Description

Product sampling inspection method, device and system
Product sampling inspection method, device and system
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to a product sampling inspection technology, in particular to a product sampling inspection method, device and system. Background
With the development of modern technology, manufacturers can produce products in batches by automatic production technology, so that quality verification of the products is very necessary. Because the number of products is large, if the quality inspection is carried out on each product, the inspection efficiency is low.
In the prior art, a sampling inspection method is generally adopted, which refers to that a part of individuals are extracted from a target population (or called a parent) as a sample, and an estimation judgment with certain reliability is made on the characteristics of the population according to obtained attribute data by observing certain attribute or certain attributes of the sample, so as to achieve the understanding of the population, such as whether the population is qualified or not. Among them, the most common sampling verification method is to sample with a fixed sampling number, that is, to sample a fixed number of products in each processing lot based on the assumption that the tested products are consistent.
However, in practice, the tested products are not consistent due to differences of material manufacturers, batches and the like, so that in the existing sampling technology, all the tested products adopting the materials of the same material manufacturer may not be sampled at all, and a fault product is difficult to be found accurately in time, so that the sampling inspection result is inaccurate. The risk material codes can be risk device codes, such as 8-bit 38130071, material manufacturer information is based on Data on a Product Data Management system (PDM), and if a material manufacturer corresponding to one risk material code in the Product risk reference information table is empty, the material manufacturer represents all material manufacturers of the materials corresponding to the risk code; the product code information may be, but is not limited to, a module code or a single board code, and if "product code information" to which a material is applied corresponding to a designated risk material code of a designated material manufacturer in the product risk reference information table is null, the product code information represents product codes of all products to which the material is applied corresponding to the risk material code of the material manufacturer (all products refer to all products in the reliability sampling list); the product line information is subject to the data on the PDM; the preset sampling data information is used for defining the sampling quantity of each batch, wherein when the reliability test is the temperature cycle test, the preset sampling data information can be preferably determined according to the sampling base number of the temperature cycle so as to improve the temperature cycle test efficiency. Optionally, since different manufacturers define different batches differently, in the embodiment of the present invention, batch information of different manufacturers is uniformly represented by adding batch judgment basis information to the product risk benchmark information, and optionally, the batch information may be represented in two forms, namely, a production date code (Datecode) and a goods batch number (Lot NO) (Lot NO is a refined batch), where the Datecode includes: datecode _ a (meaning each different Datecode as a batch), Datecode _ B-N (meaning N consecutive datecodes as a batch), Datecode _ C (meaning processed as a batch in one month), and Datecode _ D (meaning processed as a batch in one quarter); lot NO includes: lot NO _ A, Lot NO _ B-N, Lot NO _ C and Lot NO _ D, wherein the meaning of Lot N0_ A, Lot N0_ B-N, Lot N0_ C and Lot N0_ D is the same as that of Dat N0_ A, Lot N0_ B-N, Lot N0_ C and Lot N0_ D, respectivelyThe ecode _ A, Datecode _ B-N, Datecode _ C and Datecode _ D are similar, and the embodiment of the invention is not described herein again. Optionally, the product risk reference information may further include an execution policy, where the execution policy information defines a sampling mode and may be divided into strsategy _ A-N (meaning each sample from the previous N batches) and Stmtegy _ B (meaning each sample from the previous N batches).
In the embodiment of the invention, the CMES determines whether the product corresponding to the production bar code has the risk material or not by comparing the batch information of the product manufacturer, the material manufacturer and the batch information of the material manufacturer with the batch information table of the product risk material and the information in the product risk reference information table according to the material code of the product in the product production information.
Optionally, the CMES initially determines whether a product corresponding to the product barcode has a risk material according to the product barcode, at least one material code of the product in the product production information, at least one material manufacturer of a material corresponding to the material code, and corresponding information in at least one batch information of the material manufacturer and a batch information of the manufacturer of the product risk material;
and if the product corresponding to the product bar code is judged to have the risk material, the CMES compares the product bar code, at least one material code of the product in the product production information, at least one material manufacturer of the material corresponding to the material code, and at least one batch information of the material manufacturer with the corresponding information in the product risk reference information to determine whether the product corresponding to the product bar code has the risk material.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the CMES initially determines whether a product corresponding to the product barcode has a risk material according to the product barcode, the material code of the product in the product production information, the material manufacturer of the material corresponding to the material code, and the material batch information of the material manufacturer respectively, and the information corresponding to the manufacturer batch information of the product risk material, that is, only compares the product barcode, the risk material code, and the material batch information of the material manufacturer or the material manufacturer of the material corresponding to the risk material included in the manufacturer batch information of the product risk material, and if the manufacturer batch information of the product does not include the material batch information of the material manufacturer or the material manufacturer of the material corresponding to the risk material code, the CMES respectively compares the product barcode, the material code information of the product in the product production information, and the material batch information of the material manufacturer or the material manufacturer of the material corresponding to the risk material code included in the manufacturer batch information of the product risk material, and the material batch information of the product And comparing the product bar code and the risk material coding information in the manufacturer batch information of the product risk material, and initially judging that the product corresponding to the product bar code has the risk material when the product bar code and the material coding information of the product in the product production information are consistent with the product bar code and the risk material coding information in the manufacturer batch information of the product risk material.
