本发明公开了一种含玉米须提取物的有效部位组合物及其制备方法和应用。本发明所述含玉米须提取物的有效部位组合物以玉米须提取物和白茶提取物为主要成分,还添加了人参粉、山药粉、薏苡仁粉、荞麦粉,形成有效部位组合物,由于原料均为药食同源的天然植物资源及植物有效部位提取物,可以制成各种剂型的保健品,具有降血压的功效,且长期饮用对人体无毒副作用。

本发明涉及含有玉米须提取物在食品或保健品中的应用,具体涉及一种以玉米须提取物和白茶提取物为主要成分,配合其他几种药食同源的组分得到的有效部位组合物在食品或保健品中的应用。
背景技术
高血压是最常见的心血管疾病,且由其引发的一系列心血管疾病已成为影响人类健康的头号疾病,已在全球范围内得到关注。临床上采用的西药治疗高血压方法存在治标不治本,副作用大,需长期服药等弊端,因此迫切需要安全、无毒副作用的能防治高血压的纯天然保健食品。
我国药食同源植物种类繁多,研究表明,许多天然的野生资源具有抗高血压、降脂等多种复合保健作用。其中,玉米须就具有显著的降压降脂功效,药理研究表明:玉米须提取物具有利尿、降压、促进胆汁分泌,增加血中凝血酶和加速血液凝固等作用,同时,玉米须还具有防治高血压的作用。白茶提取物中含有人体所必需的活性酶,国内外医学研究证明长期饮用白茶可以提高体内脂活性,促进脂肪分解代谢,有效控制胰岛素分泌量,延缓葡萄糖的肠吸收,分解体内血液多余的糖分,促进血糖平衡。同时,白茶含丰富多种氨基酸,其性寒凉,具有退热祛暑解毒之功。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于根据玉米须和白茶的功效,提供一种新的以玉米须提取物和白茶提取物为主要原料,按照特定比例添加其它几种药食同源的天然植物 有效部位提取物,所得到的有效部位组合物可以制成各种剂型的保健品,特别可以用于降血压。
本发明另一目的在于提供上述含玉米须提取物的有效部位组合物的制备方法。
本发明还有一个目的在于提供上述含玉米须提取物的有效部位组合物的应用。
本发明上述目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种含玉米须提取物的有效部位组合物,由如下按照质量百分数计的组分组成:玉米须提取物10~40%、白茶提取物10~40%、人参粉5~10%、山药粉5~10%、薏苡仁粉5~10%、荞麦粉5~10%;
其中,所述玉米须提取物的制备方法是:玉米须烘干至恒重,经酶解后过滤取滤渣,再经醇提,取滤液,除去乙醇后干燥,得到玉米须提取物;
所述白茶提取物的制备方法是:将白茶烘干至恒重,然后粉碎过筛,用乙醇溶液浸提,过滤取滤液,除去乙醇后干燥,得到白茶提取物。
作为一种优选的技术方案,上述酶解是使用复合酶解液对玉米须进行酶解,所述复合酶解液是由果胶酶、纤维素酶和半纤维素酶按照1:1:1~3:1:1的质量比配制而成复合酶,用水将复合酶配制成浓度为0.1~0.4wt%,调节pH为3.0~5.0。
作为一种更进一步的优选技术方案,所述酶解是将干燥后的玉米须与复合酶解液按照1:1~1:6的质量比混合,在30~60℃下酶解10~30min;酶解后取滤渣,加入体积分数为30~50%的乙醇溶液,滤渣与乙醇溶液的料液比为1:10~1:20,在25~60℃、功率300~800W下超声提取15~60min后,过滤取滤液,50℃下旋转蒸发除去乙醇,再经真空冷冻干燥后,得到玉米须提取物。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述白茶提取物的制备方法中,所述烘干是50℃烘干,所述过筛是过40~60目筛,所述乙醇溶液的体积分数是50~80%,浸提的料液比为1:10~1:20,浸提温度为30~60℃,浸提时间为2~3h,所述干燥为真空冷冻干燥。
本发明所述含玉米须提取物的有效部位组合物可以按照需要制备成各种剂型的降压保健食品或降压保健药品。
