技术领域
本发明涉及三面刃铣刀加工用磨削液。
背景技术
在刀具进行磨削加工过程中,在对刀具进行砂轮磨削的时候,通常会使用磨削液。而传统的磨削液大多不易保存、使用周期短,且容易造成环境污染和人体伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种三面刃铣刀加工用磨削液,有较好的润滑、降温、防锈和清洗的效果,且使用周期长。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种三面刃铣刀加工用磨削液,由以下多种原料混合而成:
1~2质量份羟乙基纤维素,6.5质量份肌醇六磷酸酯,2.8质量份钼酸钠,1.5质量份糠醛,9.6质量份N,N-双膦酰基甲基天冬氨酸,6.1质量份聚环氧琥珀酸,3.1质量份烷基芳基磺酸钠,2.5质量份蓖麻油酸,57质量份去离子水。
优选的,三面刃铣刀加工用磨削液,由以下多种原料混合而成:
