,而且产品使用过程中易着火,造成使用不安全。正是由于以上缺点,因此,油基切削液已不能满足先进金属加工技术的使用要求。而水基切削液具有一系列优点,如冷却效果好,防火性好,对环境的污染问题易于解决等。因此,近年来发展很快,水基切削液包括乳化液、合成切削液和微乳状切削液(也称半合成切削液)。合成切削液的液体形态与半合成切削液近似,稀释性呈透明状,加工过程中便于观察加工情况,使用寿命比乳化液长4~6倍;可对机床滑动部件起到良好的润滑防锈作用。
现有技术中的切削液的合成主要是一些润滑剂、表面活性剂、防锈剂、偶合剂、有机硅型消泡剂等组成,润滑剂主要是应用机油、聚乙二醇、脂肪酸皂等,而防锈剂主要是应用油酸三乙醇胺皂、硼酸盐、亚硝酸盐、铬酸盐等。表面活性剂主要应用NP系列、TX系列、聚醚系列等。
现有技术中的切削液的冷却和防锈性能无法满足实际生产过程中的需求,因此亟需开发一种高冷却性能的防锈水基切削液来解决现有技术中的问题。

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种高冷却性能的防锈水基切削液,具有优异的冷却性能,防腐防锈性能好。
本发明提出的一种高冷却性能的防锈水基切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油15-25份、聚苯胺2-8份、改性防锈剂6-12份、硼酸2-6份、蓖麻油酸3-9份、二异丙醇胺1-6份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇3-5份、含氮类高分子改性缓释剂2-5份、石油磺酸钠3-5份、甲基苯***1-4份、聚合油酸合成酯润滑剂2-4份、多元油酸合成酯润滑剂3-6份、短碳链二元羧酸防锈剂1-6份、长碳链多元羧酸防锈剂2-5份、马来海松酸醇酰胺3-4份、杀菌剂1-4份、消泡剂2-6份、水1-4份。
优选地,改性防锈剂按如下工艺进行制备:将修饰剂与变压器油混合均匀,常温下搅拌20-30min,然后加入钛酸丁酯和蒸馏水,室温下搅拌8-12h,然后减压蒸馏得到改性防锈剂。
优选地,改性防锈剂的制备工艺中,修饰剂、变压器油、钛酸丁酯和蒸馏水的重量比为2-8:3-6:4-9:12-24。

改性防锈剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将5份修饰剂与4.5份变压器油混合均匀,常温下搅拌25min,然后加入6.5份钛酸丁酯和18份蒸馏水,室温下搅拌10h,然后减压蒸馏得到改性防锈剂。
改性防锈剂的制备工艺中,修饰剂由油酸和十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷按重量比2.5:10混合而成。

本发明提出的一种高冷却性能的防锈水基切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油25份、聚苯胺2份、改性防锈剂12份、硼酸2份、蓖麻油酸9份、二异丙醇胺1份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇5份、含氮类高分子改性缓释剂2份、石油磺酸钠5份、甲基苯***1份、聚合油酸合成酯润滑剂4份、多元油酸合成酯润滑剂3份、短碳链二元羧酸防锈剂6份、长碳链多元羧酸防锈剂2份、马来海松酸醇酰胺4份、杀菌剂1份、消泡剂6份、水1份。
改性防锈剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将8份修饰剂与3份变压器油混合均匀,常温下搅拌30min,然后加入4份钛酸丁酯和24份蒸馏水,室温下搅拌8h,然后减压蒸馏得到改性防锈剂。
改性防锈剂的制备工艺中,修饰剂由油酸和十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷按重量比4:5混合而成。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种高冷却性能的防锈水基切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油18份、聚苯胺7份、改性防锈剂7份、硼酸5份、蓖麻油酸4份、二异丙醇胺5份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇3.5份、含氮类高分子改性缓释剂4.5份、石油磺酸钠3.5份、甲基苯***3份、聚合油酸合成酯润滑剂2.5份、多元油酸合成酯润滑剂5份、短碳链二元羧酸防锈剂2份、长碳链多元羧酸防锈剂4份、马来海松酸醇酰胺3.2份、杀菌剂3份、消泡剂3份、水3份。
改性防锈剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将3份修饰剂与5份变压器油混合均匀,常温下搅拌22min,然后加入8份钛酸丁酯和14份蒸馏水,室温下搅拌11h,然后减压蒸馏得到改性防锈剂。
改性防锈剂的制备工艺中,修饰剂由油酸和十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷按重量比2:12混合而成。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种高冷却性能的防锈水基切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油22份、聚苯胺3份、改性防锈剂11份、硼酸3份、蓖麻油酸8份、二异丙醇胺2份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇4.5份、含氮类高分子改性缓释剂2.5份、石油磺酸钠4.5份、甲基苯***2份、聚合油酸合成酯润滑剂3.5份、多元油酸合成酯润滑剂4份、短碳链二元羧酸防锈剂5份、长碳链多元羧酸防锈剂3份、马来海松酸醇酰胺3.8份、杀菌剂2份、消泡剂5份、水2份。
改性防锈剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将7份修饰剂与4份变压器油混合均匀,常温下搅拌28min,然后加入5份钛酸丁酯和22份蒸馏水,室温下搅拌9h,然后减压蒸馏得到改性防锈剂。
改性防锈剂的制备工艺中,修饰剂由油酸和十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷按重量比3:8混合而成。

