背景技术
已知在自动涂漆***中,使用自动化臂,该自动化臂在端部承载用于空气喷漆的操作头,操作头由空***或者传统型或静电型的旋转钟形件装置组成。在第一种情况下,***将用于雾化漆的载流体流以及用于形成漆扇或成形空气的第二载流体流送至枪。
在旋转钟形件的情况下,***将中心漆流、用于钟形件的旋转的第一受压流体流、用于雾化和混入漆的第二周向受压载流体流送至涂漆头,并因此形成漆锥或成形空气。

然而,已知类型的自动化自动涂漆***对漆锥或漆扇(成形空气)的控制并不令人满意,且具有过喷(overspray)的现象,即未到达待涂漆基底而分散于涂漆周围环境的漆的损失。
另一缺陷为,为了压缩载流体并获得雾化漆冲击待涂漆基底的足够的高速,必须使用相对高的压力。
发明目的
因此,本发明的第一目的为一种如下设备,该设备将不具有已知***的前述缺陷,该设备将能增加成形空气的密度从而更有效地雾化漆,并能同时减少雾化所需的载流体的压力。

参考附图,描述了如下类型的自动空气喷漆设备,该类型设备包括用于生产受压的载流体流的模块17,该载流体流从压缩空气源1开始获得,并被传送至至少一个自动涂漆设备2,自动涂漆设备2装备有自动化臂3,自动化臂3设置有用于空气喷漆的操作头30,该操作头30具有第一漆出口4以及受压流体流的至少一个第二出口5,第二出口5设在所述第一出口周围,用以形成漆锥或漆扇。
在图3和图4中示意性表示的装置2还包括管6和管7,管6用于从漆源至第一漆出口4的漆流供给,管7用于供给雾化所述漆流的受压载流体流。管7可与另一管8一致或不一致,管8用于被传送至第二出口5的受压载流体流的供给。
根据本发明,模块17为由受压环境空气源1供给的中空纤维分离模块,用于连续生产由优选为98%至99.9%的高纯度氮组成的载流体流,且包括用于调节所生产的氮在受压氮的出口38处的压力的装置19、25、26以及用于对氮流进行热调节的装置18、9,氮的压力调节为0.5与4bar之间,优选地为0.5与1.5bar之间,氮流的温度可调节至8℃与80℃之间,优选地为8℃与22℃之间。
根据本发明的另一个有利的特征,设备还包括可调节的受热管29,该受热管用于离开分离模块17的氮流的热稳定。
在运行中,模块17连接至控制单元50,控制单元50管理设备的自动运行,具体管理装置2的运动和运行周期,并使得能够设置用于生产载流体的参数(纯度、温度、压力)以及涂漆参数(速度、位移、喷涂次数)。
有利地,通过该方案,雾化漆的密度大幅增加,由于氮的比重更高,因而氮可以相对低的压力以及基于涂漆环境状况和待涂漆的基底类型所调整的温度送至管7。
在优选实施例中,设备包括离子化单元28,该离子化单元本身是已知的,能够离子化带有正电荷或负电荷的、或处于中性等离子态的氮流。
图3示出的是涂漆装置,该涂漆装置中的操作头为旋转钟形装置(根据图5的本身已知的类型),包括旋转钟形件10,由受压流体流所驱动的气动马达而导致旋转钟形件10旋转,受压流体流由管14供给,受压流体流可与用作载流体的流体一致或不一致。
钟形件10设置于臂3的一端部11,并设置在中心,且带有与供漆管6连通的第一漆出口4,用于实现漆流向钟形件边缘的离心散射。操作头30还包括设置于钟形件上游的环12,环12设有氮出口5,氮出口5沿涂漆方向X朝向钟形件,且与供给用于雾化的氮流的所述管7连通,在这种情况下该氮流还实现了形成漆锥13的功能。
图4中示出的涂漆装置中,上述操作头为空气喷漆枪,空气喷漆枪包括第一漆出口4,第一漆出口4设置于臂3的端部11且与供漆管6以及供给用于雾化的氮流的管7连通。在这种情况下,漆流和用于雾化的氮流以本身已知的方式在第一漆出口4上游的点31处会聚,该方式不作进一步描述。
操作头30还具有至少两个侧氮出口5,侧氮出口5与管8连通,管8供给用于形成漆扇16的氮流。
参考图1和图2,描述了用于生产载流体的模块17的优选实施例,其设想了第一中空纤维分离膜20,第一中空纤维分离膜20由压缩空气源1供给,压缩空气源1设有过滤器33,并在出口处与储存氮(或富氮的改进空气)的第一容器21连通,第一容器21又在出口处与第二中空纤维分离膜22连通,第二中空纤维分离膜22将高纯度氮送至存储受压氮的第二容器23。
在所描述的示例中,热调节装置包括冷却和/或加热组件18,组件18优选地通过绝热管32接收离开容器23的氮流,且能够将氮流的温度稳定在可在8℃与80℃之间调整的值上。
热调节装置还可包括:设置于通向第一膜20的入口处的加热器26,其能够将空气加热至10℃与60℃之间的温度;以及外加热器9,其用于至少加热膜20,膜20也在10℃与60℃之间的温度范围内起作用。
再一次在所示的优选示例中,用于调节压力的装置为设置在压缩空气源1下游的压力调节器19、紧接地设置在膜20和22中的一个或两个的下游的调流阀24以及紧接地设置在容器21和23中的一个或两个的下游的背压调节阀或背压调节器(BPR)25。
优选地,来自供应源1的压缩空气在进入膜20之前连续穿过压力调节器19、电磁阀34、用于将流分化的渐进致动器35以及加热器26。有利地,借助该方案,由于对压力和温度的控制以及防止立刻将全部压缩空气流引入膜的渐进致动器35,在可调节的最佳条件下,将压缩空气送入膜还发生在操作的开始。
在某些应用示例中,发现借助以下所示参数可获得极好的涂漆成果。

Claims (12)
1.一种自动空气喷漆设备,包括:
至少一个涂漆装置(2),所述涂漆装置(2)装备有自动化臂(3),所述自动化臂(3)设有涂漆操作头(30),所述涂漆操作头(30)包括:
第一漆出口(4);以及
至少一个用于受压漆锥或漆扇形成流体流的第二出口(5),用于形成漆锥或漆扇;
从漆源向所述第一漆出口(4)供给漆流的供漆管(6);
供给用于雾化所述漆流的受压载流体流的管(7);
向所述第二出口供给受压漆锥或漆扇形成流体流以用于形成漆锥或漆扇的管(8);
所述设备的特征在于,所述设备包括:
分离模块(17),所述分离模块由受压环境空气源(1)供给,用于连续生产由98%-99.9%的高纯度氮组成的受压载流体流,所述受压载流体流被导向所述第一漆出口(4)以雾化所述漆流和所述至少一个第二出口(5)用以形成漆锥或漆扇;
调节用于雾化的氮流的压力的调节装置(19、24、25);以及
热调节用于雾化的氮流的可调节的热调节装置(18、9、26);
其中,所述分离模块包括:
第一中空纤维分离膜(20),所述第一中空纤维分离膜(20)由所述受压环境空气源(1)供给,且在所述第一中空纤维分离膜(20)的出口处与氮的第一容器(21)连通;
第二中空纤维分离膜(22),所述第二中空纤维分离膜(22)在入口处与所述第一容器(21)连通,且在所述第二中空纤维分离膜(22)的出口处与受压氮的第二容器(23)连通,所述受压氮的第二容器(23)进而与受压氮的出口(38)连通;
所述调节装置(19、24、25)用于将所述受压氮的出口(38)处的氮流的压力调节至包括在0.5与4bar之间的压力;所述可调节的热调节装置(18、9、26)用于将所述受压氮的出口(38)处的氮流冷却或加热到能在8℃与80℃之间调节的温度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,用于调节压力的所述调节装置(19、24、25)被设置为用于将氮流的压力保持在0.5与1.5bar之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述热调节装置(18、9、26)被设置为用于将氮流保持于在8℃与22℃之间调节的温度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述操作头为旋转钟形空气涂漆装置,所述操作头包括:
设置于所述臂(3)的一个端部(11)处的旋转钟形件(10),所述旋转钟形件(10)设有与所述供漆管(6)连通的所述第一漆出口(4),用于施行所述漆流朝向所述钟形件(10)边缘的离心散射;以及
设置于所述钟形件上游的环(12),所述环(12)设有用于氮的所述第二出口(5),所述第二出口(5)沿涂漆方向(X)朝向所述钟形件(10)且与供给用于雾化的氮且用于形成漆锥(13)的管(7)连通。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述操作头为空气喷漆枪,所述操作头包括:
设置于所述臂(3)的端部(11)的第一漆出口(4),所述第一漆出口(4)与所述供漆管(6)连通,且与供给用于雾化的氮流的管(7)连通;以及
至少两个用于氮的第二出口(5),所述第二出口(5)与用于供给氮流的管(8)连通,所述第二出口(5)与所述第一漆出口并排设置,用于形成漆扇(16)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述热调节装置包括用于冷却/加热离开所述分离模块(17)的氮流的组件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,用于调节压力的所述调节装置包括压力调节器(19),所述压力调节器(19)设置于所述受压环境空气源(1)下游。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,包括调流阀(24)和背压调节器阀(25);
所述调流阀(24)紧接着所述第一中空纤维分离膜(20)且处于所述第一中空纤维分离膜(20)下游;
所述背压调节器阀(25)紧接着第一氮容器(21)且处于所述第一氮容器(21)下游。
9.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述热调节装置包括用于加热通向所述第一中空纤维分离膜(20)的入口处的空气流的加热器(26)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述热调节装置包括用于加热至少一个膜(20、22)的外加热器(9)。
11.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括可调节的受热管(29),所述受热管用于离开所述分离模块(17)的氮流的热稳定。
12.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括组件(28),用于离子化离开所述分离模块(17)的氮流,所述组件(28)可被调节,用于生产正离子、负离子或等离子。