And if the product corresponding to the product bar code is judged to have the risk material, the CMES compares the product bar code, the material code of the product in the product production information, the material manufacturer of the material corresponding to the material code, and the material batch information of the material manufacturer with the corresponding information in the product risk reference information to determine whether the product corresponding to the product bar code has the risk material. In the embodiment of the invention, the CMES compares the product bar code, the material code of the product in the product production information, the material manufacturer of the material corresponding to the material code, and the material batch information of the material manufacturer with the corresponding information in the product risk reference information table shown in table 2, and determines that the product corresponding to the product bar code has risk material when the material code of the product in the product production information, the material manufacturer of the material corresponding to the material code, and the product code corresponding to the product bar code (the product code of the product can be obtained according to the product bar code of a product) belong to the corresponding information in the product risk reference information table. If the material code of the product in the product production information is contained in the risk material code information in table 2 and the manufacturer corresponding to the material code of the product in the product production information is "empty", it is determined that there is a risk material in the product corresponding to the product barcode if the product code corresponding to the product barcode and the product line information to which the product code belongs respectively belong to the product code information to which the risk material is applied and the product line information to which the product code belongs in the product risk reference information table.
Step 203, if it is determined that the product corresponding to the product barcode has the risk material, the CMES determines whether to sample the product corresponding to the product barcode according to the product production information and the batch sampling information of risk manufacturers of the product risk material.
Optionally, the batch drawing and testing information of the risk manufacturers of the product risk materials includes: the method comprises the steps of risk material coding, at least one material manufacturer of a material corresponding to the risk material coding, at least one batch of the material manufacturer, at least one product code applied to the material corresponding to the risk material coding, and accumulated sampling quantity information corresponding to the product code.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the risk manufacturer batch test information of the product risk material is stored in a table form, and optionally, the risk manufacturer batch test information of the product risk material includes at least one risk material code. And table 3 is a batch drawing test information table of risk manufacturers of the product risk materials. As shown in table 3, the batch drawing test information of the risk manufacturers of the product risk materials includes: the risk material code, the material manufacturer and the material batch of the material corresponding to the risk material code, the product code to which the material corresponding to the risk material code is applied, and the accumulated sampling quantity information corresponding to the product code to which the material corresponding to the material code of the material batch of the material manufacturer is applied, optionally, the risk manufacturer batch sampling measurement information of the product risk material may further include information whether the sampling quantity of each batch meets the requirement.

Lot B2 as shown in table 3, the risk material code may be a risk component code, and one component code may correspond to multiple material lot information from multiple material manufacturers. In the embodiment of the invention, the CMES determines whether to sample and inspect the product corresponding to the product bar code by comparing the corresponding information in the batch sampling information of the risk manufacturer of the product risk material according to the material code of the product, the material manufacturer and the batch information of the material manufacturer in the product production information.
Optionally, the CMES compares, according to the product barcode, the at least one material code of the product in the product production information, and the at least one material factory information of the material corresponding to the material code with the corresponding information in the risk factory batch test information of the product risk material, to determine whether the material factory exists in the material factory information of the material corresponding to the material code in the risk factory batch test information of the product risk material;
if so, the CMES compares the product code, the at least one material code of the product in the product production information and the at least one material factory information of the material corresponding to the material code with the corresponding information in the risk factory batch test information of the product risk material to determine whether the product code corresponding to the product code exists in the product code information to which the material corresponding to the risk material code of the material factory is applied in the risk factory batch test information of the product risk material;
if so, the CMES compares at least one batch of information of the material manufacturer of the material corresponding to the risk material code in the product production information with corresponding information in the risk factory batch measuring information of the product risk material to determine whether the batch of information exists in the batch of information of the material manufacturer corresponding to the risk material code in the risk factory batch measuring information of the product risk material;
if so, the CMES compares the accumulated sampling quantity information corresponding to the product code applied by the risk material of the batch of the manufacturer in the batch sampling information of the risk manufacturer of the product risk material with the preset sampling quantity information corresponding to the product code applied by the risk material of the manufacturer in the product risk reference information to determine whether the accumulated sampling quantity meets the sampling requirement; if the accumulated sampling quantity is smaller than the preset sampling quantity, the CMES increases the accumulated sampling quantity by a preset value, and determines that the product corresponding to the product bar code corresponding to the product code needs to be subjected to sampling inspection.
