Abstract
本发明公开了一种铣刀加工用磨削液,由以下多种原料混合而成:1~2质量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,3.4质量份二乙醇胺,4.2质量份肌醇六磷酸酯,2.7质量份仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚,3.3质量份1,4-丁炔二醇,8.9质量份2-膦酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸,5.4质量份月桂酰氨乙基硫酸钠,2.7质量份单异丙醇胺,65质量份去离子水。本发明铣刀加工用磨削液,有较好的润滑、降温、防锈和清洗的效果,且使用周期长。

技术领域
本发明涉及铣刀加工用磨削液。
背景技术
在刀具进行磨削加工过程中,在对刀具进行砂轮磨削的时候,通常会使用磨削液。而传统的磨削液大多不易保存、使用周期短,且容易造成环境污染和人体伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铣刀加工用磨削液,有较好的润滑、降温、防锈和清洗的效果,且使用周期长。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种铣刀加工用磨削液,由以下多种原料混合而成:
1~2质量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,3.4质量份二乙醇胺,4.2质量份肌醇六磷酸酯,2.7质量份仲辛醇聚氧乙烯醚,3.3质量份1,4-丁炔二醇,8.9质量份2-膦酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸,5.4质量份月桂酰氨乙基硫酸钠,2.7质量份单异丙醇胺,65质量份去离子水。
优选的,铣刀加工用磨削液,由以下多种原料混合而成:

铣刀加工用磨削液,由以下多种原料混合而成:
