本发明涉及商标带及其制作方法,尤其涉及一种纯棉商标带及其制作方法。包括基布层和涂覆于所述基布层上下两面的涂料层,所述基布层由纯棉的经纱和纬纱平织而成,所述涂料层为含有油性聚氨酯的涂层。其制作方法依次包括:(1)基布前处理:前处理包括基布层依次通过冷轧堆工作液、退煮一浴工作液,所述基布层于25℃下,以45m/min的车速浸渍所述冷轧堆工作液,所述基布层于60‑70℃下经过所述退煮一浴工作液;(2)前压光处理:基布层前处理后,于常温,压力为6MPa,车速为18‑20m/min下前压光处理;(3)涂层处理:在前压光处理的基布层上下两面涂覆涂料层,所述涂料层为含有油性聚氨酯的涂层;(4)分切处理:经过涂层处理后的基布层分切成不同规格的商标带。本发明的纯棉商标带具有可冷切不散边且耐石洗的特点。

一种纯棉商标带及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及商标带及其制作方法,尤其涉及一种纯棉商标带及其制作方法。
背景技术
服装作为人们生活的必需品之一,与人们之间的关系密不可分,随着人们生活水平的提高,消费者对服装的要求已经不仅仅停留在服装的款式美观的要求上,服装的安全、穿着舒适性也渐渐得到广泛的关注。商标带作为一种很重要的辅料,是服装的一个不可缺少的组成部分,所以人们对商标带也提出了新的要求。具不完全统计,市场上的商标带多以合成纤维为主,而纯棉类商标带只占不到10%的市场,但是纯棉商标带是采用纯棉纱线织造而成,商标图案也多为印花,手感柔软,触感舒适,也因其独特的舒适感越来越多的用于贴身服装及儿童服装上。
商标带在后续的加工过程中需根据客户的不同要求分切成不同规格的带子,棉织物不像涤纶商标带通过热切刀,商标带边缘通过热熔作用起到锁边的效果,可使商标带达到水洗不散边的作用,常规纯棉商标带多采用面织边带机的方式直接织出所需规格来达到不边的效果,但是此方法极其耗时成本又高,而且不能根据客户需求随意更改分切规格,给生产带来很大的不便。
通过对棉织物进行涂层整理基本可以解决其水洗散边的问题,但是涂层上浆一般会对其手感造成影响,故如何开发一款可冷切不散边,但又不会太大的影响其手感的商标带是非常有意义的。本项目选择常规的涂层方法对棉织物进行整理,解决其冷切散边问题,但在树脂的选择上本项目选择油性聚氨酯进行涂层,且调节其粘度在合适的范围,在其达到很好的绑纱效果的同时将其手感的影响及浆料的耐石洗牢度达到最佳。
本公司在CN102031701A公开了一种环保不散边印刷商标带的制作方法,然而该商标带的工艺待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种可冷切不散边耐石洗牢度佳的纯棉商标带。
本发明的目的之二是提供一种一种可冷切不散边耐石洗牢度佳的纯棉商标带的制作方法。
本发明的第一技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种纯棉商标带,其特征在于:包括基布层和涂覆于所述基布层上下两面的涂料层,所述基布层由纯棉的经纱和纬纱平织而成,所述涂料层为含有油性聚氨酯的涂层。
基布层由纬纱与经丝平织而成,经纱与纬纱之间有间隙,所以基布层的组织是开放的,结构是疏松的,有利于涂料层的渗入,提高胶料绑纱效果,涂料层与基布层的粘结性强,涂料层不易脱落,耐砂洗。
作为优选,所述经纱密度为20-30根/cm,纬纱密度为20-30根/cm。
经纱密度和纬纱密度要适中,经纬纱密度太高会增加经纱和纬纱平织的制造成本和制造难度,密度太小时,经纬纱之间缝隙太大,涂层时会发生渗胶,即一面涂胶时胶料会渗透到基布层的另一面,造成商标带表面粗糙。
作为优选,所述涂料层涂料层包括以下重量组分:
DMF: 30-60份;
乙酸乙酯:10-20份;
油性聚氨酯:20-30份;
滑爽剂:5-10份

感差异,过少或出现绑纱不完全,造成散边情况发生,涂胶的量以达到足
以绑住纱线效果为准,因基布的厚薄有差异,涂胶的量也有差异。
本发明的第二技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种纯棉商标带的制作方法,其特征在于:依次包括以下步骤:
(1)基布前处理:前处理包括基布层依次通过冷轧堆工作液、退煮一浴工作液;所述基布层于20-30℃下,以45m/min的车速浸渍所述冷轧堆工作液,使其轧余率为100%-120%,轧余后于25℃慢速回转堆置24-48h;所述基布层于60-70℃下经过所述退煮一浴工作液;
(2)前压光处理:基布层前处理后,于常温,压力为6MPa,车速为18-
20m/min下前压光处理;
(3)涂层处理:在前压光处理的基布层上下两面涂覆涂料层,所述涂料
层为含有油性聚氨酯的涂层;
(4)分切处理:经过涂层处理后的基布层分切成不同规格的商标带。
作为优选,所述步骤(1)中冷轧堆工作液包括以下组成成分:
NaOH 40-50 g/L;
H2O2 10-12 g/L;
水玻璃 10-12 g/L;
精炼剂 20-30 g/L;
渗透剂 5-10 g/L。
作为优选,所述步骤(1)中退煮一浴工作液包括以下组成成分:
NaOH 30-40g/L;
精炼剂 5-10g/L;
Na2SO3 1-5 g/L。
作为优选,所述步骤(3)中所述涂料层包括以下重量组分:
DMF:30-60份;

