本发明提出了一种PU合成革用的布材及其制备方法,布材包括纱线层与起毛层,起毛层上面涂覆有PU浆料,按照重量份数计算,PU浆料包括以下组分组成:80~100份的湿法聚氨酯树脂,70~100份的有机溶剂,10~35份的填充料,6~12份的渗透剂。制备方法为:在布材的起毛层上面直接涂覆PU浆料,然后进入凝固槽进行凝固,再进行水洗,然后再经过压轮将水洗后的布材中的水分进行挤压,然后再进行烘干,再冷却收卷即可。该布材PU浆料渗透到起毛层,形成类似于真皮效果的丰满的填充,将原本软绵绵的布毛空隙填充,并且通过湿法工艺的原理,使填充层有大量的透气孔。

PU合成革用的布材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于PU合成革技术领域,具体涉及一种PU合成革用的布材及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯合成革一般由聚氨酯干法面层、聚氨酯湿法中层与布材三层结构组成。普通制造的合成革,表面纹理虽然类似真皮,但手感上,不像真皮那样有丰满、结实,带有点回弹力的手感。传统的PU合成革捏起来就好像捏棉花的柑橘,不够饱满充实。传统的合成革生产工艺里面布材经过挤压水洗后,在160~180℃的烫布轮,进行烫干,并控制布材的湿度,然后在布上涂覆PU浆料,进入凝固槽凝固,通过水洗将DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)洗脱,再经过压轮将产品的水分挤压,进入140~160℃的烘箱进行烘干,冷却收卷成本成品备用。经过水洗,涂覆后,半成品(即布材)的手感像一块硬纸板。这是因为布材经过布厂起毛后,布毛密度低,经过水洗,由于受辊轮压洗,将本来密度比较低的布毛压扁了,使布毛密度高了,布毛间的间隙小了。进一步,传统的水洗与烫平工艺导致PU浆料涂覆渗透率降低。水洗烫干原来是为了控制布材中的干湿度,一般布材经过这个步骤后,控制在40%的湿度的情况下,PU浆料的渗透率最好,渗透的厚度只有0.1毫米左右,再进一步烘干能耗增加,最高的渗透率只能达到0.15~0.2毫米。
发明内容
为解决现有合成革的回弹力手感差的问题,本发明提出一种PU合成革用的布材,该布材PU浆料渗透到起毛层,形成类似于真皮效果的丰满的填充,将原本软绵绵的布毛空隙填充,并且通过湿法工艺的原理,使填充层有大量的透气孔。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种PU合成革用的布材,所述布材包括纱线层与起毛层,所述起毛层上面涂覆有PU浆料,按照重量份数计算,所述PU浆料包括以下组分组成:80~100份的湿法聚氨酯树脂,70~100份的有机溶剂,10~35份的填充料,6~12份的渗透剂。
进一步,所述起毛层的厚度占所述布材的厚度的50%及其以上。
进一步,所述有机溶剂选自二甲基甲酰胺、乙酸乙酯以及乙酸丁酯的一种或者多种。
进一步,所述湿法聚氨酯树脂为分子量在10万~40万之间的溶剂型聚氨酯树脂。
进一步,所述填料选自碳酸钙、木质纤维素或者硅藻土,所述渗透剂选自聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷或者烷基改性有机硅氧烷。
进一步,所述聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷为聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷。
PU浆料的制备方法为:先称取80~100份的湿法聚氨酯树脂、70~100份的有机溶剂、10~35份的填充料与6~12份的渗透剂,然后混合均匀即可。
渗透剂主要是提高浆料的渗透速度,以及渗透均匀性。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种PU合成革用的布材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在布材的起毛层上面直接涂覆PU浆料,然后进入凝固槽进行凝固,再进行水洗,然后再经过压轮将水洗后的布材中的水分进行挤压,然后再进行烘干,再冷却收卷即可。
进一步,PU浆料根据生产线速控制在4000~10000CPS的粘度,并作随时调整涂覆厚度0.8~1.1mm。
本发明制备得到的PU合成革用的布材可以根据需要继续在纱线层通过传统湿法工艺再在纱线层涂覆普通的湿法层,也可以跳过这个步骤,进入下一步骤,对涂覆后的起毛层进行磨皮,使产品的背面美观平整。
将本发明制备得到的PU合成革用的布材进行普通的干法生产线进行干法贴面转移膜,即:
