Abstract

本发明公开了一种柔软耐刮的定岛超细纤维绒面革及其制备方法,制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将定岛超细纤维绒面革浸渍在整理剂中,浸轧,然后烘干定型,整理剂,由如下重量份数的组分组成:柔软剂·0.5~10份,助剂A·0.1~8份,助剂B·1‑10份,水·100份,柔软剂为有机硅类柔软剂和软片中的一种或多种,助剂A为乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物乳液、羟乙基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素中的一种或多种,助剂B为水性聚氨酯乳液;(2)将步骤(1)的产物在揉纹机或风揉机中进行揉纹,即可得到产品,本发明使得绒面革的绒更密实,手感饱满,所制得的超纤绒面革具有柔软耐刮,外观漂亮,仿真皮效果好,附加值高。

Description

柔软耐刮的定岛超细纤维绒面革及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超细纤维绒面革,尤其涉及定岛超细纤维绒面革的制备方法。
背景技术
目前国内用于生产的海岛超细纤维根据所采用的生产技术不同分为不定岛型海岛超细纤维和定岛型海岛超细纤维两种。不定岛型海岛超细纤维中的岛是不可控制的,在纵轴上是非连续的,通过溶剂处理后,形成粗粗细细、长长短短不规则的超细纤维;而定岛型海岛超细纤维在纵轴上是连续的,是岛数固定、纤度、长度一致的均匀的超细纤维。定岛型海岛超细纤维中岛的数量一般有16岛、24岛、37岛、64岛等几种规格,使用较多的一般是37岛。定岛超细纤维绒面革是超细纤维合成革中的重要一类,广泛应用于服装革,鞋革,箱包革,汽车擦拭布等各个领域。但是目前的定岛超细纤维绒面革,做柔软处理后,绒易脱落,耐刮性太差。
中国专利(200810038395.9)公开了不定岛超细纤维绒面革的耐刮处理方法,采用纺丝时加入微量的离子聚合物,使超细纤维的“岛”与“岛”之间有一定的交联,防止了纤维的脱落,从而提高绒面革的耐刮性。但是此方法只使用于不定岛产品,而定岛产品的绒面革经柔软处理后,绒脱落严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种柔软耐刮的定岛超细纤维绒面革及其制备方法,以克服现有技术存在的缺陷。
本发明所述的一种柔软耐刮的定岛超细纤维绒面革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将定岛超细纤维绒面革浸渍在整理剂中,浸轧,带液率40%~80%(重量),然后在110~150℃温度下烘干定型;
优选的,将定岛超细纤维绒面革浸渍在整理剂中,一浸一轧;
所述的整理剂,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
柔软剂·······························0.5~10份
助剂A··································0.1~8份
助剂B································1-10份
去离子水····························100份
优选的,所述的整理剂,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
柔软剂······························1~3份
助剂A································1~3份
助剂B·······························1-5份
去离子水··························100份
所述的柔软剂为有机硅类柔软剂和软片中的一种或多种,例如:苏州联胜化学有限公司的,有机硅柔软剂LS06(30%)、3305(30%)、2264(30%)、M6+(30%);软片S500、CKS、S200;
所述的助剂A为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物乳液(EVA),如大连化学工业股份有限公司的DA101;羟乙基纤维素(HEC),如陶氏化学的QP-09L;聚乙烯醇(PVA),如山西三维集团股份有限公司的1799L;羧甲基纤维素(CMC),如山东潍坊力特复合材料有限公司的IM6,使用其中的一种或多种;
所述的助剂B为水性聚氨酯乳液,如上海思盛聚合物材料有限公司的U-100、APUD-1419B;
所述的超细纤维绒面革,可采用本领域公知的方法制备,是以尼龙6为岛组分、低密度聚乙烯为海组分制备成定岛型海岛型复合短纤维,其中定岛超细纤维的纤度较佳的为3~8旦,定岛超细纤维的岛数为16岛、24岛、37岛或64岛。将上述定岛型海岛型复合短纤维制备成为立体网络状结构的无纺布,再将所述无纺布置于聚氨酯树脂的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中浸渍,接着使聚氨酯树脂凝固,然后洗涤除去DMF,再萃取抽出其中的低密度聚乙烯,扩幅定型、磨皮、染色后,得到定岛型超细纤维绒面革。
上述步骤均为本领域公知的方法,如文献[1](曲建波.合成革工艺学[M].化学工业出版社,2010.)和文献[2](中国专利ZL201019063013.2,一种定岛超细纤维、聚氨酯合成革及其基布,及制备方法)公开的方法,本发明不再赘述,本领域的技术人员可以参照所述文献的报道,将定岛型海岛型复合短纤维制备成为超细纤维聚氨酯合成革基布。
(2)将步骤(1)的产物在揉纹机或风揉机中进行揉纹,车速为4~12m/min,温度为25~80℃,即可得到所述的具有柔软耐刮的定岛超细纤维绒面革。
本发明采用定岛超细纤维绒面革含浸整理剂的方法,使得绒面革的绒更密实,手感饱满,通过揉纹的作用,使得定岛超纤绒面革表面具有定向绒毛的效果,从而实现了所制得的超纤绒面革具有柔软耐刮,外观漂亮,仿真皮效果好,附加值高。
具体实施方式
下面用实施例来进一步说明本发明,但本发明并不受其限制。
实施例1
(1)浸轧整理剂:将定岛超细纤维绒面革浸渍在整理剂中,一浸一轧,带液率40%,110℃烘干定型。
所述的整理剂,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
柔软剂LS06(30%)·············1份(苏州联胜化学有限公司)
助剂DA101························1份(大连化学工业股份有限公司)
助剂U-100························3份(上海思盛聚合物材料有限公司)
去离子水··························100份
(2)揉纹:将经步骤(1)处理的绒面革在揉纹机中进行揉纹,车速为4m/min,温度为25℃,即可得到所述的具有柔软耐刮的定岛超细纤维绒面革。
实施例2
(1)浸轧整理剂:将定岛超细纤维绒面革浸渍在整理剂中,一浸一轧,带液率50%,130℃烘干定型。
所述的整理剂,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
柔软剂2264(30%)·············2.5份(苏州联胜化学有限公司)
助剂IM6························1.5份(山东潍坊力特复合材料有限公司)
助剂U-100························1份(上海思盛聚合物材料有限公司)
去离子水··························100份
(2)揉纹:将经步骤(1)处理的绒面革在揉纹机中进行揉纹,车速为6m/min,温度为60℃,即可得到所述的具有柔软耐刮的定岛超细纤维绒面革。
实施例3
(1)浸轧整理剂:将定岛超细纤维绒面革浸渍在整理剂中,一浸一轧,带液率60%,110℃烘干定型。
所述的整理剂,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
柔软剂S500····························3份(苏州联胜化学有限公司)
助剂1799L························1.5份(山西三维集团股份有限公司)
助剂APUD-1419B·············5份(上海思盛聚合物材料有限公司)
去离子水··························100份
(2)揉纹:将经步骤(1)处理的绒面革在揉纹机中进行揉纹,车速为10m/min,温度为80℃,即可得到所述的具有柔软耐刮的定岛超细纤维绒面革。
实施例4
(1)浸轧整理剂:将定岛超细纤维绒面革浸渍在整理剂中,一浸一轧,带液率80%,150℃烘干定型。
所述的整理剂,由如下重量份数的组分组成:

(2)揉纹:将经步骤(1)处理的绒面革在揉纹机中进行揉纹,车速为12m/min,温度为80℃,即可得到所述的具有柔软耐刮的定岛超细纤维绒面革。
本发明所制得的超纤绒面革柔软,手感密实,绒毛不易脱落,大大提高绒面革的耐刮性,外观漂亮,仿真皮效果好。

Claims (5)

1.柔软耐刮的定岛超细纤维绒面革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将定岛超细纤维绒面革浸渍在整理剂中,浸轧,然后烘干定型;
所述的整理剂,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
柔软剂······························1~3份
助剂A································1~3份
助剂B································1-5份
去离子水··························100份
所述的柔软剂为有机硅类柔软剂和软片中的一种或多种;
所述的助剂A为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物乳液(EVA)、羟乙基纤维素(HEC)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)中的一种或多种;
所述的助剂B为水性聚氨酯乳液;
(2)将步骤(1)的产物在揉纹机或风揉机中进行揉纹,即可得到所述的柔软耐刮的定岛超细纤维绒面革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将定岛超细纤维绒面革浸渍在整理剂中,浸轧,重量带液率40%~80%,然后在110~150℃温度下烘干定型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,将定岛超细纤维绒面革浸渍在整理剂中,一浸一轧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,车速为4~12m/min,温度为25~80℃。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述方法制备的柔软耐刮的定岛超细纤维绒面革。
