Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of petrochemical pipeline devices, in particular to a pipe bracket fixer for fixing a pipeline.
Background
In the piping design, it is usually necessary to set a fixed pipe bracket, an axial limit (thrust) pipe bracket, a radial limit (guide) pipe bracket, a sliding pipe bracket and other types of pipe brackets on the pipeline, and since the fixed pipe bracket and the axial limit (thrust) pipe bracket need to bear a large axial load, it is usually necessary to weld a stopper on the pipeline to realize the positioning of the fixed pipe bracket and the axial limit (thrust) pipe bracket. However, welding the stopper to the pipe causes the following problems:
1. in the welding process of a construction site, the pipeline can generate stress, and the service life of the pipeline is influenced.
2. For part of high alloy steel pipelines, the welding performance of materials is poor, welding defects such as cracks are easy to generate, and if the stop block fails in welding, the fixed pipe bracket and the axial limiting (thrust) pipe bracket can fail.
3. Often chemical plants have fire protection requirements and blocks welded to the pipe are difficult to fire weld and repair in the field if they fail.
Therefore, there is a need for a pipe bracket fixer, which can fix a heat pipe supporting pipe bracket on a pipe bracket in an axial direction without welding, can bear the axial thrust caused by expansion and contraction of the pipe bracket, is particularly suitable for conveying a heat medium, has high requirement on the strength of the pipe bracket, and does not allow welding accessories on the pipe bracket.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a pipe bracket fixer which is simple and convenient to install.
In order to solve the technical problem, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the pipe bracket fixer comprises an annular check ring, and a plurality of wedge blocks are arranged on the inner side close to the annular check ring; the thickness of the wedge is increased along the axial direction, and the wedge has a radian corresponding to the inner side of the annular retainer ring when viewed in cross section.
The pipe bracket fixer in the technical scheme can realize the axial positioning of the fixed pipe bracket and the axial limiting (thrust) pipe bracket under the condition of not welding with a pipeline, and can bear axial load; the axial thrust that transmits the pipe bracket through the inclined plane between a voussoir and the annular retaining ring is used the voussoir inclined plane, during the installation, annular retaining ring sets up certain pretension load with the voussoir, bear axial thrust when annular retaining ring, annular retaining ring produces little elastic deformation with voussoir surface extrusion, according to hooke's law, this kind of deformation is changed into along the decurrent pressure in voussoir inclined plane normal direction, because the oblique angle of voussoir, this is fixed the voussoir on the pipeline surface along the decurrent pressure in voussoir inclined plane, thereby realize axial fixed. The pipe bracket axial fixers are used in pairs and are respectively arranged at two ends of a fixed pipe bracket or an axial limiting (thrust) pipe bracket.
The pipe bracket fixing device is further improved in that the pipe bracket fixing device is provided with a plurality of wedges (determined according to pipe diameters and stress) which are uniformly distributed on the inner side of the annular retainer ring.
The further improvement is that the difference between the inner diameter of the annular retainer ring and the diameter of the pipe bracket is smaller than the maximum thickness value of the wedge block; and the difference between the inner diameter of the annular retainer ring and the diameter of the pipe bracket is larger than the minimum thickness value of the wedge block.
In a further improvement, the length of the wedge is 20-50 mm.
A further improvement is that the wedge angle of the wedge is smaller than or equal to the friction angle of the respective material.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. the fixed pipe bracket and the axial limiting (thrust) pipe bracket can be axially positioned without welding and bear axial load.
2. Can be used repeatedly.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the pipe bracket fixer of the invention comprises an annular retainer ring 1, wherein a plurality of wedge blocks are arranged on the inner side of the annular retainer ring in a manner of being tightly attached to the inner side of the annular retainer ring and are uniformly distributed on the inner side of the annular retainer ring 1; as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the thickness of the wedge 2 increases in the axial direction, and the wedge 2 has a curvature corresponding to the inner side of the annular retainer 1 when viewed in cross section, and the difference between the inner diameter of the annular retainer 1 and the diameter of the pipe bracket is smaller than the maximum thickness value of the wedge 2; and the difference between the inner diameter of the annular retainer ring 1 and the diameter of the pipe bracket is larger than the minimum thickness value of the wedge block 2, the length of the wedge block 2 is 20-50mm, and the wedge angle of the wedge block 2 is smaller than or equal to the friction angle of corresponding materials.
In particular, as shown in fig. 2, the pipe bracket fixer of the invention realizes the fixing function by using the self-locking principle. The self-locking is that an object is still under the action of static friction force, when the external force tries to make the object move, the more the external force is, the tighter the object is squeezed, the less the object is easy to move, i.e. the stronger the protection capability of the maximum static friction force is, and the phenomenon is called self-locking (locking) phenomenon.
The restraining force of the bearing surface against the balancing mass when there is friction comprises a normal restraining force FNAnd tangential restraining force Fs(i.e., static friction). The vector sum of the two components is called the full restraining force of the supporting surface, and the action line of the full restraining force is inclined to the common normal line of the contact surface, as shown in figure 5.
When the block is in a critical state of equilibrium, the static friction force reaches a maximum value, the deflection angle also reaches a maximum value, the maximum value of an included angle between the full constraint force and the normal line is called a friction angle, and the tangent of the friction angle is equal to the static friction coefficient. When the mass is balanced, the static friction force does not necessarily reach the maximum value and can be changed between 0 and the maximum value Fmax, so that the included angle between the full binding force and the normal line is also changed between 0 and 0, namely. If the line of action of the resultant force FR of all the active forces acting on the mass is within the friction angle, the mass patch remains stationary, no matter how large this is, which is the principle of the self-locking phenomenon.