本发明的优点是:
1.基布层由纬纱与经丝平织而成,经纱与纬纱之间有间隙,所以基布层的组织是开放的,结构是疏松的,有利于涂料层的渗入,提高胶料绑纱效果,涂料层与基布层的粘结性强,涂料层不易脱落,耐砂洗。经纱密度和纬纱密度要适中,经纬纱密度太高会增加经纱和纬纱平织的制造成本和制造难度,密度太小时,经纬纱之间缝隙太大,涂层时会发生渗胶,即一面涂胶时胶料会渗透到基布层的另一面,造成商标带表面粗糙。
2. 采用在棉织物表面涂覆涂料层可以达到冷切不散边问题,涂胶量是决定纯棉商标带分切后是否容易散边的其中一个决定性因素。涂胶过多会造成手感差异,过少或出现绑纱不完全,造成散边情况发生,涂胶的量以达到足以绑住纱线效果为准,因基布的厚薄有差异,涂胶的量也有差异,通常为20~40g/m2
3. 采用含有油性聚氨酯涂料层,油性聚氨酯不溶于水中,在涂层前进行压光处理,通过刮浆设备进行刮浆,然后烘干;所制涂层布手感软,表面光滑,且将所制商标带浸泡于水中30min后用手搓不会掉粉,符合商标带作为水洗标的基本要求。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1和图2所示,一种纯棉商标带的制作方法,依次包括以下步骤:
(1)基布前处理:基布层为涤纶材质的经纱和纬纱平织而成,经纱密度为20根/cm,纬纱密度为20根/cm。将基布层在25℃下,以45m/min通过冷轧堆工作液,使其轧余率为100%-120%,轧余后于25℃慢速回转堆置24h。冷轧堆工作液的成分为:NaOH 40 g/L,H2O2 10g/L,水玻璃 10 g/L,精炼剂 20 g/L,渗透剂 5 g/L。基布经过冷轧后,在60℃下,经过成分为:NaOH 30g/L,精炼剂 5g/L,Na2SO3 1 g/L的退煮一浴工作液。完成前两道步骤后将基布经98℃的水槽进行水洗,直至pH为中性,完成前处理处理。
(2)前压光处理:为更好的完成涂层整理,需对基布层进行前压光处理,在常温下压力为6MPa,车速为18m/min,使基布层厚度为0.145mm。
(3)涂层处理:用以下重量成分配置涂料层:
DMF:30份;
乙酸乙酯:10份;
油性聚氨酯:30份;
滑爽剂:10份。
按上述成分配置涂料层,搅拌2h,使其胶料粘度为2000 C.P.S,在涂层前加入相对树脂质量百分数为5%的架桥剂。涂层时控制工艺条件:刮刀为1.5mm,车速为20m/min,烘箱温度为150℃,压力为0.2Kg/m2,涂胶量为20 g/m2,使得布面均匀涂胶量均匀,布面平整。
(4)分切处理:经过涂层处理后的基布层分切成厚度为0.28mm的商标带。
实施例二
如图1和图2所示,一种纯棉商标带的制作方法,依次包括以下步骤:
(1)基布前处理:基布层为涤纶材质的经纱和纬纱平织而成,经纱和纬纱支数为32支的纱线,经纱密度为25根/cm,纬纱密度为25根/cm。将基布层在25℃下,以45m/min通过冷轧堆工作液,使其轧余率为100%-120%,轧余后于25℃慢速回转堆置36h。冷轧堆工作液的成分为:NaOH 45 g/L,H2O2 11 g/L,水玻璃 10g/L,精炼剂 25 g/L,渗透剂 7 g/L。基布经过冷轧后,在60℃下,经过成分为:NaOH 35g/L,精炼剂 7g/L,Na2SO3 3g/L的退煮一浴工作液。完成前两道步骤后将基布经98℃的水槽进行水洗,直至pH为中性,完成前处理处理。
(2)前压光处理:为更好的完成涂层整理,需对基布层进行前压光处理,在常温下压力为6MPa,车速为18m/min,使基布层厚度为0.150mm。
(3)涂层处理:用以下重量成分配置涂料层:
DMF:40份;
乙酸乙酯:15份;
油性聚氨酯:25份;
滑爽剂:7份。
按上述成分配置涂料层,搅拌2h,使其胶料粘度为4000 C.P.S,在涂层前加入相对树脂质量百分数为5%的架桥剂。涂层时控制工艺条件:刮刀为1.5mm,车速为20m/min,烘箱温度为150℃,压力为0.3Kg/m2,涂胶量为30 g/m2,使得布面均匀涂胶量均匀,布面平整。
(4)分切处理:经过涂层处理后的基布层分切成厚度为0.29mm的商标带。
实施例三
如图1和图2所示,一种纯棉商标带的制作方法,依次包括以下步骤:
(1)基布前处理:基布层为涤纶材质的经纱和纬纱平织而成,经纱和纬纱支数为32支的纱线,经纱密度为25根/cm,纬纱密度为30根/cm。将基布层在25℃下,以45m/min通过冷轧堆工作液,使其轧余率为100%-120%,轧余后于25℃慢速回转堆置48h。冷轧堆工作液的成分为:NaOH 50 g/L,H2O2 12 g/L,水玻璃 12g/L,精炼剂 30 g/L,渗透剂 10 g/L。基布经过冷轧后,在60℃下,经过成分为:NaOH 40g/L,精炼剂 10g/L,Na2SO3 5g/L的退煮一浴工作液。完成前两道步骤后将基布经98℃的水槽进行水洗,直至pH为中性,完成前处理处理。

