本发明公开了一种薄片铣刀加工用磨削液,由以下多种原料混合而成:1~2质量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,3.5质量份丙酸钠,1.8质量份磷酸二氢钾,4.6质量份苯并三氮唑,1.9质量份硫酸锌,8.5质量份2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸,2.7质量份正丁基萘磺酸钠,3.4质量份蓖麻油,52质量份去离子水。本发明薄片铣刀加工用磨削液,有较好的润滑、降温、防锈和清洗的效果,且使用周期长。

技术领域
本发明涉及薄片铣刀加工用磨削液。
背景技术
在刀具进行磨削加工过程中,在对刀具进行砂轮磨削的时候,通常会使用磨削液。而传统的磨削液大多不易保存、使用周期短,且容易造成环境污染和人体伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种薄片铣刀加工用磨削液,有较好的润滑、降温、防锈和清洗的效果,且使用周期长。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种薄片铣刀加工用磨削液,由以下多种原料混合而成:
1~2质量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,3.5质量份丙酸钠,1.8质量份磷酸二氢钾,4.6质量份苯并三氮唑,1.9质量份硫酸锌,8.5质量份2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸,2.7质量份正丁基萘磺酸钠,3.4质量份蓖麻油,52质量份去离子水。
优选的,薄片铣刀加工用磨削液,由以下多种原料混合而成:
