Abstract
本发明实施例的冰箱包括:机柜,其具有存储室;门部,其以能够转动的方式与所述机柜的前部面结合,用于选择性地开闭所述存储室;壳体,其安装在所述门部的后部面,用于定义食物收纳空间,在该壳体的上部面形成有冷气流入口;门搁架,其放置在所述壳体的内部;以及冷气循环风扇,其安装于在所述门部关闭状态下与所述冷气流入口的上侧相对应的所述机柜的内部的上部面,用于使所述存储室的冷气向所述壳体的内部强制流动,在经过所述门部的前部面的铅直面与经过所述门搁架的前部面的铅直面之间形成有冷气下降流路。
Description
本申请基于申请号为10-2015-0022647、申请日为2015年02月13日的韩国专利申请提出,并要求该韩国专利申请的优先权,该韩国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及冰箱。
背景技术
最近随着冰箱大型化,存储室的前后方向的深度变深,在门部的内侧也形成有独立的存储空间。
根据本发明的申请人申请的已公开的韩国公开特许第2010-0122155号(2010年11月22日公开),用于开闭冰箱内存储室的门部双重地设置有内门部和外门部,在与机柜紧贴的内门部的后部面安装有定义收纳空间的壳体。并且,在内门部形成有能够与所述壳体的内部接近的开口部,并且通过外门部来遮挡所述开口部。
根据这种结构,用户通过将经常取放的食物收纳在壳体的内部,从而仅打开外门部就能够取出存储在所述壳体的内部的食物,而且,能够使冰箱内存储室的冷气向外部流出的量最小化。
如上所述的现有的双重门部及收纳壳体的结构存在如下缺点。
详细而言,当食物收纳于所述壳体时,冰箱内的存储室的冷气不能够顺畅地向所述壳体的内部供给。并且,因收纳于所述壳体的内部的食物起到障碍物的作用,因此向所述壳体的内部供给的冷气不能进行循环的缺点。
为了改善上述问题,也提出过在冰箱机柜内部单独设置用于连接蒸发室与所述壳体的管的方法。但是,存在如下缺点,即:需要在机柜的侧面或者上部面设置独立的管构件,并且需要对管部分进行绝热的单独的措施。换言之,由于所述管部分的绝热效果下降,导致在部分结露或者结霜,在填充发泡剂的过程中发生管部分鼓起来的现象。
发明内容
本发明为了改善如上所述的缺点而提出。
为了改善如上所述的缺点,本发明实施例的冰箱包括:机柜,其具有存储室;门部,其以能够转动的方式与所述机柜的前部面结合,用于选择性地开闭所述存储室;壳体,其安装在所述门部的后部面,用于定义食物收纳空间,在该壳体的上部面形成有冷气流入口;门搁架,其放置在所述壳体的内部;以及冷气循环风扇,其安装于在所述门部关闭状态下与所述冷气流入口的上侧相对应的所述机柜的内部的上部面,用于使所述存储室的冷气向所述壳体的内部强制流动,在经过所述门部的前部面的铅直面与经过所述门搁架的前部面的铅直面之间形成有冷气下降流路。
如上所述的结构的本发明实施例的冰箱具有如下效果。
第一,通过在机柜的内部的存储室的顶部设置冷气循环风扇,从而能够将冰箱内存储室的冷气向门部的壳体供给,并且能够顺畅地进行冷气循环。
第二,由于能够不将用于供给冷气的管结构可以埋设到机柜的内部,因此在填充发泡剂的过程中不发生鼓起的现象或者管部位结露或者结霜现象。

图1是本发明实施例的具备冷气循环结构的冰箱的立体图。
参照图1,本发明实施例的冰箱10可包括:机柜11,其内部具有存储空间;门部,其以能够转动或者滑动的方式与所述机柜11的前部面连接,用于选择性地开闭所述存储空间。
详细而言,所述存储空间可包括冷藏室111和冷冻室112,所述冷藏室111可通过转动式门部12来选择性地开闭,所述冷冻室112可通过抽屉式门部13来选择性地开闭。当然,用于开闭所述冷冻室112的门部13也可以是转动式门部。
此外,在用于开闭所述存储空间的门部是转动式门部的情况下,可以是以能够转动的方式与所述机柜11的前部面的左侧边缘和右侧边缘分别连接的一对对开门(frenchdoor)。
此外,一对所述对开门中的至少一个对开门可包括:内门部121,其以能够转动的方式与所述机柜11的前部面结合;外门部122,其在所述内门部121的前部面,以能够转动的方式与所述内门部121连接。其中,可将所述内门部121和外门部122分别定义为第一门部和第二门部。

参照图2至图5,本发明实施例的冰箱的门部12可包括内门部121和以能够转动的方式与所述内门部121的前部面连接的外门部122。并且,所述内门部121包括:门壳体121a,其形成外观;门衬板121b,其安装在所述门壳体121a的后部面;门防撞部(door dike)121c,其从所述门衬板121b凸出规定高度,并且包围所述门衬板121b的外侧边缘。并且,所述内门部121的内侧可形成有规定大小的进出口(access hole)(图4的121d)。并且,所述进出口121d被所述外门部122选择性地开闭。
此外,在所述内门部121的后部面可安装有用来定义食物收纳空间的壳体14。所述壳体14与所述门防撞部121c结合,由此定义食物存储空间。形成于所述内门部121的食物存储空间的前后方向上的宽度由如下结构尺寸来定义,在此,该结构尺寸是指,与由所述门壳体121a和所述门衬板121b来定义的所述内门部121的厚度相对应的长度、所述门防撞部121c的前后方向上的凸出长度、以及所述壳体14的前后方向上的宽度。
