本发明公开了一种用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋及其生产工艺,涉及热收缩膜技术领域,该种用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋的组份配比(重量份)包括丙烯酸酯1~3份、石蜡0.2~0.6份、硬脂酸0.2~0.6份、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷按0.2~0.6份、高密度聚乙烯15~20份、中密度聚乙烯13~20份、线性低密度聚乙烯11~20份、茂金属低密度聚乙烯14~19份、己二酸15~18份等。本发明还公开了一种用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋的生产工艺,包括制备透明改性剂、制备中间层原料、制备外层原料、制备内层原料、共挤机挤出、打孔成型六个工艺步骤,该种方法制备出的热收缩膜不仅透明性好、环保、韧性强,而且抗冲击能力也大大提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及热收缩膜技术领域,具体涉及一种用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋及其生产工艺。
背景技术
随着经济的迅速发展,人们对高要求的热收缩膜需求越来越大。特别是用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋,其主要作用是稳固、遮盖和保护产品。用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋是一种在生产过程中被拉伸定向,常温下稳定,既能满足商品的防潮防尘、防触摸、透明展示等功能,又能增加产品外观吸引力,也可用于代替各类纸盒,不但节约包装成本,而且符合包装潮流,这些产品都给人们生活带来了极大的便利,所以用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋必须具有较高的耐穿刺性,良好的收缩性和收缩应力,薄膜不能产生孔洞。
随着对烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋性能要求的不断提高,PVC热收缩膜逐渐减少,而各种聚乙烯PE多层共挤热缩膜发展迅速,但是现在这些PVC、PET、PS等材料是不可以降解的,长期使用对环境的污染效果很严重的,且不易回收、不符合环保的要求,而单纯不能降解的材料也不易达到热收缩膜要求的高耐穿刺性和好的收缩应力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种抗菌性能好,性能优良,工艺简单的用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:所提供的一种用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋的组份配比(重量份)包括:丙烯酸酯1~3份、石蜡0.2~0.6份、硬脂酸0.2~0.6份、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷按0.2~0.6份、高密度聚乙烯15~20份、中密度聚乙烯13~20份、线性低密度聚乙烯11~20份、茂金属低密度聚乙烯14~19份、己二酸15~18份、1,4-环己烷二甲醇13~19份、醋酸锑2~4份、乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺5~11份、异氰酸酯2~6份、二氧化硅3~9份、稳定剂10~16份。
一种用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋,其生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)制备透明改性剂:将丙烯酸酯、石蜡、硬脂酸、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷放入温度为80~110℃高速混合机中高速搅拌后,再放入低速混合机中搅拌冷却至30~45℃。
(2)制备中间层原料:在反应釜中加入己二酸、1,4-环己烷二甲醇和醋酸锑进行酯化反应2h;再加入稳定剂、二氧化硅、乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺、异氰酸酯,将反应釜内温度调至280~300℃并以80~100rpm的搅拌速度进行高速搅拌1.5~3h。
(3)制备外层原料:将高密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、茂金属低密度聚乙烯混合搅拌均匀。
(4)制备内层原料:取出步骤(3)中一半的原料,并将其与透明改性剂混合,加入反应釜中搅拌10~25min,将反应釜内温度调至140~160℃反应1~2h,再将其输送到双螺杆挤出机,挤出温度为150℃。
(5)共挤机挤出:将上述三种原料高温熔融,汇聚至三层共挤机挤出。
(6)打孔成型:将所述步骤(5)得到的热收缩膜包装袋放入包装袋自动打孔机上进行打孔。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中的外层原料与透明改性剂之间的比例为20:1。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中将丙烯酸酯、石蜡、硬脂酸、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷按1:0.2:0.2:0.2称取。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中反应釜的压力调至为0.3~0.5Mpa。
优选的,所述二氧化硅的粒径为150~160nm。
优选的,所述步骤(6)中打孔的直径为0.6cm。
采用本发明的技术方案,该种用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋的生产工艺得到的热收缩膜,不仅透明性好、收缩均匀、环保、柔性好、韧性强,而且抗撕裂强度大,抗冲击能力也大大提高,十分适合用于机械等领域的外包装。本发明中通过内层、中间层和外层膜的设计既可以降低对环境的污染,又可以达到热收缩膜要求的高耐穿刺性和好的收缩应力,并且可以回收利用,属于较好也较合适的环境友好型生物膜。

下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述。
实施例1:
一种用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋,所提供的该种热收缩膜包装袋的组份配比(重量份)包括:丙烯酸酯1份、石蜡0.2份、硬脂酸0.2份、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷按0.2份、高密度聚乙烯15份、中密度聚乙烯13份、线性低密度聚乙烯11份、茂金属低密度聚乙烯14份、己二酸15份、1,4-环己烷二甲醇13份、醋酸锑2份、乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺5份、异氰酸酯2份、二氧化硅3份、稳定剂10份。
一种用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋,所述的生产工艺按照以下步骤进行:
(1)制备透明改性剂:将丙烯酸酯、石蜡、硬脂酸、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷放入温度为80℃高速混合机中高速搅拌后,再放入低速混合机中搅拌冷却至30℃。
(2)制备中间层原料:在反应釜中加入己二酸、1,4-环己烷二甲醇和醋酸锑进行酯化反应2h;再加入稳定剂、二氧化硅、乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺、异氰酸酯,将反应釜内温度调至280℃并以80rpm的搅拌速度进行高速搅拌1.5h。
(3)制备外层原料:将高密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、茂金属低密度聚乙烯混合搅拌均匀。
(4)制备内层原料:取出步骤(3)中一半的原料,并将其与透明改性剂混合,加入反应釜中搅拌10min,将反应釜内温度调至140℃反应1h,再将其输送到双螺杆挤出机,挤出温度为150℃。
(5)共挤机挤出:将上述三种原料高温熔融,汇聚至三层共挤机挤出。
(6)打孔成型:将所述步骤(5)得到的热收缩膜包装袋放入包装袋自动打孔机上进行打孔。
实施例2:
其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于所述用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋,其组份配比(重量份)包括丙烯酸酯2份、石蜡0.4份、硬脂酸0.4份、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷按0.4份、高密度聚乙烯17份、中密度聚乙烯15份、线性低密度聚乙烯13份、茂金属低密度聚乙烯15份、己二酸16份、1,4-环己烷二甲醇15份、醋酸锑3份、乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺7份、异氰酸酯4份、二氧化硅5份、稳定剂12份。所述步骤(1)中高速混合机的搅拌温度为90℃,再放入低速混合机中搅拌冷却至35℃;所述步骤(3)中将反应釜的温度调节到140℃,所述步骤(4)中反应釜的搅拌时间为18min,将反应釜内温度调至150℃反应1.5h,再将其输送到双螺杆挤出机,挤出温度为150℃。
实施例3:
其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于所述用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋,其组份配比(重量份)包括丙烯酸酯3份、石蜡0.6份、硬脂酸0.6份、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷按0.6份、高密度聚乙烯20份、中密度聚乙烯20份、线性低密度聚乙烯20份、茂金属低密度聚乙烯19份、己二酸18份、1,4-环己烷二甲醇19份、醋酸锑4份、乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺11份、异氰酸酯6份、二氧化硅9份、稳定剂16份。所述步骤(1)中高速混合机的搅拌温度为110℃,再放入低速混合机中搅拌冷却至45℃;所述步骤(3)中将反应釜的温度调节到140℃,所述步骤(4)中反应釜的搅拌时间为25min,将反应釜内温度调至160℃反应2h,再将其输送到双螺杆挤出机,挤出温度为150℃。

经过以上工艺步骤后,制备出的用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋,不仅透明性好、收缩均匀、环保、柔性好、韧性强,而且抗撕裂强度大,抗冲击能力也大大提高,十分适合用于机械等领域的外包装。本发明中通过内层、中间层和外层膜的设计既可以降低对环境的污染,又可以达到热收缩膜要求的高耐穿刺性和好的收缩应力,并且可以回收利用,属于较好也较合适的环境友好型生物膜。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋,其特征在于:所述用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋的组份配比(重量份)包括:丙烯酸酯1~3份、石蜡0.2~0.6份、硬脂酸0.2~0.6份、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷按0.2~0.6份、高密度聚乙烯15~20份、中密度聚乙烯13~20份、线性低密度聚乙烯11~20份、茂金属低密度聚乙烯14~19份、己二酸15~18份、1,4-环己烷二甲醇13~19份、醋酸锑2~4份、乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺5~11份、异氰酸酯2~6份、二氧化硅3~9份、稳定剂10~16份。
2.一种根据权利要求1的用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装袋,其特征在于,其生产工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)制备透明改性剂:将丙烯酸酯、石蜡、硬脂酸、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷放入温度为80~110℃高速混合机中高速搅拌后,再放入低速混合机中搅拌冷却至30~45℃。
(2)制备中间层原料:在反应釜中加入己二酸、1,4-环己烷二甲醇和醋酸锑进行酯化反应2h;再加入稳定剂、二氧化硅、乙氧基化脂肪族烷基胺、异氰酸酯,将反应釜内温度调至280~300℃并以80~100rpm的搅拌速度进行高速搅拌1.5~3h。
(3)制备外层原料:将高密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、茂金属低密度聚乙烯混合搅拌均匀。
(4)制备内层原料:取出步骤(3)中一半的原料,并将其与透明改性剂混合,加入反应釜中搅拌10~25min,将反应釜内温度调至140~160℃反应1~2h,再将其输送到双螺杆挤出机,挤出温度为150℃。
(5)共挤机挤出:将上述三种原料高温熔融,汇聚至三层共挤机挤出。
(6)打孔成型:将所述步骤(5)得到的热收缩膜包装袋放入包装袋自动打孔机上进行打孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中的外层原料与透明改性剂之间的比例为20:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中将丙烯酸酯、石蜡、硬脂酸、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷按1:0.2:0.2:0.2称取。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中反应釜的压力调至为0.3~0.5Mpa。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述二氧化硅的粒径为150~160nm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于烟草卷烟的热收缩膜包装的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中打孔的直径为0.5~2.0cm。