In the embodiment of the invention, the CMES respectively compares the product bar code, the material code of the product in the product production information and the material manufacturer information of the material corresponding to the material code with corresponding information in the risk manufacturer batch test information of the product risk material, and when the material manufacturer information of the material corresponding to the material code in the risk manufacturer batch test information of the product risk material contains the material code of the product in the product production information and the material manufacturer of the material corresponding to the material code, the CMES determines that the material manufacturer exists in the material manufacturer information of the material corresponding to the material code in the risk manufacturer batch test information of the product risk material; otherwise, determining that the material manufacturer does not exist in the material manufacturer information of the material corresponding to the material code in the batch drawing test information of the risk manufacturers of the product risk materials.
Optionally, if the material manufacturer does not exist in the batch drawing test information of the risk manufacturers of the product risk materials, the CMES adds the material manufacturer to the material manufacturer information of the material corresponding to the material code in the batch drawing test information of the risk manufacturers of the product risk materials.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the material manufacturer does not exist in the batch pump test information of the risk manufacturer of the product risk material, the CMES adds the material manufacturer to the material manufacturer information of the material corresponding to the material code in the batch pump test information of the risk manufacturer of the product risk material, so that the CMES can compare the product production information with the batch pump test information of the risk manufacturer of the product risk material more intuitively.
Further, if it is determined that the material manufacturer exists in the material manufacturer information of the material corresponding to the material code in the batch measurement information of the risk manufacturers of the product risk materials, the CMES compares the product code corresponding to the product code, the material code of the product in the product production information, the material manufacturer information of the material corresponding to the material code, and the corresponding information in the batch measurement information of the risk manufacturers of the product risk materials to determine whether the product code corresponding to the product code exists in the product code information applied by the material corresponding to the risk material code of the material manufacturer in the batch measurement information of the risk manufacturers of the product risk materials. In the embodiment of the present invention, the CMES compares the product barcode, the material code of the product in the product production information, and the material manufacturer information of the material corresponding to the material code with the risk manufacturer batch test information table of the product risk material shown in table 3, and when the product code corresponding to the product barcode, the material code of the product in the product production information, and the material manufacturer information of the material corresponding to the material code belong to corresponding information in the risk manufacturer batch test information table of the product risk material, determines that the product code corresponding to the product barcode exists in the product code information to which the risk material code corresponding to the material manufacturer in the risk manufacturer batch test information of the product risk material is applied, and if the product code corresponding to the product barcode is product XI, product manufacturer information corresponding to the product code is product code, The material code of the product in the product production information is a device code 1, the material manufacturer of the material corresponding to the material code is a manufacturer 1, and the comparison with the table 3 shows that the product XI information applied by the device code 1 of the manufacturer 1 is consistent with the corresponding information in the risk manufacturer batch test information table of the product risk material; otherwise, determining that the product code corresponding to the product barcode does not exist in the risk manufacturer batch drawing test information of the product risk material, if the product code corresponding to the product barcode is product X3, the material code of the product in the product production information is device code 1, and the material manufacturer of the material corresponding to the material code is manufacturer 1, comparing with table 3, finding that the product X3 information to which the device code 1 of manufacturer 1 is applied does not belong to the corresponding information in the risk manufacturer batch drawing test information table of the product risk material.
Optionally, if it is determined that the product code corresponding to the product barcode does not exist in the risk manufacturer batch drawing test information of the product risk material, the CMES adds the product code to product code information to which the material corresponding to the risk material code of the material manufacturer is applied in the risk manufacturer batch drawing test information of the product risk material.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the product code corresponding to the product bar code does not exist in the risk manufacturer batch drawing test information of the product risk material, the CMES adds the product code to the product code information to which the risk material code of the material manufacturer is applied in the risk manufacturer batch drawing test information of the product risk material, so that the CMES can compare the product production information with the risk manufacturer batch drawing test information of the product risk material more intuitively.
Further, if it is determined that the product code corresponding to the product barcode exists in the batch measurement information of the risk manufacturers of the product risk materials, the CMES compares the batch information of the material manufacturers of the materials corresponding to the risk material code in the product production information with the corresponding information in the batch measurement information of the risk manufacturers of the product risk materials to determine whether the batch information exists in the batch information of the material manufacturers corresponding to the risk material code in the batch measurement information of the risk manufacturers of the product risk materials. In the embodiment of the present invention, the CMES compares the batch information of the material manufacturer of the material corresponding to the risk material code in the product production information with a risk manufacturer batch measurement information table of the product risk material shown in table 3, and determines that the batch information exists in the batch information of the material manufacturer corresponding to the risk material code in the risk manufacturer batch measurement information of the product risk material when the batch information of the material manufacturer of the material corresponding to the risk material code in the product production information belongs to the corresponding information in the risk manufacturer batch measurement information table of the product risk material; otherwise, determining that the batch information does not exist in the batch sampling and measuring information of the risk manufacturer of the product risk material.
