Abstract

本发明提出了一种防爆石墨烯泡板的制备方法,其将氧化石墨烯、支撑添加剂、还原剂、发泡剂溶解在溶剂中,经高速分散后,涂布干燥制得氧化石墨烯板,再经加热发泡后,进行热处理得到所述防爆石墨烯泡板,本发明还提出了根据所述方法制备的防爆石墨烯泡板及其在邮箱防爆中的应用,该制备方法过程简单,易于推广,在邮箱防爆中具有良好的防爆效果。

一种防爆石墨烯泡板的制备方法及得到的产品和应用
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料领域,特别是指一种防爆石墨烯泡板的制备方法,本发明还涉及由该方法制得的防爆石墨烯泡板及其应用。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,以及汽车的逐渐普及,人们靠近汽车油箱的机会大大增加,并且,由于汽车在行驶的过程中,汽车油箱,汽油储油罐在收到剧烈撞击时,容易发生***,这也是交通事故中的重大隐患,因此,需要进行相应的技术改进,降低***的风险。
发明内容
本发明提出第一个目的在于提出一种防爆石墨烯泡板的制备方法,具有导热快,质地轻,空间占用少,耐腐蚀强等特点。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种防爆石墨烯泡板的制备方法,其将氧化石墨烯、支撑添加剂、还原剂、发泡剂溶解在溶剂中,经高速分散后,涂布干燥制得氧化石墨烯板,再经加热发泡后,进行热处理得到所述防爆石墨烯泡板。
优选的,各组分的比例为,氧化石墨烯:支撑添加剂:还原剂:发泡剂:溶剂=100:(2~10):(0.5~5):(0.5~3):100。
优选的,所述支撑还原剂选自碳纳米管、碳纤维、高分子长链纤维中的一种或几种,所述高分子长链纤维如玻璃纤维等。
优选的,所述还原剂选自维生素C、尿素、氨水中的任一种,所述溶剂为水、NMP(N-甲基吡咯烷酮)、DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)中的任一种。
优选的,所述发泡剂为膨胀微球发泡剂,从而可以实现发泡。
优选的,所述涂布干燥步骤为将混合分散后的各组分涂布到基材上,经干燥后,再从所述基材上剥离。
优选的,所述加热发泡为得到的所述石墨烯板加热至120℃,并维持1.5-2.5小时。
优选的,所述热处理温度为1000~3000℃。
本发明的第二个目的在于提出一种防爆石墨烯泡板,所述防爆石墨烯泡板根据上述防爆石墨烯泡板的制备方法得到。
本发明的第三个目的在于提出了所述防爆石墨烯泡板在邮箱中的应用,能够有效的防爆。
本发明的有益效果在于,提出的所述制备方法过程简单,易于推广,并且,根据该方法得到的所述防爆石墨烯泡板,具有质量轻(密度只有0.05g/cm3),不吸附汽油,不会使放入的汽油无法放出,材料本身多孔、不占用液体存放空间的特点,将其填充到邮箱中,因石墨烯导热系数非常快,在油箱受到撞击时能非常迅速的将热量传递开,降低局部高温而诱发汽油***。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,一种防爆石墨烯泡板的制备方法,其将氧化石墨烯、支撑添加剂、还原剂、发泡剂溶解在溶剂中,经高速分散后,涂布干燥制得氧化石墨烯板,再经加热发泡后,进行热处理得到所述防爆石墨烯泡板。
实施例1
将100kg氧化石墨烯、5kg碳纳米管、1kg尿素、1kg发泡剂溶解于100kg去离子水中,配制成52%的溶液,在高速分散机中经过搅拌5个小时,制得氧化石墨烯浆液、再使用刮刀涂布用刮刀涂布出2000um湿胶厚的膜,经过涂布机的烘道烘干后,在收卷处将氧化石墨烯片材与涂布基材PET剥离,制得1000um的氧化石墨烯片材。再经过120℃烘2个小时,使氧化石墨烯片材发泡,制得5000um厚的氧化石墨烯泡沫板,最后经过热2700℃热处理制得油箱防爆用的石墨烯泡沫板。
实施例2
将100kg氧化石墨烯、5kg碳纳米管、1kg维生素C、1kg发泡剂溶解于100kg去NMP中,配制成52%的溶液,在高速分散机中经过搅拌5个小时,制得氧化石墨烯浆液、再使用刮刀涂布用刮刀涂布出2000um湿胶厚的膜,经过涂布机的烘道烘干后,在收卷处将氧化石墨烯片材与涂布基材PET剥离,制得1000um的氧化石墨烯片才。再经过120℃烘2个小时,使氧化石墨烯片材发泡,制得5000um厚的氧化石墨烯泡沫板,最后经过热1500℃热处理制得油箱防爆用的石墨烯泡沫板。

实施例3
将100kg氧化石墨烯、2kg碳纳米管、5kg维生素C、3kg发泡剂溶解于100kg去NMP中,配制成52%的溶液,在高速分散机中经过搅拌5个小时,制得氧化石墨烯浆液、再使用刮刀涂布用刮刀涂布出2000um湿胶厚的膜,经过涂布机的烘道烘干后,在收卷处将氧化石墨烯片材与涂布基材PET剥离,制得1000um的氧化石墨烯片才。再经过120℃烘2个小时,使氧化石墨烯片材发泡,制得5000um厚的氧化石墨烯泡沫板,最后经过热1000℃热处理制得油箱防爆用的石墨烯泡沫板。
实施例4
将100kg氧化石墨烯、10kg碳纳米管、0.5kg维生素C、0.5kg发泡剂溶解于100kg去DMF中,配制成52%的溶液,在高速分散机中经过搅拌5个小时,制得氧化石墨烯浆液、再使用刮刀涂布用刮刀涂布出2000um湿胶厚的膜,经过涂布机的烘道烘干后,在收卷处将氧化石墨烯片材与涂布基材PET剥离,制得1000um的氧化石墨烯片才。再经过120℃烘2个小时,使氧化石墨烯片材发泡,制得5000um厚的氧化石墨烯泡沫板,最后经过热3000℃热处理制得油箱防爆用的石墨烯泡沫板。

Claims (10)

1.一种防爆石墨烯泡板的制备方法,其特征在于:将氧化石墨烯、支撑添加剂、还原剂、发泡剂溶解在溶剂中,经高速分散后,涂布干燥制得氧化石墨烯板,再经加热发泡后,进行热处理得到所述防爆石墨烯泡板。
2.如权利要求1中所述防爆石墨烯泡板的制备方法,其特征在于:各组分的比例为,氧化石墨烯:支撑添加剂:还原剂:发泡剂:溶剂=100:(2~10):(0.5~5):(0.5~3):100。
3.如权利要求1中所述防爆石墨烯泡板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述支撑还原剂选自碳纳米管、碳纤维、高分子长链纤维中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1中所述防爆石墨烯泡板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述还原剂选自维生素C、尿素、氨水中的任一种,所述溶剂为水、NMP、DMF中的任一种。
5.如权利要求1中所述防爆石墨烯泡板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为膨胀微球发泡剂。
6.如权利要求1中所述防爆石墨烯泡板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述涂布干燥步骤为将混合分散后的各组分涂布到基材上,经干燥后,再从所述基材上剥离。
7.如权利要求1中所述防爆石墨烯泡板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述加热发泡为得到的所述石墨烯板加热至120℃,并维持1.5-2.5小时。
8.如权利要求1中所述防爆石墨烯泡板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述热处理温度为1000~3000℃。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一方法得到的防爆石墨烯泡板。
10.权利要求9中所述防爆石墨烯泡板在邮箱中的应用。
