本发明涉及一种切削液,尤其涉及一种极压润滑性金属切削液。
背景技术
金属切削液是金属加工过程所需要的一种重要的辅助材料,它主要起到防锈、润滑、清洗及冷却的效果。目前国内外切削液主要分为油基切削液与水基两个大的种类,而且有油基型向水基切削液过渡的趋势,油基切削液即通常所说的切削油,其润滑性能良好,但冷却效果较差,在高速和重切削条件下会产生烟雾,并会严重污染环境,而且产品使用过程中易着火,造成使用不安全。正是由于以上缺点,因此,油基切削液已不能满足先进金属加工技术的使用要求。而水基切削液具有一系列优点,如冷却效果好,防火性好,对环境的污染问题易于解决等。因此,近年来发展很快,水基切削液包括乳化液、合成切削液和微乳状切削液(也称半合成切削液)。合成切削液的液体形态与半合成切削液近似,稀释性呈透明状,加工过程中便于观察加工情况,使用寿命比乳化液长4~6倍;可对机床滑动部件起到良好的润滑防锈作用。
现有技术中的切削液的合成主要是一些润滑剂、表面活性剂、防锈剂、偶合剂、有机硅型消泡剂等组成,润滑剂主要是应用机油、聚乙二醇、脂肪酸皂等,而防锈剂主要是应用油酸三乙醇胺皂、硼酸盐、亚硝酸盐、铬酸盐等。表面活性剂主要应用NP系列、TX系列、聚醚系列等。
现有技术中的切削液的抗磨、润滑和防锈性能无法满足实际生产过程中的需求,因此亟需开发一种极压润滑性金属切削液来解决现有技术中的问题。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种极压润滑性金属切削液,极压润滑性能优异,具有优异的润滑、冷却、防腐和防锈性能。
本发明提出的一种极压润滑性金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基硅油20-50份、改性阴离子型表面活性剂5-15份、硼砂2-6份、二乙醇胺3-6份、硼酸1-5份、庚酸2-6份、油酸3-6份、聚氧乙烯十八烷基磷酸酯1-4份、聚氧乙烯苯基磷酸酯2-5份、顺丁稀二酸酐1-3份、十二苯磺酸胺2-6份、烷基磺酸钠3-5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-4份、苯甲酸钠2-6份、消泡剂3-5份、甲基苯***1-5份、防锈添加剂2-6份、防腐杀菌剂1-4份、水3-9份。
优选地,改性阴离子型表面活性剂按如下工艺进行制备:将菜籽油和硫化剂混合均匀,升温至140-160℃,保温2-4h,然后降温至50-60℃,加入催化剂和酯交换剂,然后升温至65-75℃,保温1-3h,冷却至室温后加入五氧化二磷,升温至65-75℃,保温2-4h,冷却至室温得到改性阴离子型表面活性剂。
优选地,改性阴离子型表面活性剂的制备工艺中,菜籽油、硫化剂、催化剂、酯交换剂和五氧化二磷按重量比5-15:2-4:3-5:1-3:3-5。

