技术领域
本发明涉及一种MFPET纤维染色的平幅退浆工艺,属于纺织品印染技术领域。
背景技术
MFPET是与PET、PBT属于同一类聚合物系列的一种新型有机高分子芳香族聚酯产品。MFPET聚合物的结晶度小于PET,所以有PET纤维所不具备的一些优点,如弹性好、柔软、易染色;MFPET纤维的结构本身就能赋予织物很好的弹性,弹性伸长率远远高于PET纤维。
MFPET是一种新型的改性聚酯产品,MFPET具有优良的特性。在化学应用领域,MFPET纤维综合了锦纶较好的弹性、耐磨性和疲劳性;腈纶优良的蓬松性、柔软性和染色牢度;以及涤纶良好的抗皱性、尺寸稳定性和耐热性。此外,MFPET纤维还具有化学稳定性、耐污性、吸湿、抗紫外、抗静电的作用等,利用其优良特性,可在服装、装饰和产业等领域都具有良好的应用前景。
作为一种改性聚酯纤维,要拓宽其应用领域,对其染整性能的研究十分重要。在含MFPET织物染色加工过程中,如何合理的设计最佳染色工艺配方和条件,缺乏有效的理论指导。因此需要对新型聚酯纤维的染整性能进行探讨,以期对MFPET纤维织物的染色生产实践有一定的指导意义。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种MFPET纤维染色的平幅退浆工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种MFPET纤维染色的平幅退浆工艺,所述平幅退浆工艺使用的平幅退浆助剂每升含有下列材料:
液碱 20~30克;
乳化分散退浆剂M 1~2克;
三聚磷酸钠 1.8~2.2克;
除油剂F 1.8~2.2克。
优选的技术方案为:所述平幅退浆工艺的温度条件为95~100℃。
优选的技术方案为:所述平幅退浆工艺的车速为40/分钟。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:

实施例一:一种MFPET纤维染色的平幅退浆工艺
一种MFPET纤维染色的平幅退浆工艺,所述平幅退浆工艺使用的平幅退浆助剂每升含有下列材料:
液碱 25克;
乳化分散退浆剂M 1.5克;
三聚磷酸钠 2克;
除油剂F 2克。
所述平幅退浆工艺的温度条件为98℃。
所述平幅退浆工艺的车速为40/分钟。
液碱选用目前常用的质量浓度为30-32%的液碱或质量浓度为40-42%的液碱。
实施例二:一种MFPET纤维染色的平幅退浆工艺
一种MFPET纤维染色的平幅退浆工艺,所述平幅退浆工艺使用的平幅退浆助剂每升还用下列材料:
液碱 30克;
乳化分散退浆剂M 2克;
三聚磷酸钠 1.8克;
除油剂F 2克。
所述平幅退浆工艺的温度条件为97℃。
所述平幅退浆工艺的车速为40/分钟。

除油剂F 1.8~2.2克。
