本发明公布了一种轴固定差速调节及驱动转向的车桥构造,涉及三轮车及四轮车及手扶拖拉机等车辆的机械构造,结构应用。其中车轴与车架固定,驱动轮为轮毂电机或与飞轮连成一体,且驱动轮与飞轮和轴之间有轴承结合,在车轴上固定位置本车桥结构应用简单,稳定。

Description

固定轴转向去差速车桥
1、技术领域:本发明涉及三轮或四轮车及手扶拖拉机的转向去差速调节及驱动的轴构造机械利用领域。
2、背景技术:当前人力三轮动力三轮或四轮画轴采用轴转,转动部质量大,着力点为轴承圆,转向阻力大,结构两端需加固定轴承而笨重。
3、发明内容:本发明车轴构造是由在车轴中间加能旋转的连接器与车盘连接,飞轮带动到驱动轮,或采用轮毂电机,轴固定不动,转向着力点为静止的车轴中心点,阻力小,简单直接高效。
4、附图说明:图1为结构图,1是飞轮,2是驱动轮,3与5为轴承,4是车架固定的轴,6为从动轮,7为连接器;图2为四轮车及手扶车拖拉机安装效果图;图3为三轮车安装效果图。
5、具体实施方式:轴固定去差速转向的车桥机械构造,其特征在两端两轮其中有一个是驱动轮2,另一个是从动轮6,轴中间有可上下左右旋转的连接器7与车盘连接。本构造工作原理是:驱动轮采用飞轮带动或采用轮毂电机,轮毂转动前进,车轴固定不动,以车轴中间的联结点为支点旋转,改变车轴角度实现转向。
本构造有益效果是:结构简单稳定,操纵方便,提高效率。可进一步提高三轮、四轮车辆转向自由度,免去了许多复杂设置,如手扶拖拉机采用本结构,轴固定,可去掉离合器。转向阻力变小,结构简单操纵性更好。

Claims (3)

1.一种三轮车,四轮车或手扶拖拉机车桥构造,其特征在于:由驱动轮,从动轮,及轴中间的可转动的连接器与车盘相连实现转向及驱动功能的构造,车轴不转与车盘固定,驱动轮通过飞轮或轮毂电机带动整车前进,从动轮从动,实现平稳转向前进。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车轴整体构造,其特征在于:轴两侧的轮,其中一个是驱动轮,另一个是从动轮。车轴中间与车盘连接点为圆心可以水平旋转改变方向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三轮车四轮车或手扶拖拉机车桥构造,其特征在于车轴固定后不转动轮毂转动,或动力带动飞轮传动给驱动轮套连在轴上转动,或使用轮毂电机转动驱动轮,轴另一边的随动轮随动。
