背景技术
鸡肉中营养元素含量(每100克):能量167cal、水69g、蛋白质19.3g、脂肪9.4g、碳水化合物1.3g、维生素A48mg、维生素B10.05mg、维生素B20.09mg、维生素E0.67mg、烟酸5.6mg、钠63.3mg、钙9mg、铁1.4mg、胆固醇106mg。鸡肉含丰富蛋白质,其脂肪中含不饱和脂肪酸,故是老年人和心血管疾病患者较好的蛋白质食品。对体质虚弱,病后或产后用鸡肉或鸡汤作补品食用更为适宜,尤以乌骨鸡为佳。可用于虚劳瘦弱、骨蒸潮热、脾虚泄泻、消渴、崩漏、赤白带、遗精等。
土鸡养殖一般从2个月开始饲养至6个月出栏,在这期间除了给鸡注射疫苗外,还需再其饲料中添加药物,常用的药物有:1.痢特灵,用于鸡下痢、肠炎及拉稀等症,每只每次喂药半片,效果显著。2.百喘硼,用于鸡气管炎,患病鸡每只投喂1片即可见效,并可很快痊愈。3.土霉素,是消炎常备药。4.青霉素,对革兰氏阳性菌具有强大的抑菌作用,每只鸡用2~4万单位,幼鸡1~5千单位,拌入饲料中饲喂可防治球虫病;成鸡每周每百只用4支80万单位的青霉素混于饮水中喂给,可防治鸡霍乱的发生。5.去痛片,用于鸡感冒,每只病鸡喂服1片,效果很好。6.消炎粉,用于外伤感染部位消炎。7.高锰酸钾,用0.1%~0.5%的高锰酸钾溶液,可作鸡口腔粘膜冲洗用,也可适量混于饮水中让鸡饮用,作消化道消炎杀菌用。8.漂白粉,用于鸡舍、场地、粪便、饲槽等消毒。9.龙胆紫(紫药水),用于治疗创伤、湿疹、溃疡、啄伤等。
由此可以看出,土鸡在饲喂过程中被用了多种药物,这些药物会在体内残留,在人食用时,这些药物又会进入人体,危害人类健康。目前急需一种可以提高土鸡免疫力的饲料,可以使土鸡免于生病,减少用抗生素等药的几率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提高土鸡免疫力的饲料,该饲料可以提高鸡的免疫力,减少鸡生病的次数。
为达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案为:一种提高土鸡免疫力的饲料,按照重量份数计算,包括玉米70-80份,麦麸23-26份,高粱11-15份,黄豆10-15份,米皮糠8-11份,大米粉3-7份,鱼粉3-5份,松毛2-4份,骨粉1-2份,石膏1-2份,柴胡0.2-0.5份。
玉米每100克玉米中含蛋白质85克,脂肪4.3克,糖类72.2克,能量1398.4千焦,钙22毫克,磷120毫克,铁1.6毫克,维生素B1、B2,维生素E,维生素A原(胡萝卜素),烟酸和微量元素硒、镁等;其胚芽含52%不饱和脂肪酸,是精米的4-5倍。可见,玉米可为生猪提供充足的能量和维生素,供生猪生长发育所需。
麦麸,即麦皮,小麦加工面粉副产品,主要成分是纤维、糊粉、一些矿物质和维生素。可补充饲料中维生素和矿物质的不足。
高粱一般含淀粉60%一70%,每100克高梁米中含蛋白质8.4克,脂肪2.7克,碳水化合物75.6克,钙7毫克,粗纤维0.3克,灰分0.4克,钙17毫克,磷188毫克,铁4.1毫克,硫胺素0.14毫克,核黄素0.07毫克,尼克酸0.6毫克,维生素B10.26毫克、维生素B20.09毫克。每百克高粱米的发热量为1525.7千焦耳。如将其与其他粮食混合食用,则可提高营养价值。高粱有一定的药效,具有和胃、健脾、消积、温中、涩肠胃、止霍乱的功效。高粱中含有单宁,有收敛固脱的作用,可以治疗土鸡的慢性腹泻。
黄豆有“豆中之王”之称,被人们叫做“植物肉”、“绿色的乳牛”,营养价值最丰富。干黄豆中含高品质的蛋白质约40%,为其他粮食之冠。现代营养学研究表明,一斤黄豆相当于二斤多瘦猪肉,或三斤鸡蛋,或十二斤牛奶的蛋白质含量。脂肪含量也在豆类中占首位,出油率达20%;此外,还含有维生素A、B、D、E及钙、磷、铁等矿物质。一斤黄豆中含铁质55毫克,且易被动物体体吸收利用,有利于补血;一斤黄豆中含磷2855毫克,对大脑神经十分有利。大豆中含有的可溶性纤维,既可通便,又能降低胆固醇含量;大豆中含有一种抑制胰酶的物质,对糖尿病有治疗作用;大豆所含的皂甙还有明显的降血脂作用。
米皮糠含油,油中含三萜烯酵网魏酸酯,通称谷维醇。其中包括环木菠萝烯醇、24-甲基环木菠萝烷醇、环木菠萝烷醇、胆甾醇、三甲基甾醇、二氢-γ-谷甾醇,二氢-β-谷甾醇、β-谷甾醇,菜油甾醇、豆甾醇、24-亚甲基环木菠萝烷醇等的阿魏酸酯。还含甘油三酯、甘油二酯、甘油一酯等多种甘油酯及游离脂肪酸(其中棕榈酸约达50%),还有角鲨烯、阿魏酸、甾醇、高级脂肪醇、烃、磷脂、脂蛋白、维生索B16、B1、和E族。还含有一种抗肿瘤物质(23.6克/公斤),该物质可能系多糖类化合物(主要是五碳糖和六碳糖),能溶于水,不溶于一般有机溶媒。另含糠甙,系糠甙元的葡萄糖甙。具有通肠,开胃,下气,磨积块的功效;治噎膈,脚气。
大米中含碳水化合物75%左右,蛋白质7%-8%,脂肪1.3%-1.8%,并含有丰富的B族维生素等。大米中的碳水化合物主要是淀粉,所含的蛋白质主要是米谷蛋白,其次是米胶蛋白和球蛋白,其蛋白质的生物价和氨基酸的构成比例都比小麦、大麦、小米、玉米等禾谷类作物高,消化率66.8%-83.1%,也是谷类蛋白质中较高的一种。中医认为大米味甘性平,具有补中益气、健脾养胃、益精强志、和五脏、通血脉、聪耳明目、止烦、止渴、止泻的功效。
鱼粉用一种或多种鱼类为原料,经去油、脱水、粉碎加工后的高蛋白质饲料原料。鱼粉中不含纤维素等难于消化的物质,粗脂肪含量高,鱼粉的有效能值高,生产中以鱼粉为原料很容易配成高能量饲料。鱼粉富含B族维生素,尤以维生素B12、B2含量高,还含有维生素A、D和维生素E等脂溶性维生素。鱼粉是良好的矿物质来源,钙、磷的含量很高,且比例适宜,所有磷都是可利用磷。鱼粉的含硒量很高,可达2mg/kg以上。此外,鱼粉中碘、锌、铁、硒的含量也很高,并含有适量的砷。鱼粉中含有促生长的未知因子,这种物质还没有提纯成化合物,这种物质可刺激动物生长发育。
中药材松毛为中药材松叶的别名,中药松叶为松科植物松树等的针叶。松叶具有祛风燥湿,杀虫,止痒的功效;治风湿痿痹,跌打损伤,失眠,浮肿,湿疮,疥癣,并能防治流脑,流感,钩虫病。
骨粉中含有丰富的矿物质,最主要的是羟磷灰石晶体[Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2]和无定型磷酸氢钙(CaHPO4),在其表面还吸附了Ca2+、Mg2+、Na+、Cl-、HCO-、F-及柠檬酸根等离子。更为重要的是,骨粉中丰富的Ca和P是人体必需的常量矿物元素,而且它们的比例(Ca:P=2:1)是体内吸收钙磷的最佳比例。骨粉中含有12.0%~35.0%的蛋白质,其中含量最高的是组成胶原纤维的胶原蛋白。骨粉中含有合理的脂肪酸比例,主要的饱和脂肪酸有棕榈酸和硬脂酸,不饱和脂肪酸有油酸和亚油酸;饱和脂肪酸与不饱和脂肪酸的比例接近1:1,与营养协会推荐人体摄入脂肪酸的组成比例相符。另外,骨粉中还含有微量的豆蔻酸(14:10)、豆蔻油酸(14:1)、棕榈油酸(16:1)、亚麻酸(18:3)等脂肪酸。骨粉中还含有脑组织发育不可缺少的磷脂质、磷蛋白以及被认为有加强皮下细胞代谢、防止衰老的软骨素,骨胶原。此外,还有多种维生素,如:VA、VD、VB1、VB2、VB12等。
石膏清热泻火,除烦止渴,收敛生肌(用煅石膏)。主治中风寒热,心下逆气惊喘,口干舌焦,不能息,腹中坚痛,除邪鬼,产褥金疮。除时气头痛身热,三焦大热,皮肤热,肠胃中结气,解肌发汗,止消渴烦逆,腹胀暴气,喘息咽热,亦可做浴汤。治伤寒头疼如裂。和葱煎茶,去头疼。治天行狂热,头风旋,下乳,揩齿益齿。除胃热肺热,散阴邪,缓脾益气。止阳明经头疼,发热恶寒,日哺潮热,大渴引饮,中暑潮热,牙疼。
柴胡是常用解表药,有和解表里,疏肝升阳之功效;用于感冒发热、寒热往来、疟疾、肝郁气滞、胸肋胀痛、脱肛、子宫脱垂、***等。
该方案的有益效果是:一是营养全面充足,能够保证土鸡的营养需要;二是能够调节身体内平衡,提高抗病能力,预防感冒、防治寄生虫。
优化方案一:作为对基础方案的优化,按照重量份数计算,还包括甘草0.1-0.3份,薄荷0.1-0.15份,菖蒲0.1-0.2份,巴豆0.06-0.09份。
甘草具有抗炎、抗病毒、保肝解毒及增强免疫功能等作用;由于甘草酸有糖皮质激素样药理作用而无严重不良反应,临床被广泛用于治疗各种急慢性肝炎、支气管炎和艾滋病,还具有抗癌防癌、干扰素诱生剂及细胞免疫调节剂等功能;甘草酸具有降血脂与抗动脉粥样硬化作用,阻止动脉粥样硬化的形成;甘草还具有调和著药的功效。
薄荷全草入药,辛,凉;归肺、肝经,有发散风热,清利咽喉,透疹解毒,疏肝解郁和止痒等功效,适用于感冒发热、头痛、咽喉肿痛、无汗、风火赤眼、风疹、皮肤发痒、疝痛、下痢及瘰疬等症,外用有轻微的止痛作用,用于神经痛等。
菖蒲具有化湿开胃,开窍豁痰,醒神益智的功效;用于脘痞不饥,噤口下痢,神昏癫痫,健忘耳聋。
巴豆果实入药,性热,味辛,功能破积、逐水、涌吐痰涎,有助于治寒结便秘、腹水肿胀、寒邪食积所致的胸腹胀满急痛、大便不通、泄泻痢疾、水肿腹大、痰饮喘满、喉风喉痹、痈疽、恶疮疥癣等。
本方案可以调节土鸡的呼吸***、消化***、******等,促进土鸡的内平衡,从而提高免疫力。

省藤具有驱虫,利尿,祛风镇痛的功效;主治蛔虫,蛲虫,绦虫,小便热淋涩痛,齿痛。烟筒花具有祛风止痒,驱虫解毒,祛痰止咳的功效;主治荨麻疹,湿疹及各种皮肤过敏症,蛔虫,咳嗽痰喘。灌木蒲桃具有驱蛔的功效;主蛔虫腹痛。本方案可以杀灭鸡体内寄生的蛔虫、绦虫等,减轻鸡蛔虫病症状,防治鸡蛔虫病和绦虫病。鸡的肠道健康,才能正常的吸收营养,改善体质,提高抵抗力。
一种提高土鸡免疫力的饲料的饲喂方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将饲料中的各组分打粉,并混合均匀,得饲料粉;(2)每天上午和下午分别用饲料粉饲喂一次土鸡,中午用青饲料饲喂土鸡。
青饲料的成分为苜蓿草,每百克嫩茎叶含水分87.5克,蛋白质5.9克,脂肪0.1克,碳水化合物9.7克,钙168毫克,磷64毫克,铁7.6毫克,胡萝卜素3.48毫克,维生素B 10.1毫克,维生素B 20.22毫克,尼克酸1.0毫克,维生素C85毫克等。性味甘、平、涩,无毒;利大小肠,安中,和胃,舒筋活络。青饲料不仅起补充营养的作用,而且有利于土鸡的肠道健康。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
实验一:选择350只2月龄土鸡苗,随机分为7组,每组50只,鸡苗重0.5-0.6kg。除了饲料不同外,其余条件均相同。饲养四个月后出栏,记录四个月内土鸡生病情况。
第一组为空白组:饲喂天津市平新饲料厂生产的肉鸡全价料。每天上午和下午分别用肉鸡全价饲喂一次土鸡,中午用苜蓿草饲喂土鸡。
第二组为对照组:在天津市平新饲料厂生产的肉鸡全价料中添加去痛片,其他与第一组相同。
第三组至第七组在投喂本发明的饲料:将饲料中的各组分打粉,并混合均匀,得饲料粉;每天上午和下午分别用饲料粉喂一次土鸡;中午用苜蓿草饲喂土鸡。各组的饲料组成如下:
第四组为实验A组:按照重量份数计算,是由玉米70份,麦麸26份,高粱11份,黄豆10份,米皮糠11份,大米粉3份,鱼粉5份,松毛4份,骨粉1份,石膏1份,柴胡0.2份组成的。
第五组为实验B组:按照重量份数计算,是由玉米80份,麦麸23份,高粱15份,黄豆15份,米皮糠8份,大米粉7份,鱼粉3份,松毛2份,骨粉2份,石膏2份,柴胡0.5份组成的。
第六组为实验C组:按照重量份数计算,是由玉米73份,麦麸24份,高粱14份,黄豆11份,米皮糠9份,大米粉6份,鱼粉3.7份,松毛2.8份,骨粉1.2份,石膏1.2份,柴胡0.4份,甘草0.1份,薄荷0.1份,菖蒲0.1份,巴豆0.06份组成的。
第七组为实验D组:按照重量份数计算,是由玉米78份,麦麸24.4份,高粱12份,黄豆13份,米皮糠10.5份,大米粉4份,鱼粉4.6份,松毛3.4份,骨粉1.7份,石膏1.7份,柴胡0.25份,甘草0.3份,薄荷0.15份,菖蒲0.2份,巴豆0.09份组成的。
第八组为实验E组:按照重量份数计算,包括玉米76份,麦麸25份,高粱13份,黄豆12份,米皮糠10份,大米粉5份,鱼粉4份,松毛3份,骨粉1份,石膏1份,柴胡0.3份,甘草0.2份,薄荷0.12份,菖蒲0.1份,巴豆0.08份。
第九组为实验F组:按照重量份数计算,是由玉米76份,麦麸25份,高粱13份,黄豆12份,米皮糠10份,大米粉5份,鱼粉4份,松毛3份,骨粉1份,石膏1份,柴胡0.3份,甘草0.2份,薄荷0.12份,菖蒲0.1份,巴豆0.08份,省藤0.2份,烟筒花0.15份,灌木蒲桃0.06份组成的。
实验一结果如下:

实验一结果分析:每组土鸡患感冒的情况:第一组没有用药,所以患感冒的土鸡较多,而且单只土鸡有多次感冒的情况,说明饲喂市售饲料的土鸡免疫力较差。第二组用药物预防,起到了一定的效果,患病鸡次大大减少,但是体内会有药物残留,鸡肉不够健康。第三组至第八组,土鸡患感冒次数进一步减少,可见本发明可以提高土鸡抗感冒的能力,提高了免疫力。
出栏时第一组土鸡由于反复生病,所以平均体重较轻。第二组用了药物,生病次数减少,体重比第一组略重,符合出栏要求(体重不低于2kg/只)。第三组至第八组,由于土鸡身体内环境平衡,体质健壮,所以体重进一步增加到2.3-2.7kg。可见,本发明对土鸡增重,不仅无害,而且有促进作用。
实验二:将上述各组土鸡随机选择10只宰杀,清炖,邀请30人品尝。其中96.7%的人反应第三组至第八组的土鸡肉细嫩、筋道,肉汤鲜美。
综上所述,本发明相比现有技术具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。

1.一种提高土鸡免疫力的饲料,其特征在于:按照重量份数计算,包括玉米70-80份,麦麸23-26份,高粱11-15份,黄豆10-15份,米皮糠8-11份,大米粉3-7份,鱼粉3-5份,松毛2-4份,骨粉1-2份,石膏1-2份,柴胡0.2-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高土鸡免疫力的饲料,其特征在于:按照重量份数计算,还包括甘草0.1-0.3份,薄荷0.1-0.15份,菖蒲0.1-0.2份,巴豆0.06-0.09份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种提高土鸡免疫力的饲料,其特征在于:按照重量份数计算,包括玉米76份,麦麸25份,高粱13份,黄豆12份,米皮糠10份,大米粉5份,鱼粉4份,松毛3份,骨粉1份,石膏1份,柴胡0.3份,甘草0.2份,薄荷0.12份,菖蒲0.1份,巴豆0.08份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种提高土鸡免疫力的饲料,其特征在于:按照重量份数计算,是由玉米76份,麦麸25份,高粱13份,黄豆12份,米皮糠10份,大米粉5份,鱼粉4份,松毛3份,骨粉1份,石膏1份,柴胡0.3份,甘草0.2份,薄荷0.12份,菖蒲0.1份,巴豆0.08份,省藤0.2份,烟筒花0.15份,灌木蒲桃0.06份组成的。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种提高土鸡免疫力的饲料的饲喂方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将饲料中的各组分打粉,并混合均匀,得饲料粉;
(2)每天上午和下午分别用饲料粉饲喂一次土鸡,中午用青饲料饲喂土鸡。
