本发明公开了一种烟气脱硫球磨机用耐磨球制备方法,包括有以下工艺步骤:铸造铁水中各合金成分及重量百分比为:C2.1~2.5%,Si0.5~0.9%,Mn0.6~0.9%,Mo0.3%~0.5%,S0.004%~0.012%,Cr2.1~2.4%,Ni0.04~0.08%,Ti0.15~0.25%,W0.05~0.11%,Ni0.15~0.25%,余量为铁;本发明材料的内部缺陷得到了有效消除,提高了耐磨球的耐磨性和疲劳强度,同时具有无氧化、无脱碳、无元素贫化等特点,可以减少耐磨球的热处理变形。

一种烟气脱硫球磨机用耐磨球制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及耐磨球领域,具体属于烟气脱硫球磨机用耐磨球制备方法。
背景技术
耐磨球广泛应用于冶金矿山、水泥建材、火力发电、烟气脱硫、磁性材料、化工、水煤浆、球团矿、矿渣、超细粉、粉煤灰、碳酸钙、石英砂等行业球磨机。目前的耐磨球存在着耐磨性能差,容易损坏等缺点,需要针对耐磨球制备方法进行进一步改进和研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种烟气脱硫球磨机用耐磨球制备方法,材料的内部缺陷得到了有效消除,提高了耐磨球的耐磨性和疲劳强度,同时具有无氧化、无脱碳、无元素贫化等特点,可以减少耐磨球的热处理变形。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种烟气脱硫球磨机用耐磨球制备方法,包括有以下工艺步骤:
1)、铸造铁水中各合金成分及重量百分比为:C2.1~2.5%,Si0.5~0.9%,Mn0.6~0.9%,Mo0.3%~0.5%,S0.004%~0.012%,Cr2.1~2.4%,Ni0.04~0.08%,Ti0.15~0.25%,W0.05~0.11%,Ni0.15~0.25%,余量为铁;
2)碳氮共渗处理:气体碳氮炉的温度为600-650℃,处理时间为35-40min,通入气体中由体积比3:5的一氧化氮和二氧化碳组成;
3)真空热处理:在0.04-1.2Pa真空度的真空介质中进行,热处理温度为320-380℃,热处理时间30-60min,然后以20℃/min降到室温;
4)防锈处理:在防锈油中浸泡20-25min,所述防锈油由下述组分按重量百分比组成:氯化石蜡4-7%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠4-9%,六偏磷酸钠4-8%,山梨醇酐单油酸酯0.3-0.6%,消泡剂0.5-0.7%,抗氧化剂0.5-1.3%,余量为植物油。
铸造铁水中各合金成分及重量百分比为:C2.3%,Si0.7%,Mn0.6~0.9%,Mo0.4%,S0.008%,Cr2.25%,Ni0.06%,Ti0.2%,W0.08%,Ni0.2%,余量为铁。
本发明经碳氮共渗处理、真空热处理后,材料的内部缺陷得到了有效消除,提高了耐磨球的耐磨性和疲劳强度,同时具有无氧化、无脱碳、无元素贫化等特点,可以减少耐磨球的热处理变形。
具体实施方式
一种烟气脱硫球磨机用耐磨球制备方法,包括有以下工艺步骤:
1)、铸造铁水中各合金成分及重量百分比为:C2.3%,Si0.7%,Mn0.6~0.9%,Mo0.4%,S0.008%,Cr2.25%,Ni0.06%,Ti0.2%,W0.08%,Ni0.2%,余量为铁;
2)碳氮共渗处理:气体碳氮炉的温度为600-650℃,处理时间为35-40min,通入气体中由体积比3:5的一氧化氮和二氧化碳组成;
3)真空热处理:在0.04-1.2Pa真空度的真空介质中进行,热处理温度为320-380℃,热处理时间30-60min,然后以20℃/min降到室温;
4)防锈处理:在防锈油中浸泡20-25min,所述防锈油由下述组分按重量百分比组成:氯化石蜡4-7%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠4-9%,六偏磷酸钠4-8%,山梨醇酐单油酸酯0.3-0.6%,消泡剂0.5-0.7%,抗氧化剂0.5-1.3%,余量为植物油。

1.一种烟气脱硫球磨机用耐磨球制备方法,其特征在于,包括有以下工艺步骤:
1)、铸造铁水中各合金成分及重量百分比为:C2.1~2.5%,Si0.5~0.9%,Mn0.6~0.9%,Mo0.3%~0.5%,S0.004%~0.012%,Cr2.1~2.4%,Ni0.04~0.08%,Ti0.15~0.25%,W0.05~0.11%,Ni0.15~0.25%,余量为铁;
2)碳氮共渗处理:气体碳氮炉的温度为600-650℃,处理时间为35-40min,通入气体中由体积比3:5的一氧化氮和二氧化碳组成;
3)真空热处理:在0.04-1.2Pa真空度的真空介质中进行,热处理温度为320-380℃,热处理时间30-60min,然后以20℃/min降到室温;
