(3) tank type fermentation: putting the material obtained in the step (2) into a tank for stacking, wherein the height of a stack body is set to be less than or equal to 3m, and the water content of the fermentation raw material is 40-50%; turning the fertilizer when the temperature of the pile body rises to 50-55 ℃ and lasts for more than 1 day, turning the fertilizer once every 2-4 days, wherein the time of tank type fermentation is 20-25 days;
(4) composting and fermenting: setting the height of the pile body to be less than or equal to 6m, wherein the water content of the product obtained in the step (3) is 35-40%; when the temperature of the pile body rises to above 55 ℃ and lasts for 2-3 days, turning the fertilizer once every 5-7 days, wherein the time for retting and fermenting is 20-25 days;
(5) crushing and screening: when the temperature of the stack is continuously kept below 50 ℃ and the water content of the product obtained in the step (4) is below 35%, crushing and screening the product obtained in the step (4);
(6) and (3) subsequent decomposition and fermentation: performing subsequent decomposition fermentation on the product obtained in the step (5), setting the height of a pile to be less than or equal to 6m, turning over the fertilizer every 7-10 days, and completing decomposition of the organic fertilizer when the temperature of the pile is continuously kept below 40 ℃ and the water content of the product obtained in the step (5) is kept below 30% so as to obtain a decomposed organic fertilizer;
the method B comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of fermentation raw materials: adjusting the C/N ratio of the fermentation substrate to be 20-25, and the total nutrient content to be 6.0-6.5%; the fermentation substrate comprises mushroom dregs;
(2) pre-fermentation: performing strip pile composting on the fermentation raw materials obtained in the step (1), setting the height of a pile body to be less than or equal to 2m, punching at intervals of 1m, wherein the punching diameter is 3-5cm, the punching depth is the bottom, performing one-time fertilizer turning when the temperature of the pile body rises to more than 50 ℃, and transferring the pile body into a pile retting fermentation area;
(3) composting and fermenting: performing stack retting fermentation on the obtained substance in the step (2), setting the height of a stack to be less than or equal to 3m, turning the fertilizer when the temperature of the stack rises to be more than 55 ℃ and lasts for 2-3 days, turning the fertilizer once every 3-5 days, and keeping the time of stack retting fermentation to be 20-30 days;
(4) and (3) subsequent decomposition and fermentation: performing subsequent decomposition fermentation on the product obtained in the step (3), setting the height of a pile to be less than or equal to 6m, turning over the fertilizer once every 7-10 days when the temperature of the pile reaches over 50 ℃, and completing decomposition of the organic fertilizer when the temperature of the pile is continuously kept below 40 ℃ and the water content of the product obtained in the step (3) is kept below 30% to obtain a decomposed organic fertilizer;
in the step (1) of the method A, the content of the mushroom dregs in the fermentation substrate is more than 60 percent by weight percent; in the step (1) of the method B, the content of the mushroom dregs in the fermentation substrate is more than 60 percent by weight.
2. The microbial fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein in the step (2) of the method A, the pre-fermentation process is stopped when the temperature of the pile in the pre-fermentation process reaches 35-40 ℃.
3. A microbial fertilizer according to claim 1 or 2, wherein in step (1) of method a, the fermentation substrate further comprises at least one of municipal solid waste, crop straw and livestock and poultry manure; in the step (1) of the method B, the fermentation substrate further comprises at least one of municipal solid waste, crop straws and livestock and poultry manure.
4. The microbial fertilizer according to claim 1, further comprising inorganic nutrients of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium; the addition amount of the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium inorganic nutrients is more than 6 percent of the total weight of the microbial fertilizer.
5. The microbial fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the functional bacteria is bacillus subtilis.
6. The microbial fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the functional bacteria are Bacillus subtilis and Brevibacillus laterosporus.
7. The microbial fertilizer according to claim 6, wherein the addition amount of Bacillus subtilis is 1.046 hundred million/g.microbial fertilizer, and the addition amount of Brevibacillus laterosporus is 0.115 hundred million/g.microbial fertilizer.