Optionally, if it is determined that the batch information does not exist in the batch drawing test information of the risk manufacturer of the product risk material, the CMES adds the batch information to the batch information of the material manufacturer corresponding to the risk material code corresponding to the product code in the batch drawing test information of the risk manufacturer of the product risk material.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the batch information does not exist in the batch drawing test information of the risk manufacturers of the product risk materials, the CMES adds the batch information to the batch information of the material manufacturers corresponding to the risk material codes corresponding to the product codes in the batch drawing test information of the risk manufacturers of the product risk materials, so that the CMES can compare the product production information with the batch drawing test information of the risk manufacturers of the product risk materials more intuitively. Therefore, in actual use, the product codes, the material manufacturers and the batch information in the batch sampling and measuring information of the risk manufacturers of the product risk materials are continuously increased.
Further, if it is determined that the batch information exists in the risk manufacturer batch sampling information of the product risk material, the CMES compares the cumulative sampling quantity information corresponding to the product code to which the risk material of the manufacturer is applied in the risk manufacturer batch sampling information of the product risk material with the preset sampling quantity information corresponding to the product code to which the risk material of the manufacturer is applied in the product risk reference information to determine whether the cumulative sampling quantity meets the sampling requirement; if the accumulated sampling quantity is smaller than the preset sampling quantity, the CMES increases the accumulated sampling quantity by a preset value (optionally, the preset value can be a non-zero natural number), and determines that the product corresponding to the product bar code corresponding to the product code needs to be subjected to sampling inspection; otherwise, the sampling inspection quantity of the product corresponding to the product bar code corresponding to the product code applied to the batch of the risk material of the manufacturer is considered to meet the requirement, so that the product does not need to be sampled and inspected.
Optionally, after the CMES determines that a product corresponding to the product barcode needs to be subjected to sampling inspection, the method further includes:
the CMES transmits the determined result to a second functional test FT device through a production test center server, so that the second functional test FT device identifies that a product corresponding to the product bar code needs to be transmitted to a reliability tester according to the determined result, and the reliability tester performs reliability test on the product corresponding to the product bar code; wherein, the determination result is the result that the product corresponding to the product bar code needs to be sampled and checked.
In the embodiment of the invention, the CMES transmits the determination result of the product corresponding to the product bar code needing sampling inspection to a second functional test FT device through a production test center server, and the second functional test FT device identifies the product corresponding to the product bar code needing to be transmitted to a reliability tester according to the determination result, so that the reliability tester can carry out reliability test, such as temperature cycle test, vibration test or high temperature test, on the product corresponding to the product bar code.
Optionally, the product risk benchmark information may be predefined according to historical risk material information, and may also be dynamically adjusted according to a front-end testing procedure (FT testing procedure 1 and/or FT testing procedure 2) or a testing quality after a reliability testing procedure. Optionally, the manufacturer batch information of the product risk materials may be generated according to the product codes and the risk material code information in the product risk reference information, wherein the material manufacturers and the material batch information in the manufacturer batch information of the product risk materials may be obtained by inquiring the material manufacturers and the physical batch information corresponding to the risk material codes in the production information tracing system.
Optionally, the reliability testing procedure includes, but is not limited to: the method comprises a temperature cycle test procedure, a vibration test procedure, a long-term high-temperature test procedure, a long-term temperature cycle test procedure and a long-term damp-heat test procedure. The temperature cycling technology is a production reliability screening method for applying various external stresses such as temperature stress, electrical stress, service flow stress and the like to a tested single board, module or complete machine under the condition of high and low temperature cycling so as to accelerate the exposure of the excited potential early faults. The temperature cycle test is a more rigorous test project than the traditional production routine test, and the main difference is that the temperature cycle test requires testing whether a product can meet the design specification under the scenes of lowest temperature and highest temperature within the product design working temperature range.
In the embodiment of the invention, the CMES checks the production information of the product according to the product bar code information of the product; further, the CMES determines whether a product corresponding to the product bar code has risk materials according to the product production information, the manufacturer batch information of the product risk materials and the product risk reference information; if the fact that the product corresponding to the product bar code has the risk material is determined, the CMES determines whether sampling inspection is carried out on the product corresponding to the product bar code according to the product production information and the batch sampling inspection information of risk manufacturers of the product risk material, wherein the risk material can be a risk device, a processing auxiliary material, a processing line body or processing equipment, so that the sampling inspection can be carried out on the product based on the production information and the product risk material information of the product, therefore, test products adopting different batches of materials of different material manufacturers or test products adopting the risk material can be sampled in time, fault products can be found out in time accurately, and the sampling inspection result is more accurate.