此外,所述壳体14由上下部面、左右侧面、后部面以及开口而成的前部面构成,所述形成有开口的前部面的大小与所述进出口121d的大小相对应。并且,在所述壳体14的上部面可形成有用于使冷气向所述壳体14的内部流入的冷气流入口141,在所述壳体14的后部面形成有多个冷气排出口142。
此外,在所述壳体14的后部面可凸出形成有多个所述搁架支撑肋143。多个所述搁架支撑肋143可以以在所述壳体14的内侧向上下方向隔开规定间隔的方式配置。并且,各所述搁架支撑肋143可以在所述壳体14的后部面以规定宽度水平延伸,并且可以沿所述壳体14的左右侧面及后部面连续延伸。或者,各所述搁架支撑肋143也可以仅在所述壳体14的左右侧面的内表面凸出。
此外,在所述壳体14的内部可安装有一个或者多个门搁架15。多个所述门搁架15可以一一对应地安装在多个所述搁架支撑肋143,并且与所述门防撞部121c结合。多个所述门搁架15以能够装卸的方式与所述门防撞部121c结合,当与所述门防撞部121c结合时,所述门搁架15的底部与所述搁架支撑肋143接触。
详细而言,在从所述进出口121d的左侧和右侧的边缘中,向上下方向延伸的所述门防撞部121c的内侧面可凸出形成有紧固肋121e,该紧固肋121e向所述进出口121d的中心方向凸出,并且向上下方向延伸规定长度。并且,所述紧固肋121e可***所述门搁架15的侧面。
另外,当多个所述门搁架15设置在所述壳体14的内部时,可在经过所述内门部121的前部面的铅直面和经过多个所述门搁架15的前部面的铅直面之间形成供冷气通过的冷气下降流路105。
即,当所述门搁架15安装在所述内门部121的内部时,所述门搁架15的前部面从所述内门部121的前部面向后方隔开规定距离。因此,流入所述冷气流入口141的所述冷藏室111的冷气沿所述冷气下降流路105下降之后,再通过多个所述冷气排出口142向所述冷藏室111排出。
另外,所述门搁架15可构成为上部面形成有开口的箱形状。详细而言,所述门搁架15可包括前部面153;左侧面154和右侧面155,从所述前部面153的两侧端部向后方延伸;后部面152,与所述左侧面154和右侧面155的端部连接;底部151,与所述前部面153、左右侧面154、155以及所述后部面152的下端部连接。
并且,在所述前部面153的左侧及右侧的边缘可形成有搁架安装部156。详细而言,所述搁架安装部156的至少从所述前部面153向前方更凸出,所述搁架安装部156可以与所述门防撞部121c结合。
为此,在所述搁架安装部156的外侧面可凹陷形成有紧固槽157,该紧固槽157用于供形成在所述门防撞部121c的所述紧固肋121e***。并且,通过将所述门搁架15从上向下下降以使所述紧固肋121e***所述紧固槽157,从而能够使所述门搁架15与所述门防撞部121c结合。由于所述门搁架15从上向下移动,并且所述紧固肋121e***于所述紧固槽157,因此能够防止在打开和关闭所述内门部121的过程中所述门搁架15与所述内门部121分离的现象发生。
此外,由于所述搁架安装部156比所述门搁架15的前部面153更向前方凸出,因此从所述搁架安装部156的前端部到所述门搁架15的后部面152的距离L1比所述前部面153与后部面152之间的距离L2更大。
并且,如图5所示,所述冷气下降流路105可以由所述门搁架15的前部面153、所述搁架安装部156、所述进出口121d以及所述外门部122的后部面所形成的空间来定义。
并且,可以由从所述外门部122的后部面到所述门搁架15的前部面153的距离来定义所述冷气下降流路105的前后方向宽度。
另外,在所述机柜11的内部的上部面可安装有冷气循环风扇20。详细而言,所述冷气循环风扇20可位于当所述门部12被关闭时与所述壳体14的冷气流入口141的正上方对应的位置。并且,在安装有所述冷气循环风扇20的所述机柜11的内部的上部面可形成有以规定深度凹陷的风扇安装槽113。并且,与所述冷气循环风扇20连接的电线114可以沿所述机柜11的内部延伸并与控制部(未图示)连接。
此外,所述冷气循环风扇20可以以与所述壳体14的上部面的倾斜度对应的角度倾斜的方式安装。为此,所述风扇安装槽113的底部可以以与所述壳体14的上部面的倾斜度相同的倾斜度倾斜。
详细而言,所述风扇安装槽113以至少能够***述冷气循环风扇20的深度凹陷,以在所述门部12关闭时所述冷气循环风扇20与所述壳体14的上部面互不干涉。即,当所述冷气循环风扇20安装在所述冷藏室111的顶部时,所述风扇安装槽113凹陷形成的深度以使所述冷气循环风扇20的底面与所述壳体14的上部面隔开规定间隔的程度的方式形成。
此外,优选地,所述风扇安装槽113形成为使所述冷藏室111的冷气能够充分流入所述冷气循环风扇20的大小。换言之,当所述门部12关闭时,所述风扇安装槽113的后端部位于比所述壳体14的后部面更靠后侧的位置。这时,通过由所述壳体14的后部面与所述风扇安装槽113的后端所定义的空间,将冷藏室的冷气向所述冷气循环风扇20吸入。
