本发明涉及机械自动化领域,特别是涉及一种电磁阀阀盖加工设备的丝攻连接器。
背景技术
丝攻连接器是将一个被叫做接头的紧固件和一个丝攻连接到一起,现有的丝攻连接器不便于丝攻的更换,连接也不方便,而且使用寿命较短,不适合长期使用,这就造成了生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单新颖的电磁阀阀盖加工设备的丝攻连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种电磁阀阀盖加工设备的丝攻连接器,该电磁阀阀盖加工设备的丝攻连接器包括丝攻上本体和丝攻下本体,丝攻上本体为圆柱形,丝攻下本体为向下倾斜的带内腔面的圆锥体,丝攻上本体和丝攻下本体上设有同圆心的丝攻安装孔,丝攻上本体上设有以圆心阵列的三个第一丝攻矩形通槽,相邻两个第一丝攻矩形通槽之间的丝攻上本体上均设有第二丝攻矩形通槽,位于第一丝攻矩形通槽和第二丝攻矩形通槽之间的丝攻上本体上均设有丝攻楔形块,第二丝攻矩形通槽内设有可滑动的丝攻夹紧块,三块丝攻夹紧块的侧面均与两块相邻丝攻楔形块的内侧贴合,三块丝攻夹紧块的斜面均与丝攻楔形块的斜面贴合,三块丝攻楔形块的外斜面均与丝攻下本体的内腔面贴合,丝攻下本体上设有与第一丝攻矩形通槽对应的避让槽,避让槽内安装有丝攻螺栓,丝攻螺栓将丝攻上本体和丝攻下本体锁紧,丝攻连接器还包括带垫片螺栓,三块丝攻夹紧块的外侧面均通过带垫片螺栓与丝攻下本体固定,带垫片螺栓的螺杆上安装有复位弹簧,复位弹簧位于丝攻下本体和带垫片螺栓的垫片之间。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种电磁阀阀盖加工设备的丝攻连接器,该连接器连接方便,便于丝攻的更换,而且结构简单新颖,使用寿命长。

一种电磁阀阀盖加工设备的丝攻连接器,该电磁阀阀盖加工设备的丝攻连接器包括丝攻上本体11110和丝攻下本体11111,丝攻上本体11110为圆柱形,丝攻下本体11111为向下倾斜的带内腔面的圆锥体,丝攻上本体11110和丝攻下本体11111上设有同圆心的丝攻安装孔,丝攻上本体11110上设有以圆心阵列的三个第一丝攻矩形通槽11112,相邻两个第一丝攻矩形通槽11112之间的丝攻上本体11110上均设有第二丝攻矩形通槽11113,位于第一丝攻矩形通槽11112和第二丝攻矩形通槽11113之间的丝攻上本体11110上均设有丝攻楔形块11114,第二丝攻矩形通槽11113内设有可滑动的丝攻夹紧块11115,三块丝攻夹紧块11115的侧面均与两块相邻丝攻楔形块11114的内侧贴合,三块丝攻夹紧块11115的斜面均与丝攻楔形块11114的斜面贴合,三块丝攻楔形块11114的外斜面均与丝攻下本体11111的内腔面贴合,丝攻下本体11111上设有与第一丝攻矩形通槽11112对应的避让槽,避让槽内安装有丝攻螺栓11116,丝攻螺栓11116将丝攻上本体11110和丝攻下本体11111锁紧,丝攻连接器1111还包括带垫片螺栓11117,三块丝攻夹紧块11115的外侧面均通过带垫片螺栓11117与丝攻下本体11111固定,带垫片螺栓11117的螺杆上安装有复位弹簧11118,复位弹簧11118位于丝攻下本体11111和带垫片螺栓11117的垫片之间。
本发明电磁阀阀盖加工设备的丝攻连接器工作时,人工拧丝攻螺栓11116带动丝攻下本体11111向上滑动使得丝攻夹紧块11115在第一丝攻矩形通槽11112内滑动,丝攻夹紧块11115在第一丝攻矩形通槽11112向内滑动将丝攻卡紧。
本发明电磁阀阀盖加工设备的丝攻连接器,该连接器连接方便,便于丝攻的更换,而且结构简单新颖,使用寿命长。
