本发明公开了一种高速钢切口铣刀加工用磨削液,由以下多种原料混合而成:1~2质量份三聚磷酸钠,2.1质量份凡士林,1.8质量份硝酸钠,7.5质量份羟基乙叉二磷酸,6.8质量份氨基三甲叉膦酸,1.2质量份氯化锌,3.3质量份甲硫酸烷基三甲基铵,2.1质量份单异丙醇胺,59质量份去离子水。本发明高速钢切口铣刀加工用磨削液,有较好的润滑、降温、防锈和清洗的效果,且使用周期长。

技术领域
本发明涉及高速钢切口铣刀加工用磨削液。
背景技术
在刀具进行磨削加工过程中,在对刀具进行砂轮磨削的时候,通常会使用磨削液。而传统的磨削液大多不易保存、使用周期短,且容易造成环境污染和人体伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高速钢切口铣刀加工用磨削液,有较好的润滑、降温、防锈和清洗的效果,且使用周期长。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种高速钢切口铣刀加工用磨削液,由以下多种原料混合而成:
1~2质量份三聚磷酸钠,2.1质量份凡士林,1.8质量份硝酸钠,7.5质量份羟基乙叉二磷酸,6.8质量份氨基三甲叉膦酸,1.2质量份氯化锌,3.3质量份甲硫酸烷基三甲基铵,2.1质量份单异丙醇胺,59质量份去离子水。
优选的,高速钢切口铣刀加工用磨削液,由以下多种原料混合而成:
