技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,特别是一种花式涤盖棉针织面料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
合成纤维近年来发展迅速,各种功能性、差别化涤纶也应运而生。如仿麻、仿棉、仿丝等仿天然纤维,主要通过改变纱线的结构,从而形成风格独特的产品,同时改善了织物的手感,点缀和美化了人们的生活。仿真类纱线以其独特的风格在国内外市场上占据重要的地位。涤纶花式纱线,也称为涤纶云雕纱,结合了天然纤维与化学纤维的优点,减少对自然资源和环境的依赖,采用异收缩原理形成立体浮雕感。目前,国内外市场上常见的是涤纶云雕纱与普通涤纶加工丝编织的涤纶花式面料,款式与用途均略显单一。

本发明的主要目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种实现外观与服用性能的完美结合,突破了现有涤纶花式面料款式略显单一的局面,具有良好的市场前景及经济、社会效益,且生产工艺节能环保的花式涤盖棉针织面料及其生产工艺。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种花式涤盖棉针织面料,由涤纶云雕纱和棉纱织造成涤盖棉组织结构而成。
进一步地,所述涤纶云雕纱采用T90D涤纶云雕纱,棉纱采用JC40S棉纱,涤纶云雕纱线长为28~32cm/100G,棉纱线长为27~29cm/100G。
一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,依次包括以下工艺:
①织造,由涤纶云雕纱和棉纱织造成涤盖棉组织结构而成;
②前处理,染色前对坯布进行前处理去油;
③染色,对经前处理后的坯布进行染色;
④后处理,对染色后的坯布进行还原清洗及中和;
⑤烘干,对经后处理的坯布进行烘干;
⑥定型,对烘干后的坯布进行成品定型。
进一步地,所述织造工艺中,涤纶云雕纱采用T90D涤纶云雕纱,棉纱采用JC40S棉纱,涤纶云雕纱线长为28~32cm/100G,棉纱线长为27~29cm/100G。
进一步地,所述前处理工艺中,将坯布置于含3~4g/L的液碱、4~6g/L的双氧水、0.4~0.6%的精炼除油剂、0.4~0.6g/L的冰醋酸及0.1~0.2g/L的除氧酶的处理液中,在110~150℃温度下处理20~40min。
进一步地,所述染色工艺中,染色浴比为1:10,在染色机中将经前处理后的坯布置于含0.4~0.6g/L的匀染剂、0.5~0.7g/L的冰醋酸和染料的染色液中,在125~140℃温度下处理20~40min,升温速率0.8~1.2℃/min,降温速率0.8~1.2℃/min。
进一步地,所述染色工艺中,染色液中添加的染料为0.08~0.16%的分散深红SPW-3BS染料、0.1~0.2%的分散荧光桃红BG染料和0.25~0.3%的分散玫红HSF染料。
进一步地,所述后处理工艺中,先将经染色后的坯布置于含3~5g/L的液碱和2~4g/L的保险粉的处理液中,在70~90℃温度下进行还原清洗20~40min,再将坯布置于含0.4~0.6g/L的冰醋酸的处理液中,在40~60℃温度下中和处理8~12min。
进一步地,所述烘干工艺中,将经后处理的坯布通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干温度为130~135℃,机速为15~20m/min。
进一步地,所述定型工艺中,在定型机中将坯布置于含0.8~1.2%的亲水硅油及0.1~0.3%的吸湿排汗助剂的处理液中进行定型整理,定型温度为130~170℃,车速为15~19m/min。
由上述对本发明的描述可知,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:

第二,织造工艺中,涤纶云雕纱线长采用28~32cm/100G,棉纱线长采用27~29cm/100G,可保证涤纶云雕纱在高温高压条件下能够充分均匀收缩,呈现类似云雕般的效果;
第三,染色工艺中分阶段控制升温和保温时间,并严格控制升降温速率,可确保沸水收缩率大的涤纶云雕纱在高温高压条件下充分均匀收缩,呈现的差异化条纹错落有致,保证布面染色均匀、不起皱、无折痕、云雕效果明显;
第四,在定形工艺中通过添加吸湿排汗助剂对面料进行吸湿排汗整理,提高面料的吸湿排汗性能,从而使面料兼具吸水、透湿、快干的特性,穿着更舒适;

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例一
本发明的一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,依次包括以下工艺:
①织造,由T90D涤纶云雕纱和JC40S棉纱织造成涤盖棉组织结构而成,涤纶云雕纱线长为30cm/100G,棉纱线长为28cm/100G。
②前处理,染色前对坯布进行前处理去油;将坯布置于含3.5g/L的液碱、5g/L的双氧水、0.5%的精炼除油剂、0.5g/L的冰醋酸及0.15g/L的除氧酶的处理液中,在130℃温度下处理30min。
③染色,染色浴比为1:10,在染色机中将经前处理后的坯布置于含0.5g/L的匀染剂、0.6g/L的冰醋酸、0.12%的分散深红SPW-3BS染料、0.15%的分散荧光桃红BG染料和0.275%的分散玫红HSF染料的染色液中,在133℃温度下处理30min,升温速率1℃/min,降温速率1℃/min。
④后处理,对染色后的坯布进行还原清洗及中和;先将经染色后的坯布置于含4g/L的液碱和3g/L的保险粉的处理液中,在80℃温度下进行还原清洗30min,再将坯布置于含0.5g/L的冰醋酸的处理液中,在50℃温度下中和处理10min。
⑤烘干,将经后处理的坯布通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干温度为130~135℃,机速为17m/min,坯布的门幅为190cm,克重为208g/㎡。
⑥定型,在定型机中对烘干后的坯布进行定型整理,将坯布置于含1%的亲水硅油及0.2%的吸湿排汗助剂的处理液中进行定型整理,定型温度为150℃,车速为17m/min,上下超喂5%/17%。
由上述工艺生产出的花式涤盖棉针织面料规格为204cm×184g/㎡,其性能参数为:
由上述工艺生产出的花式涤盖棉针织面料各项物理指标均达到Q/FZFZ009-2014《云雕聚酯复合丝针织品》企业标准、GB18401《国家纺织品基本安全技术规范》、GB/T22848《针织成品布》等国家标准要求。
实施例二
本实施例的一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,依次包括以下工艺:
①织造,由T90D涤纶云雕纱和JC40S棉纱织造成涤盖棉组织结构而成,涤纶云雕纱线长为28cm/100G,棉纱线长为27cm/100G。
②前处理,染色前对坯布进行前处理去油;将坯布置于含3g/L的液碱、4g/L的双氧水、0.4%的精炼除油剂、0.4g/L的冰醋酸及0.1g/L的除氧酶的处理液中,在110℃温度下处理20min。
③染色,染色浴比为1:10,在染色机中将经前处理后的坯布置于含0.4g/L的匀染剂、0.5g/L的冰醋酸、0.08%的分散深红SPW-3BS染料、0.1%的分散荧光桃红BG染料和0.25%的分散玫红HSF染料的染色液中,在125℃温度下处理20min,升温速率0.8℃/min,降温速率0.8℃/min。
④后处理,对染色后的坯布进行还原清洗及中和;先将经染色后的坯布置于含3g/L的液碱和2g/L的保险粉的处理液中,在70℃温度下进行还原清洗20min,再将坯布置于含0.4g/L的冰醋酸的处理液中,在40℃温度下中和处理8min。
⑤烘干,将经后处理的坯布通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干温度为130~135℃,机速为15m/min,坯布的门幅为190cm,克重为208g/㎡。
⑥定型,在定型机中对烘干后的坯布进行定型整理,将坯布置于含0.8%的亲水硅油及0.1%的吸湿排汗助剂的处理液中进行定型整理,定型温度为130℃,车速为15m/min,上下超喂5%/17%。
实施例三
本实施例的一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,依次包括以下工艺:
①织造,由T90D涤纶云雕纱和JC40S棉纱织造成涤盖棉组织结构而成,涤纶云雕纱线长为32cm/100G,棉纱线长为29cm/100G。
②前处理,染色前对坯布进行前处理去油;将坯布置于含4g/L的液碱、6g/L的双氧水、0.6%的精炼除油剂、0.6g/L的冰醋酸及0.2g/L的除氧酶的处理液中,在150℃温度下处理40min。
③染色,染色浴比为1:10,在染色机中将经前处理后的坯布置于含0.6g/L的匀染剂、0.7g/L的冰醋酸、0.16%的分散深红SPW-3BS染料、0.2%的分散荧光桃红BG染料和0.3%的分散玫红HSF染料的染色液中,在140℃温度下处理40min,升温速率1.2℃/min,降温速率1.2℃/min。
④后处理,对染色后的坯布进行还原清洗及中和;先将经染色后的坯布置于含5g/L的液碱和4g/L的保险粉的处理液中,在90℃温度下进行还原清洗40min,再将坯布置于含0.6g/L的冰醋酸的处理液中,在60℃温度下中和处理12min。
⑤烘干,将经后处理的坯布通过烘干机进行烘干,烘干温度为130~135℃,机速为20m/min,坯布的门幅为190cm,克重为208g/㎡。
⑥定型,在定型机中对烘干后的坯布进行定型整理,将坯布置于含1.2%的亲水硅油及0.3%的吸湿排汗助剂的处理液中进行定型整理,定型温度为170℃,车速为19m/min,上下超喂5%/17%。

①织造,由涤纶云雕纱和棉纱织造成涤盖棉组织结构而成;
②前处理,染色前对坯布进行前处理去油;
③染色,对经前处理后的坯布进行染色;
④后处理,对染色后的坯布进行还原清洗及中和;
⑤烘干,对经后处理的坯布进行烘干;
⑥定型,对烘干后的坯布进行成品定型。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种花式涤盖棉针织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述织造工艺中,涤纶云雕纱采用T90D涤纶云雕纱,棉纱采用JC40S棉纱,涤纶云雕纱线长为28~32cm/100G,棉纱线长为27~29cm/100G。
