①织造,由涤纶云雕纱和棉纱织造成涤盖棉组织结构而成;
②前处理,染色前对坯布进行前处理去油;
③染色,对经前处理后的坯布进行染色;
④后处理,对染色后的坯布进行还原清洗及中和;
⑤烘干,对经后处理的坯布进行烘干;
⑥定型,对烘干后的坯布进行成品定型。
进一步地,所述织造工艺中,涤纶云雕纱采用T90D涤纶云雕纱,棉纱采用JC40S棉纱,涤纶云雕纱线长为28~32cm/100G,棉纱线长为27~29cm/100G。
进一步地,所述前处理工艺中,将坯布置于含3~4g/L的液碱、4~6g/L的双氧水、0.4~0.6%的精炼除油剂、0.4~0.6g/L的冰醋酸及0.1~0.2g/L的除氧酶的处理液中,在110~150℃温度下处理20~40min。
进一步地,所述染色工艺中,染色浴比为1:10,在染色机中将经前处理后的坯布置于含0.4~0.6g/L的匀染剂、0.5~0.7g/L的冰醋酸和染料的染色液中,在125~140℃温度下处理20~40min,升温速率0.8~1.2℃/min,降温速率0.8~1.2℃/min。
进一步地,所述染色工艺中,染色液中添加的染料为0.08~0.16%的分散深红SPW-3BS染料、0.1~0.2%的分散荧光桃红BG染料和0.25~0.3%的分散玫红HSF染料。

①织造,由T90D涤纶云雕纱和JC40S棉纱织造成涤盖棉组织结构而成,涤纶云雕纱线长为30cm/100G,棉纱线长为28cm/100G。
②前处理,染色前对坯布进行前处理去油;将坯布置于含3.5g/L的液碱、5g/L的双氧水、0.5%的精炼除油剂、0.5g/L的冰醋酸及0.15g/L的除氧酶的处理液中,在130℃温度下处理30min。
③染色,染色浴比为1:10,在染色机中将经前处理后的坯布置于含0.5g/L的匀染剂、0.6g/L的冰醋酸、0.12%的分散深红SPW-3BS染料、0.15%的分散荧光桃红BG染料和0.275%的分散玫红HSF染料的染色液中,在133℃温度下处理30min,升温速率1℃/min,降温速率1℃/min。
④后处理,对染色后的坯布进行还原清洗及中和;先将经染色后的坯布置于含4g/L的液碱和3g/L的保险粉的处理液中,在80℃温度下进行还原清洗30min,再将坯布置于含0.5g/L的冰醋酸的处理液中,在50℃温度下中和处理10min。
⑤烘干,将经后处理的坯布通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干温度为130~135℃,机速为17m/min,坯布的门幅为190cm,克重为208g/㎡。
⑥定型,在定型机中对烘干后的坯布进行定型整理,将坯布置于含1%的亲水硅油及0.2%的吸湿排汗助剂的处理液中进行定型整理,定型温度为150℃,车速为17m/min,上下超喂5%/17%。

⑤烘干,将经后处理的坯布通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干温度为130~135℃,机速为15m/min,坯布的门幅为190cm,克重为208g/㎡。
⑥定型,在定型机中对烘干后的坯布进行定型整理,将坯布置于含0.8%的亲水硅油及0.1%的吸湿排汗助剂的处理液中进行定型整理,定型温度为130℃,车速为15m/min,上下超喂5%/17%。

③染色,染色浴比为1:10,在染色机中将经前处理后的坯布置于含0.6g/L的匀染剂、0.7g/L的冰醋酸、0.16%的分散深红SPW-3BS染料、0.2%的分散荧光桃红BG染料和0.3%的分散玫红HSF染料的染色液中,在140℃温度下处理40min,升温速率1.2℃/min,降温速率1.2℃/min。
④后处理,对染色后的坯布进行还原清洗及中和;先将经染色后的坯布置于含5g/L的液碱和4g/L的保险粉的处理液中,在90℃温度下进行还原清洗40min,再将坯布置于含0.6g/L的冰醋酸的处理液中,在60℃温度下中和处理12min。

⑥定型,在定型机中对烘干后的坯布进行定型整理,将坯布置于含1.2%的亲水硅油及0.3%的吸湿排汗助剂的处理液中进行定型整理,定型温度为170℃,车速为19m/min,上下超喂5%/17%。