作为一种优选技术方案,本发明提供将上述有效部位组合物制备成降压唐的方法:将各原料分别过80目筛,然后按照玉米须提取物10~40wt%、白茶提取物10~40wt%、人参粉5~10wt%、山药粉5~10wt%、薏苡仁粉5~10wt%、荞麦粉5~10wt%的比例混合均匀,加入体积分数为5%的PVP乙醇溶液,过18目筛造粒,粉碎后过16目筛整粒,然后加入的硬脂酸镁0.1~2wt%,压片、杀菌,得到含玉米须提取物的降压糖。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明选用玉米须、白茶、人参、山药、薏苡仁、荞麦作为原料,均为药食同源及食品类,具有一定的降压功效,且长期饮用对人体无毒副作用;
(2)本发明对玉米须和白茶中的有效成分进行了提取,增强了产品的降压功效,且提取过程简单,操作简便;
(3)本发明所述有效部位组合物可以制成各种剂型,也可以按照本发明提供的方法制备成降压糖,具有口感好,服用方便等优点。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。
以下实施例中,如无特别说明,所使用的原料均为市面上在售的原料,所使用的方法均为本领域技术人员熟知的方法。
实施例1
(1)玉米须提取物的制备:玉米须1kg在50℃烘箱中烘干至恒重;同时,按照果胶酶、纤维素酶与半纤维素酶质量比1:1:1配制复合酶,再用水将复合酶配制为质量百分比为0.4%的酶液,调节酶液的pH为3.0;将干燥后的玉米须与复合酶解液按照1:1的质量比混合,在30℃下酶解30min;酶解完后的玉米须-复合酶混合液过滤,取滤渣,加入30%的乙醇溶液,滤渣与乙醇溶液的料液比为1:10,温度60℃,功率提取800W下超声提取15min,过滤,取滤液,50℃下旋转蒸发除去乙醇,并进行真空冷冻干燥制得玉米须提取物125g。
(2)白茶提取物的制备:白茶1kg在50℃烘箱中烘干至恒重,后粉碎,过40目筛,用体积分数80%的乙醇在60℃下浸提2h,得到白茶提取液,提取液在50℃下旋转蒸发除去乙醇后进行真空冷冻干燥制得白茶提取物158g。
(3)玉米须提取物40g,白茶提取物39.5g,人参粉5g,山药粉5g,薏苡仁粉5g,荞麦粉5g,硬脂酸镁0.5g。
(4)制粒:玉米须提取物、白茶提取物、人参粉、山药粉、薏苡仁粉、荞麦粉分别过80目筛,按比例混合均匀,加入体积分数为5%的PVP乙醇溶液20ml制软材,过18目筛造粒,50℃条件下烘干,粉碎,过16目筛整粒;
(5)压片:颗粒中加入硬脂酸镁,进行压片,得到压片糖果。
(6)杀菌:采用紫外照射杀菌,时间为30min。
(7)检测:感官指标:压片糖果的表面光滑,色泽均匀一致;理化指标:片重0.6g,水分含量≤2.0%。
实施例2
(1)玉米须提取物的制备:玉米须1kg在50℃烘箱中烘干至恒重;同时,按照果胶酶、纤维素酶与半纤维素酶质量比3:1:1配制复合酶,再用水将复合酶配制为质量百分比为0.1%的酶液,调节酶液的pH为5.0;将干燥后的玉米须与复合酶解液按照1:6的质量比混合,在60℃下酶解10min;酶解完后的玉米须-复合酶混合液过滤,取滤渣,加入50%的乙醇溶液,滤渣与乙醇溶液的料液比为1:20,温度25℃,功率300W下超声提取60min,过滤,取滤液,50℃下旋转蒸发除去乙醇,并进行真空冷冻干燥制得玉米须提取物130g。
(2)白茶提取物的制备:白茶1kg在50℃烘箱中烘干至恒重,后粉碎,过60目筛,用体积分数50%的乙醇在30℃下浸提3h,得到白茶提取液,提取液在50℃下旋转蒸发除去乙醇后进行真空冷冻干燥制得白茶提取物150g。
(3)制备100g玉米须提取物的有效部位组合物,其原料配比:玉米须提取物30g,白茶提取物30g,人参粉8g,山药粉10g,薏苡仁粉10g,荞麦粉10g,硬脂酸镁2g。
(4)制粒:玉米须提取物、白茶提取物、人参粉、山药粉、薏苡仁粉、荞麦粉分别过80目筛,按比例混合均匀,加入体积分数为5%的PVP乙醇溶液20ml制软材,过18目筛造粒,粉碎后过16目筛整粒;
(5)压片:颗粒中加入硬脂酸镁,进行压片,得到纯天然本草压片糖果。
(6)杀菌:采用紫外照射杀菌,时间为30min。
(7)检测:感官指标:压片糖果的表面光滑,色泽均匀一致;理化指标:片重0.6g,水分含量≤2.0%。
实验例1降压实验
临床观察病人分为600例,病人均有明显的高血压临床症状并经临床医师确诊。
将病人分成3组,A组为口服实施例1所得的压片糖果,每日3次,每次2片。用药时间为15天。B组口服实施例2制得的压片糖果,每日3次,每次2片。C组为空白对照。
15天后,患者的血压数据统计结果见表 2。
疗效标准:显效包括两种情况:第一种为舒张压下降1.3KPa(10mmHg)以上,并达到正常范围;舒张压虽未降至正常,但已下降2.6KPa(20mmHg)以上。第二种为舒张压下降不及1.3KPa(10mmHg),但已达到正常范围;舒张压较治疗前下降1.3~2.34KPa(10~19mmHg),但未达正常范围;收缩压较治疗前下降4.0KP(30mmHg)以上。无效:未达到有效标准。

Claims (7)
1.一种含玉米须提取物的有效部位组合物,其特征在于所述有效部位组合物由如下按照质量百分数计的组分组成:玉米须提取物10~40%、白茶提取物10~40%、人参粉5~10%、山药粉5~10%、薏苡仁粉5~10%、荞麦粉5~10%;
其中,所述玉米须提取物的制备方法是:玉米须烘干至恒重,经酶解后过滤取滤渣,再经醇提,取滤液,除去乙醇后干燥,得到玉米须提取物;
所述白茶提取物的制备方法是:将白茶烘干至恒重,然后粉碎过筛,用乙醇溶液浸提,过滤取滤液,除去乙醇后干燥,得到白茶提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含玉米须提取物的有效部位组合物,其特征在于所述酶解是使用复合酶解液对玉米须进行酶解,所述复合酶解液是由果胶酶、纤维素酶和半纤维素酶按照1:1:1~3:1:1的质量比配制而成复合酶,用水将复合酶配制成浓度为0.1~0.4wt%,调节pH为3.0~5.0。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含玉米须提取物的有效部位组合物,其特征在于所述酶解是将干燥后的玉米须与复合酶解液按照1:1~1:6的质量比混合,在30~60℃下酶解10~30min;酶解后取滤渣,加入体积分数为30~50%的乙醇溶液,滤渣与乙醇溶液的料液比为1:10~1:20,在25~60℃、功率300~800W下超声提取15~60min后,过滤取滤液,50℃下旋转蒸发除去乙醇,再经真空冷冻干燥后,得到玉米须提取物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含玉米须提取物的有效部位组合物,其特征在于所述白茶提取物的制备方法中,所述烘干是50℃烘干,所述过筛是过40~60目筛,所述乙醇溶液的体积分数是50~80%,浸提的料液比为1:10~1:20,浸提温度为30~60℃,浸提时间为2~3h,所述干燥为真空冷冻干燥。
5.权利要求1~4中任意一条权利要求所述含玉米须提取物的有效部位组合物在制备降压保健食品或降压保健药品中的应用。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含玉米须提取物的有效部位组合物的应用,其特征在于将所述含玉米须提取物的有效部位组合物制成降压糖。
7.根据权利要求6所述含玉米须提取物的有效部位组合物的应用,其特征在于所述糖果的制备方法是将各原料分别过80目筛,然后按照玉米须提取物10~40wt%、白茶提取物10~40wt%、人参粉5~10wt%、山药粉5~10wt%、薏苡仁粉5~10wt%、荞麦粉5~10wt%的比例混合均匀,加入体积分数为5%的PVP乙醇溶液,过18目筛造粒,粉碎后过16目筛整粒,然后加入的硬脂酸镁0.1~2wt%,压片、杀菌,得到含玉米须提取物的降压糖。
