背景技术
在大型圆柱滚子轴承中，通常需要用卡簧对无挡边套圈轴承的滚子进行限位，而单片卡簧往往不能满足疲劳强度，双片卡簧安装繁琐，且普通卡簧有轴向窜动余量，不利于限位。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，安装简便，无轴向窜动余量的无挡边套圈轴承限位用卡簧。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供了如下技术方案：一种无挡边套圈轴承限位用卡簧，包括卡簧本体，所述卡簧本体为螺旋式圆片状，卡簧本体上设有锥面，所述锥面的锥角α≤5°。
通过采用上述技术方案，卡簧由于弹性力而夹紧，锥角使得卡簧无轴向窜动，结构简单，工作可靠。
本实用新型进一步设置为：所述卡簧本体上设置有折弯边，所述卡簧本体通过折弯边分成上、下两层，每层的圆周上均留有张力缺口，所述两张力缺口以折弯边为对称中心相对设置。通过本设置，在安装卡簧的过程中，将卡簧的两头部向反方向扳，先将缺口对面的内侧套入卡簧槽中，再继续增大卡簧内径，直到卡簧完全套入槽中，卡簧安装简便。
本实用新型进还一步设置为：所述的卡簧本体由弹簧钢制成。通过本设置，卡簧弹性力好，工作可靠。
本实用新型的优点是在安装卡簧的过程中，卡簧内径直到卡簧完全套入槽中；卡簧由于弹性力而夹紧，锥角使得卡簧无轴向窜动；卡簧安装简便以及有很好的抗疲劳强度。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2和图3，本实用新型公开的无挡边套圈轴承限位用卡簧，包括卡簧本体1，所述卡簧本体1为螺旋式圆片状，卡簧本体1上设有锥面，所述锥面的锥角α≤5°。
所述卡簧本体1的锥面为工作面，锥面的锥角α的大小可以根据实际需要设置，本实施例优选的锥角α为5°，此技术方案，卡簧安装简便，无轴向窜动余量。
另外，本实施例的卡簧本体1上设置有折弯边11，所述卡簧本体1通过折弯边11分成上、下两层，每层的圆周上均留有张力缺口2，所述两张力缺口2以折弯边11为对称中心相对设置。
所述的卡簧本体1由弹簧钢制成。本实施例优选的弹簧钢为65Mn弹簧钢，此弹簧钢具有较好的综合力学性能，高的疲劳强度。
在装配的的过程中，将卡簧的两头部向反方向扳，先将张力缺口2对面的内侧套入卡簧槽中，再继续增大卡簧内径直到卡簧完全套入槽中。卡簧由于弹性力而夹紧，锥角使得卡簧无轴向窜动。采用以上结构，本实用新型的卡簧能更便于安装、无轴向窜动以及很好的抗疲劳强度。

2.根据权利要求1所述的无挡边套圈轴承限位用卡簧，其特征在于：所述卡簧本体上设置有折弯边，所述卡簧本体通过折弯边分成上、下两层，每层的圆周上均留有张力缺口，所述两张力缺口以折弯边为对称中心相对设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的无挡边套圈轴承限位用卡簧，其特征在于：所述的卡簧本体由弹簧钢制成。