(4)分切处理:经过涂层处理后的基布层分切成厚度为0.30mm的商标带。

同实施例一,其区别在于:基布前处理:基布层为涤纶材质的经纱和纬纱平织而成,经纱密度为10根/cm,纬纱密度为15根/cm。将基布层在25℃下,以45m/min通过冷轧堆工作液,使其轧余率为100%-120%,轧余后于25℃慢速回转堆置24h。冷轧堆工作液的成分为:NaOH 30 g/L,H2O2 8 g/L,水玻璃 8 g/L,精炼剂 15g/L,渗透剂 3 g/L。基布经过冷轧后,在60℃下,经过成分为:NaOH 25g/L,精炼剂 4g/L,Na2SO3 0.5 g/L的退煮一浴工作液。完成前两道步骤后将基布经98℃的水槽进行水洗,直至pH为中性,完成前处理处理。经过涂层处理后的基布层分切成厚度为0.25mm的商标带。
对比实施例二
同实施例二,其区别在于:涂层处理时按照相同成分配置涂料层,搅拌2h,使其胶料粘度为1000 C.P.S,在涂层前加入相对树脂质量百分数为3%的架桥剂。涂层时控制工艺条件:刮刀为0.5mm,车速为10m/min,烘箱温度为120℃,压力为0.3Kg/m2,涂胶量为10 g/m2,使得布面均匀涂胶量均匀,布面平整。最终得到厚度为0.20mm的商标带。
对比实施例三
同实施例三,其区别在于:用以下重量成分配置涂料层:
DMF:20份;
乙酸乙酯:8份;
油性聚氨酯:15份;
滑爽剂:2份。
按上述成分配置涂料层,搅拌2h,使其胶料粘度为5000 C.P.S,在涂层前加入相对树脂质量百分数为5%的架桥剂。涂层时控制工艺条件:刮刀为1.5mm,车速为20m/min,烘箱温度为150℃,压力为0.4Kg/m2,涂胶量为40 g/m2,使得布面均匀涂胶量均匀,布面平整。最终得到厚度为0.26mm的商标带。
经测试发现,对比实施例一、对比实施例二和对比实施例三制备而得的商标带,不耐石洗,容易散边。
实施例和对比实施例的对比说明,制备可冷切不散边耐石洗牢度佳的商标带应采用经纬密度合适的经纬纱、含量配比特定的涂料层和特定的涂覆工艺条件,否则,制备的商标带仍然不耐石洗容易散边。

Claims (6)

1.一种纯棉商标带的制作方法,其特征在于:依次包括以下步骤:
(1)基布前处理:前处理包括基布层依次通过冷轧堆工作液、退煮一浴
工作液;所述基布层于20-30℃下,以45m/min的车速浸渍所述冷轧堆
工作液,使其轧余率为100%-120%,轧余后于25℃慢速回转堆置24-48h.;所述基布层于60-70℃下经过所述退煮一浴工作液;
(2)前压光处理:基布层前处理后,于常温,压力为6MPa,车速为18-
20m/min下前压光处理;
(3)涂层处理:在前压光处理的基布层上下两面涂覆涂料层,所述涂料
层为含有油性聚氨酯的涂层;
(4)分切处理:经过涂层处理后的基布层分切成不同规格的商标带;
制备而成的纯棉商标带包括基布层和涂覆于所述基布层上下两面的涂料层,所述基布层由纯棉的经纱和纬纱平织而成,所述涂料层为含有油性聚氨酯的涂层;
所述经纱密度为20-30根/cm,纬纱密度为20-30根/cm;
所述涂料层包括以下重量组分:
DMF:30-60份;
乙酸乙酯:10-20份;
油性聚氨酯:20-30份;
滑爽剂:5-10份;
所述商标带厚度为0.280~0.300mm,所述涂料层的涂胶量为20~40 g/m2
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯棉商标带的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步
骤(1)中冷轧堆工作液包括以下组成成分:
NaOH 40-50 g/L;
H2O2 10-12 g/L;
水玻璃 10-12 g/L;
精炼剂 20-30 g/L;
渗透剂 5-10 g/L。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种纯棉商标带的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中退煮一浴工作液包括以下组成成分:
NaOH 30-40g/L;
精炼剂 5-10g/L;
Na2SO3 1-5 g/L。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种纯棉商标带的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中涂层处理前在涂料层中加入相对树脂重量5%的架桥剂。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种纯棉商标带的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中前压光处理后所述基布层的为厚度0.145-0.155mm。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种纯棉商标带的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中在所述基布层上下两面涂覆涂料层控制条件为:刮刀为厚为1-1.5mm,车速为20~40m/min,烘烤温度为150℃~180℃,压力为0.2-0.4Kg/m2
