Technical Field

Background
The extrusion oil film damper is widely applied to modern aero-engines, and the aim of increasing damping and inhibiting the vibration of the engine rotor is achieved by extruding only about 0.1mm oil film between the inner ring and the outer ring of the damper. When the closed extrusion oil film damper is assembled, the sealing rings are clamped at two ends of the inner ring of the damper, the outer diameter of the sealing rings is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the outer ring of the damper in a free state, and the sealing rings are made of graphite cast iron generally and have certain hardness and elasticity. Under the condition, the centering type closed extrusion oil film damper, namely the closed extrusion oil film damper with the squirrel cage elastic support is difficult to assemble into the damper outer ring together with the sealing rings, deflection is easy to occur between the inner ring and the outer ring of the damper in the assembling process, the inner ring of the damper with the sealing rings is likely to be clamped in the damper outer ring, the strength is difficult to grasp in the assembling process, and if the closed extrusion oil film damper with the squirrel cage elastic support is pushed into the damper outer ring by a strong action, the squirrel cage elastic support is greatly deformed, even the squirrel cage strips are plastically deformed or broken, so that the working reliability of the damper is affected.

The assembling tool of the invention applies the centering principle to assemble the closed extrusion oil film damper with the sealing ring, and the centering function of the assembling tool ensures that the inner ring and the outer ring of the damper are always coaxial in the assembling process, and eliminates the risk of plastic deformation and even damage caused by pressure, thereby protecting the squirrel cage bars. Meanwhile, scratch and blockage of the sealing ring, which are caused by deflection of the inner ring end and the outer ring, are avoided. The assembly tool is also suitable for assembling non-centering closed extrusion oil film dampers, namely dampers without squirrel-cage elastic support and other cylindrical structures with sealing rings or sealing expansion rings.

Step 4, as shown in fig. 4, installing an assembly bolt 5 in each first bolt hole of the floating disc 2 to form a third assembly;
step 5, placing the first component at the position of the transitional conical surface A of the damper outer ring 12, and enabling one end of the centering shaft 1 provided with threads 8, namely one end without a thread disc 7 to penetrate through a through hole 10 in the center of the outer sleeve 3;
step 6, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the end of the centering shaft 1 provided with the thread 8, namely the end without the thread disk 7, passes through the through hole 11 in the center of the floating disk 2, and the fixing nut 4 is screwed on the thread 8 of the centering shaft 1;
and 7, uniformly screwing a plurality of assembly bolts 5 of the third assembly, pressing the floating disc 2 to the fixed nut 4, continuously screwing the plurality of assembly bolts 5, and enabling the centering shaft 1 to drive the damper inner ring 13 sleeved with the sealing ring 15 to move into the damper outer ring 12 along the transition conical surface A until the damper inner ring 13 reaches a required installation position.
In the invention, because the floating disc 2 is in threaded connection with the assembling bolt 5, and the assembling bolt 5 is abutted against the outer sleeve 3, when the assembling bolt 5 is screwed, the floating disc 2 moves on the centering shaft 1, when the floating disc 2 moves to the position of the fixing nut 4, the fixing nut 4 clamps the floating disc 2, the assembling bolt 5 is screwed continuously, the floating disc 2 drives the centering shaft 1 to move continuously, the threaded disc 7 is connected with the damper inner ring 13 in a threaded manner, the centering shaft 1 pulls the damper inner ring 13 to overcome the resistance of the sealing ring 15, the damper inner ring 13 is pulled into the damper outer ring 12, the contact surface of the optical axis 9 on the centering shaft 1 and the through hole 10 of the outer sleeve 3 can form a centering surface B because the through hole 10 on the outer sleeve 3 is positioned at the center of the outer sleeve 3, the contact surface of the damper outer ring 12 and the outer sleeve 3 also forms a centering surface C, which plays a role in centering together, so that the central axes of the damper inner ring 13 and the damper outer ring 12 are coincident during assembly, and when all the assembly bolts 5 are uniformly screwed, the sealing ring 15 gradually contracts under the extrusion of the transitional conical surface A, the sealing ring 15 and the damper inner ring 13 slowly and gently enter the damper outer ring 12, as shown in fig. 5, a schematic diagram of the damper inner ring 13 installed in the damper outer ring 12 is shown, only part of the structure of the damper outer ring 12 is shown in fig. 1, and the complete transitional conical surface A of the damper outer ring 12 and the connecting part of the rear end of the damper outer ring 12 and the damper inner ring 13 are not shown.
