本发明公开一种记忆丝面料,所述记忆丝面料是由经纱和纬纱编织而成面料主体,所述经纱是由弹性涤纶和塑料纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱是由形状记忆纤维和合金纤维混纺而成。本发明提供一种记忆丝面料,具有手感舒适、光泽柔和、质地细腻柔软、悬垂好、抗污染、耐化学性、尺寸稳定、抗静电、抗紫外线的优点。

一种记忆丝面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种记忆丝面料。
背景技术
在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品。以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装,大都档次较高。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。种类(1)梭织面料,也称机织物,是把经纱和纬纱相互垂直交织在一起形成的织物。正确分析识别面料性能并准确合理地运用于服装设计是每一个设计师需要掌握的基本知识,否则面料识别错误可能会导致整款服装的设计,制作,穿着或者洗涤等环节出现问题。服装面料的识别包括服装面料的原料识别,外观特征识别以及外观质量识别等。观察识别面料不仅要用视觉,而且要用听觉,触觉甚至嗅觉。如运用眼睛的视觉效应观看织物的光泽明暗,染色情况,表面粗细以及组织,纹路和纤维的外观特征,比如纯棉布光泽普通,外观不够细洁,粗糙甚至有棉结杂质,羊毛与涤纶混纺的呢绒光泽较亮,有闪色感,身骨略为搬硬而失之柔软,并随涤纶含量的增加而明显突出。缺乏柔和的柔润感,织物挺括。平整,光滑;运用手的触觉效应能够感觉到织物和纤维的软硬,光滑,粗细,弹性,冷暖等,用手还可以测出纤维中纱线的强度和伸长度。
不同的面料具有不同的透气性,吸湿性,保暖性等性能,比如棉织物具有良好的透气性和吸湿性,穿着舒适,保暖性好,是最理想的童装面料。选择面料时要确认面料的透气性,保温性,吸湿性,静电性等性能特征,再针对面料的挺括性,重量感,软硬度和悬垂性来考虑它适合做什么样的造型,做什么样的款式等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种记忆丝面料,具有手感舒适、光泽柔和、质地细腻柔软、悬垂好、抗污染、耐化学性、尺寸稳定、抗静电、抗紫外线的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种记忆丝面料,所述记忆丝面料是由经纱和纬纱编织而成面料主体,所述经纱是由弹性涤纶和塑料纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱是由形状记忆纤维和合金纤维混纺而成,所述经纱的密度为50D/36F,所述纬纱的密度为66D/72F,所述弹性涤纶占所述经纱的重量比为59%-64%,所述塑料纤维占所述经纱的重量比为36%-41%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述弹性涤纶占所述经纱的重量比为62%,所述塑料纤维占所述经纱的重量比为38%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纬纱中形状记忆纤维和合金纤维的重量比例为2:1。
本发明的一种记忆丝面料,具有手感舒适、光泽柔和、质地细腻柔软、悬垂好、抗污染、耐化学性、尺寸稳定、抗静电、抗紫外线的优点。

下面结合对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明一种记忆丝面料,所述记忆丝面料是由经纱和纬纱编织而成面料主体,所述经纱是由弹性涤纶和塑料纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱是由形状记忆纤维和合金纤维混纺而成,所述经纱的密度为50D/36F,所述纬纱的密度为66D/72F,所述弹性涤纶占所述经纱的重量比为59%-64%,所述塑料纤维占所述经纱的重量比为36%-41%,所述弹性涤纶占所述经纱的重量比为62%,所述塑料纤维占所述经纱的重量比为38%,所述纬纱中形状记忆纤维和合金纤维的重量比例为2:1。
进一步说明,弹性涤纶与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维、聚对苯二甲酸1.4丁二醇酯纤维同属聚酯纤维。弹性涤纶兼有涤纶、锦纶、腈纶的特性,除防污性能好外,还有易于染色、手感柔软、富有弹性,伸长性同氨纶纤维一样好,与弹性纤维氨纶相比更易于加工,非常适合纺织服装面料;除此以外弹性涤纶还具有干爽、挺括等特点。因此,在不久的将来,弹性涤纶将逐步替代涤纶和锦纶而成为21世纪大型纤维。弹性涤纶织物柔软而且具有优异的垂性。弹性涤纶织物具有舒适的弹性(优于涤纶PET、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯PBT及聚丙烯PP纤维,与尼龙6或尼龙66纤维相当)。弹性涤纶织物具有优异的伸长恢复性(伸长20%仍可恢复其原有的长度)。弹性涤纶具有优异的染色及印花特性(98℃—110℃一般分散染料可以染色);优越的染色牢度、日晒牢度及抗污性。弹性涤纶织物具有鲜艳的颜色及免烫性。弹性涤纶适应性比较广泛。PTT适合纯纺或与纤维素纤维及天然纤维、合成纤维复合,生产地毯、便衣、时装、内衣、运动衣、泳装及袜子。
在进一步说明,形状记忆纤维是指纤维第一次成型时,能记忆外界赋予的初始形状,定型后的纤维可以任意发生形变,并在较低的温度下将此形变固定下来(二次成型)或者是在外力的强迫下将此变形固定下来。当给于变形的纤维加热或水洗等外部刺激条件时,形状记忆纤维可回复原始形状,也就是说最终的产品具有对纤维最初形状记忆的功能。目前国内外纺织企业推出的各种形状记忆纤维:有高分子材料纤维、镍钛合金纤维等。高分子材料形状记忆纤维,其原理就是运用现代高分子物理学和高分子合成改性技术,对通用高分子材料进行分子组合和改性。如对聚乙烯、聚酯、聚异戊二烯、聚氨酯等高分子材料进行分子组合及分子结构调整,使它们同时具备塑料和橡胶的共性,在常温范围内具有塑料的性质,即硬性、形状稳定恢复性,同时在一定温度(所谓记忆温度)下具有橡胶的特性,主要表现为材料的可变形性和形状恢复性,也就是材料的记忆功能,即“记忆初始态———固定变形———恢复起始态”的循环。本发明提供一种防水的面料,具有手感舒适、光泽柔和、质地细腻柔软、悬垂好、抗污染、耐化学性、尺寸稳定、抗静电、抗紫外线的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种记忆丝面料,其特征在于:所述记忆丝面料是由经纱和纬纱编织而成面料主体,所述经纱是由弹性涤纶和塑料纤维混纺而成,所述纬纱是由形状记忆纤维和合金纤维混纺而成,所述经纱的密度为50D/36F,所述纬纱的密度为66D/72F,所述弹性涤纶占所述经纱的重量比为59%-64%,所述塑料纤维占所述经纱的重量比为36%-41%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的记忆丝面料,其特征在于:所述弹性涤纶占所述经纱的重量比为62%,所述塑料纤维占所述经纱的重量比为38%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的记忆丝面料,其特征在于:所述纬纱中形状记忆纤维和合金纤维的重量比例为2:1。
