一种无尘输送水泥的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种输送水泥的装置,尤其涉及一种无尘输送水泥的装置,属于水泥与砂石料搅拌制浆领域。
背景技术
近年来,根据国家相关文件的规定,要求各矿山企业大力推进尾沙胶结充填技术,该技术应用对于保护环境、减少占地、治理采空区具有重要意义。机械化搅拌站在被建筑行业广泛应用的同时也被应用到了矿山企业的尾砂胶结充填***中,其搅拌过程中普遍使用搅拌桶来搅拌水泥与沙石料,以达到混合均匀的效果,而目前最普遍的水泥送入方式多是由螺旋泵配合垂直下料管将水泥由搅拌桶上方垂直落入搅拌混合物液面上,下落的水泥引起搅拌桶空气向上反冲,带来大量的水泥粉尘从搅拌桶上口溢出,加上驱动电机散热风叶和搅拌桶传动轮的旋转产生的风动效能,搅拌筒内弥漫的粉尘很快进入周围作业环境的空气中,严重危害作业人员的身心健康和文明作业,为应对这种作业环境的污染,行业内普遍采用在每个搅拌筒上方通过安装除尘器来达到降尘的目的,但由于水泥粉尘产生量大,除尘器并不能完全进行吸附,并且设备维护周期短、费用高,多数企业不能及时的进行维护,作业人员带尘作业现象普遍存在,为日后职业病的发生埋下了隐患。
发明内容
本发明针对现有水泥输送技术的不足,提供一种无尘输送水泥的装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种无尘输送水泥的装置,包括沙仓、水泥仓、搅拌桶、螺旋输送机、旋转体和驱动电机,所述沙仓和水泥仓位于搅拌桶的左右两侧,所述沙仓底部安装有高压水管,所述水泥仓底部安装有螺旋输送机,所述旋转体固定连接于搅拌桶上部,所述旋转体底部连接有搅拌叶片,所述旋转体通过皮带与驱动电机连接,所述搅拌桶侧面设有料浆出口,其特征在于,所述沙仓底部连接有与地面垂直的输送管,所述输送管伸入搅拌桶的液面以下10~20cm,所述螺旋输送机相对水平面倾斜。
进一步,所述螺旋输送机相对水平面倾斜25°与输送管于搅拌桶上方连接。
进一步,所述螺旋输送机相对水平面倾斜30°于搅拌桶液面以下10cm处与搅拌桶连接。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)可实现水泥的无尘输送,可节省除尘器使用,降低搅拌***运行成本。
2)可以杜绝搅拌作业起尘现象,可以确保作业场所文明卫生达标,不污染作业环境设备,起到降低故障率作用,减少工人职业病发生。

具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1:
一种无尘输送水泥的装置,如图1、3所示,包括沙仓1、水泥仓2、搅拌桶3、螺旋输送机4、旋转体5和驱动电机6,所述沙仓1和水泥仓2位于搅拌桶3的左右两侧,所述沙仓1底部安装有高压水管7,所述水泥仓2底部安装有螺旋输送机4,所述旋转体5固定连接于搅拌桶3上端,所述旋转体5底部连接有搅拌叶片8,所述旋转体5通过皮带与驱动电机6连接,所述搅拌桶3侧面设有料浆出口10,所述沙仓1底部连接有与地面垂直的输送管9,所述输送管9伸入搅拌桶的液面以下10~20cm,所述螺旋输送机4相对水平面倾斜25°与输送管于搅拌桶3的上方连接。
上述无尘输送水泥装置的工作过程如下:
1)启动驱动电机6,通过皮带带动旋转体5转动,搅拌叶片8在搅拌桶3内进行搅拌;
2)打开沙仓1底部的高压水管7,高压水冲向沙仓1内的砂石料,连同高压水一起沿输送管9进入搅拌桶3;
3)此时在输送管9与螺旋输送机4接口处形成负压,开启螺旋输送机4,水泥仓2内的水泥源源不断的送进输送管9内;
4)水泥与砂石料、水在输送管9内进行初步混合后进入搅拌桶3进行充分搅拌均匀,由搅拌桶底部的料浆出口10通过管路排出,完成整个搅拌过程,达到水泥无尘输送的目的。
实施例2:
一种无尘输送水泥的装置,如图2、3所示,包括沙仓1、水泥仓2、搅拌桶3、螺旋输送机4、旋转体5和驱动电机6,所述沙仓1和水泥仓2位于搅拌桶3的左右两侧,所述沙仓1底部安装有高压水管7,所述水泥仓2底部安装有螺旋输送机4,所述旋转体5固定连接于搅拌桶3上端,所述旋转体5底部连接有搅拌叶片8,所述旋转体5通过皮带与驱动电机6连接,所述搅拌桶3侧面设有料浆出口10,所述沙仓1底部连接有与地面垂直的输送管9,所述输送管9伸入搅拌桶的液面以下10~20cm,所述螺旋输送机4相对水平面倾斜30°于搅拌桶3的液面以下10cm处与搅拌桶连接。
上述无尘输送水泥装置的工作过程如下:
1)启动驱动电机6,驱动电机6通过皮带带动旋转体5转动,搅拌叶片8在搅拌桶3内进行搅拌;
2)打开沙仓1底部的高压水管7,高压水冲向沙仓1内的砂石料,砂石料与高压水混合后沿输送管9进入搅拌桶3;
3)同时开启螺旋输送机4,螺旋输送机4将水泥仓2内的水泥源源不断的送进搅拌桶3中,并且保证输送方向与搅拌桶内的料浆旋转方向一致,从而实现水泥顺利进入搅拌桶内,并且不损坏螺旋输送机的螺旋片;
4)水泥与砂石料、水在搅拌桶3内通过旋转体5的搅拌作用进行充分的混合,搅拌均匀,经搅拌桶3底部的料浆出口10排出,完成整个搅拌过程,达到水泥无尘输送的目的。

1.一种无尘输送水泥的装置,包括沙仓、水泥仓、搅拌桶、螺旋输送机、旋转体和驱动电机,所述沙仓和水泥仓位于搅拌桶的左右两侧,所述沙仓底部安装有高压水管,所述水泥仓底部安装有螺旋输送机,所述旋转体固定连接于搅拌桶上部,所述旋转体底部连接有搅拌叶片,所述旋转体通过皮带与驱动电机连接,所述搅拌桶侧面设有料浆出口,其特征在于,所述沙仓底部连接有与地面垂直的输送管,所述输送管伸入搅拌桶的液面以下10~20cm,所述螺旋输送机相对水平面倾斜25°与输送管于搅拌桶上方连接。