改性阴离子型表面活性剂的制备工艺中,酯交换剂由甲醇和多羟基化合物按摩尔比1:0.4混合而成。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种极压润滑性金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基硅油20份、改性阴离子型表面活性剂15份、硼砂2份、二乙醇胺6份、硼酸1份、庚酸6份、油酸3份、聚氧乙烯十八烷基磷酸酯4份、聚氧乙烯苯基磷酸酯2份、顺丁稀二酸酐3份、十二苯磺酸胺2份、烷基磺酸钠5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份、苯甲酸钠6份、消泡剂3份、甲基苯***5份、防锈添加剂2份、防腐杀菌剂4份、水3份。
改性阴离子型表面活性剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将5份菜籽油和4份硫化剂混合均匀,升温至140℃,保温4h,然后降温至50℃,加入5份催化剂和1份酯交换剂,然后升温至75℃,保温1h,冷却至室温后加入5份五氧化二磷,升温至65℃,保温4h,冷却至室温得到改性阴离子型表面活性剂。
改性阴离子型表面活性剂的制备工艺中,酯交换剂由甲醇和多羟基化合物按摩尔比1:0.2混合而成。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种极压润滑性金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基硅油50份、改性阴离子型表面活性剂5份、硼砂6份、二乙醇胺3份、硼酸5份、庚酸2份、油酸6份、聚氧乙烯十八烷基磷酸酯1份、聚氧乙烯苯基磷酸酯5份、顺丁稀二酸酐1份、十二苯磺酸胺6份、烷基磺酸钠3份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4份、苯甲酸钠2份、消泡剂5份、甲基苯***1份、防锈添加剂6份、防腐杀菌剂1份、水9份。
改性阴离子型表面活性剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将15份菜籽油和2份硫化剂混合均匀,升温至160℃,保温2h,然后降温至60℃,加入3份催化剂和3份酯交换剂,然后升温至65℃,保温3h,冷却至室温后加入3份五氧化二磷,升温至75℃,保温2h,冷却至室温得到改性阴离子型表面活性剂。
改性阴离子型表面活性剂的制备工艺中,酯交换剂由甲醇和多羟基化合物按摩尔比1:0.6混合而成。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种极压润滑性金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基硅油25份、改性阴离子型表面活性剂12份、硼砂3份、二乙醇胺5份、硼酸2份、庚酸5份、油酸4份、聚氧乙烯十八烷基磷酸酯3份、聚氧乙烯苯基磷酸酯3份、顺丁稀二酸酐2.5份、十二苯磺酸胺3份、烷基磺酸钠4.5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、苯甲酸钠5份、消泡剂3.5份、甲基苯***4份、防锈添加剂3份、防腐杀菌剂3份、水4份。
改性阴离子型表面活性剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将8份菜籽油和3.5份硫化剂混合均匀,升温至145℃,保温3.5h,然后降温至52℃,加入4.5份催化剂和1.5份酯交换剂,然后升温至72℃,保温1.5h,冷却至室温后加入4.5份五氧化二磷,升温至68℃,保温3.5h,冷却至室温得到改性阴离子型表面活性剂。
改性阴离子型表面活性剂的制备工艺中,酯交换剂由甲醇和多羟基化合物按摩尔比1:0.3混合而成。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种极压润滑性金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基硅油45份、改性阴离子型表面活性剂8份、硼砂5份、二乙醇胺4份、硼酸4份、庚酸3份、油酸5份、聚氧乙烯十八烷基磷酸酯2份、聚氧乙烯苯基磷酸酯4份、顺丁稀二酸酐1.5份、十二苯磺酸胺5份、烷基磺酸钠3.5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、苯甲酸钠3份、消泡剂4.5份、甲基苯***2份、防锈添加剂5份、防腐杀菌剂2份、水8份。
改性阴离子型表面活性剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将12份菜籽油和2.5份硫化剂混合均匀,升温至155℃,保温2.5h,然后降温至58℃,加入3.5份催化剂和2.5份酯交换剂,然后升温至68℃,保温2.5h,冷却至室温后加入3.5份五氧化二磷,升温至72℃,保温2.5h,冷却至室温得到改性阴离子型表面活性剂。
改性阴离子型表面活性剂的制备工艺中,酯交换剂由甲醇和多羟基化合物按摩尔比1:0.5混合而成。

Claims (7)

1.一种极压润滑性金属切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基硅油20-50份、改性阴离子型表面活性剂5-15份、硼砂2-6份、二乙醇胺3-6份、硼酸1-5份、庚酸2-6份、油酸3-6份、聚氧乙烯十八烷基磷酸酯1-4份、聚氧乙烯苯基磷酸酯2-5份、顺丁稀二酸酐1-3份、十二苯磺酸胺2-6份、烷基磺酸钠3-5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-4份、苯甲酸钠2-6份、消泡剂3-5份、甲基苯***1-5份、防锈添加剂2-6份、防腐杀菌剂1-4份、水3-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的极压润滑性金属切削液,其特征在于,改性阴离子型表面活性剂按如下工艺进行制备:将菜籽油和硫化剂混合均匀,升温至140-160℃,保温2-4h,然后降温至50-60℃,加入催化剂和酯交换剂,然后升温至65-75℃,保温1-3h,冷却至室温后加入五氧化二磷,升温至65-75℃,保温2-4h,冷却至室温得到改性阴离子型表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的极压润滑性金属切削液,其特征在于,改性阴离子型表面活性剂的制备工艺中,菜籽油、硫化剂、催化剂、酯交换剂和五氧化二磷按重量比5-15:2-4:3-5:1-3:3-5。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的极压润滑性金属切削液,其特征在于,改性阴离子型表面活性剂的制备工艺中,酯交换剂由甲醇和多羟基化合物按摩尔比1:0.2-0.6混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的极压润滑性金属切削液,其特征在于,改性阴离子型表面活性剂的制备工艺中,菜籽油和五氧化二磷的重量比为8-12:3.5-4.5。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的极压润滑性金属切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基硅油25-45份、改性阴离子型表面活性剂8-12份、硼砂3-5份、二乙醇胺4-5份、硼酸2-4份、庚酸3-5份、油酸4-5份、聚氧乙烯十八烷基磷酸酯2-3份、聚氧乙烯苯基磷酸酯3-4份、顺丁稀二酸酐1.5-2.5份、十二苯磺酸胺3-5份、烷基磺酸钠3.5-4.5份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2-3份、苯甲酸钠3-5份、消泡剂3.5-4.5份、甲基苯***2-4份、防锈添加剂3-5份、防腐杀菌剂2-3份、水4-8份。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的极压润滑性金属切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:环烷基硅油35份、改性阴离子型表面活性剂10份、硼砂4份、二乙醇胺4.5份、硼酸3份、庚酸4份、油酸4.5份、聚氧乙烯十八烷基磷酸酯2.5份、聚氧乙烯苯基磷酸酯3.5份、顺丁稀二酸酐2份、十二苯磺酸胺4份、烷基磺酸钠4份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2.5份、苯甲酸钠4份、消泡剂4份、甲基苯***3份、防锈添加剂4份、防腐杀菌剂2.5份、水6份。