1.一种高冷却性能的防锈水基切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油15-25份、聚苯胺2-8份、改性防锈剂6-12份、硼酸2-6份、蓖麻油酸3-9份、二异丙醇胺1-6份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇3-5份、含氮类高分子改性缓释剂2-5份、石油磺酸钠3-5份、甲基苯***1-4份、聚合油酸合成酯润滑剂2-4份、多元油酸合成酯润滑剂3-6份、短碳链二元羧酸防锈剂1-6份、长碳链多元羧酸防锈剂2-5份、马来海松酸醇酰胺3-4份、杀菌剂1-4份、消泡剂2-6份、水1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高冷却性能的防锈水基切削液,其特征在于,改性防锈剂按如下工艺进行制备:将修饰剂与变压器油混合均匀,常温下搅拌20-30min,然后加入钛酸丁酯和蒸馏水,室温下搅拌8-12h,然后减压蒸馏得到改性防锈剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高冷却性能的防锈水基切削液,其特征在于,改性防锈剂的制备工艺中,修饰剂、变压器油、钛酸丁酯和蒸馏水的重量比为2-8:3-6:4-9:12-24。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的高冷却性能的防锈水基切削液,其特征在于,改性防锈剂的制备工艺中,修饰剂由油酸和十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷按重量比1-4:5-15混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的高冷却性能的防锈水基切削液,其特征在于,环烷基础油、聚苯胺、改性防锈剂、硼酸、蓖麻油酸、二异丙醇胺和2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇的重量比为18-22:3-7:7-11:3-5:4-8:2-5:3.5-4.5。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的高冷却性能的防锈水基切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油18-22份、聚苯胺3-7份、改性防锈剂7-11份、硼酸3-5份、蓖麻油酸4-8份、二异丙醇胺2-5份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇3.5-4.5份、含氮类高分子改性缓释剂2.5-4.5份、石油磺酸钠3.5-4.5份、甲基苯***2-3份、聚合油酸合成酯润滑剂2.5-3.5份、多元油酸合成酯润滑剂4-5份、短碳链二元羧酸防锈剂2-5份、长碳链多元羧酸防锈剂3-4份、马来海松酸醇酰胺3.2-3.8份、杀菌剂2-3份、消泡剂3-5份、水2-3份。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的高冷却性能的防锈水基切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基础油20份、聚苯胺5份、改性防锈剂9份、硼酸4份、蓖麻油酸6份、二异丙醇胺3.5份、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇4份、含氮类高分子改性缓释剂3.5份、石油磺酸钠4份、甲基苯***2.5份、聚合油酸合成酯润滑剂3份、多元油酸合成酯润滑剂4.5份、短碳链二元羧酸防锈剂3.5份、长碳链多元羧酸防锈剂3.5份、马来海松酸醇酰胺3.5份、杀菌剂2.5份、消泡剂4份、水2.5份。