详细而言,通过所述冷气循环风扇20吸入的冷气经过所述壳体14的冷气流入口141向所述壳体14的内部供给,向所述壳体14的内部供给的冷气以使收纳于所述壳体14的内部的食物处于冷藏状态的方式进行冷却。并且,反复进行如下循环过程:向所述壳体14的内部供给的冷气沿所述冷气下降流路105下降,并通过多个所述冷气排出口142向所述冷藏室111排出。
Claims (13)
1.一种冰箱,其特征在于,
包括:
机柜,其具有存储室;
内门部,其以能够转动的方式与所述机柜的前部面结合,用于选择性地开闭所述存储室,且在内侧形成进出口;
外门部,其在所述内门部的前部面以能够转动的方式与所述内门部连接,用于开闭所述进出口;
壳体,其安装在所述内门部的后部面,用于定义食物收纳空间,在所述内门部关闭的状态下,所述壳体容纳在所述存储室的内部,在所述外门部打开的状态下,能够通过所述进出口接近所述食物收纳空间的内部,在该壳体的上部面形成有冷气流入口;
门搁架,其放置在所述壳体的内部;以及
冷气循环风扇,其安装于在所述内门部关闭状态下与所述冷气流入口的上侧相对应的所述存储室的顶部,用于使所述存储室的冷气向所述壳体的内部强制流动,
在经过所述门部的前部面的铅直面与经过所述门搁架的前部面的铅直面之间形成有冷气下降流路,
以在所述内门部开闭时使所述壳体的上部面与所述冷气循环风扇互不干涉的方式,在所述存储室的顶部凹陷形成有风扇安装槽,所述冷气循环风扇安装于所述风扇安装槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
以使所述存储室的冷气向所述冷气循环风扇吸入的方式,所述风扇安装槽的后端部在所述门部关闭的状态下位于所述壳体的后部面的后侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
在所述内门部关闭的状态下,所述内门部的后部面的边缘与所述机柜的前部面紧贴,
在所述外门部关闭的状态下,所述外门部的后部面的边缘与所述内门部的前部面紧贴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
所述壳体的前部面开口,
所述进出口的大小与所述壳体的开口的前部面的大小相同。
5.根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
所述内门部包括:
门壳体,其前部面与所述外门部的后部面紧贴;
门衬板,其与所述门壳体的后部面结合;
门防撞部,其从所述门衬板的边缘凸出,
所述壳体的前部面与所述门防撞部紧贴。
6.根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
还包括形成在所述壳体的后部面的一个或者多个冷气排出口,
沿所述冷气下降流路下降的冷气经由所述冷气排出口向所述存储室排出。
7.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
所述壳体的上部面倾斜形成,
所述冷气循环风扇安装为与所述壳体的上部面的倾斜度对应地倾斜。
8.根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
所述门防撞部还包括:
一对垂直部分,沿所述进出口的左侧边缘和右侧边缘延伸;
一个或多个紧固肋,从一对所述垂直部分的各后部面凸出。
9.根据权利要求8所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
所述门搁架包括:
前部面;
左右侧面,从所述前部面的边缘向后方延伸;
后部面,其连接所述左右侧面的后端;
底部,其与所述前部面、所述左右侧面、所述后部面连接;
搁架安装部,其从所述前部面的左侧及右侧边缘向前方延伸,并且形成有用于紧固所述紧固肋的紧固槽。
10.根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
所述紧固槽具有与所述紧固肋的凸出高度相对应的深度,并且沿垂直方向延伸。
11.根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
在所述外门部与所述内门部紧贴的状态下,所述搁架安装部的前端部与所述外门部的后部面隔开规定距离。
12.根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
在所述外门部与所述内门部紧贴的状态下,所述冷气下降流路的中心部的前后方向宽度是从所述外门部的后部面到所述门搁架的前部面的长度。
13.根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
还包括搁架支撑肋,其从所述壳体的侧面的后部面向所述壳体的中心方向延伸,并且在所述紧固肋完全***所述紧固槽的状态下与所述门搁架的底部紧贴。