在离型纸上涂覆干法面层浆料,进入120~130℃烘箱进行烘干,再涂覆第二层的干法粘结层浆料,进入90~100℃烘箱,部分有机溶剂蒸发,然后使用贴合轮将PU面膜和上述半成品进行复合,生产出富有纹路、真皮手感的PU合成革产品。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的PU合成革用的布材,PU浆料渗透到起毛层,形成类似于真皮效果的丰满的填充,将原本软绵绵的布毛空隙填充,并且通过湿法工艺的原理,使填充层有大量的透气孔。
2、本发明的PU合成革用的布材制备省略了传统湿法工艺的洗布,以及通过烫轮控制布的干湿度的步骤,直接使用干布涂覆。这样具有两个比较好的效果,其一是布材的厚度不会受到烫平的影响,同样的布材厚度经过本发明处理与经过传统工艺的处理的较厚。其二是手感则饱满,柔软,不会出现传统工艺导致的手感像一块硬纸板。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种PU合成革用的布材,布材包括纱线层与起毛层,起毛层的厚度占布材的厚度的60%。起毛层上面涂覆有PU浆料,按照重量份数计算,PU浆料包括以下组分组成:80份的湿法聚氨酯树脂,100份的二甲基甲酰胺,10份的碳酸钙,12份的聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷。其中,所述湿法聚氨酯树脂为分子量为12万的溶剂型聚氨酯树脂;碳酸钙的细度为1000目。
PU浆料的配制方法:称取80份的湿法聚氨酯树脂、100份的二甲基甲酰胺、10份的碳酸钙与12份的聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷进行搅拌,粘度在4000±200CPS。
PU合成革用的布材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在布材的起毛层上面直接涂覆PU浆料,然后进入凝固槽进行凝固,再进行水洗,然后再经过压轮将水洗后的布材中的水分进行挤压,然后再进行烘干,再冷却收卷即可。
实施例2
一种PU合成革用的布材,布材包括纱线层与起毛层,起毛层的厚度占布材的厚度的55%。起毛层上面涂覆有PU浆料,按照重量份数计算,PU浆料包括以下组分组成:100份的湿法聚氨酯树脂,70份的二甲基甲酰胺,35份的木质纤维素,6份的聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷。其中,所述湿法聚氨酯树脂为分子量为20万的溶剂型聚氨酯树脂;木质纤维素的细度为1200目。
PU浆料的配制方法:称取100份的湿法聚氨酯树脂、70份的二甲基甲酰胺,35份的木质纤维素与6份的聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷进行搅拌,粘度在4000±200CPS。
PU合成革用的布材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在布材的起毛层上面直接涂覆PU浆料,然后进入凝固槽进行凝固,再进行水洗,然后再经过压轮将水洗后的布材中的水分进行挤压,然后再进行烘干,再冷却收卷即可。
实施例3
一种PU合成革用的布材,布材包括纱线层与起毛层,起毛层的厚度占布材的厚度的55%。起毛层上面涂覆有PU浆料,按照重量份数计算,PU浆料包括以下组分组成:90份的湿法聚氨酯树脂、80份的乙酸乙酯、20份的硅藻土与6份的烷基改性有机硅氧烷。其中,所述湿法聚氨酯树脂为分子量为40万的溶剂型聚氨酯树脂;硅藻土的细度为1200目。
PU浆料的配制方法:称取90份的湿法聚氨酯树脂、80份的乙酸乙酯、20份的硅藻土与6份的烷基改性有机硅氧烷进行搅拌,粘度在4000±200CPS。
PU合成革用的布材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在布材的起毛层上面直接涂覆PU浆料,然后进入凝固槽进行凝固,再进行水洗,然后再经过压轮将水洗后的布材中的水分进行挤压,然后再进行烘干,再冷却收卷即可。
实施例4
用实施例1-3制备得到的PU合成革用的布材来采用干法生产工艺制备合成革。
具体步骤为:在离型纸上涂覆干法面层浆料,进入120~130℃烘箱进行烘干,再涂覆第二层的干法粘结层浆料,进入90~100℃烘箱,部分有机溶剂蒸发,然后使用贴合轮将PU面膜和PU合成革用的布材进行复合,生产出富有纹路、真皮手感的PU合成革产品。
其中,聚氨酯干法面层浆料与干法粘结层浆料一样,具体配方参见表1。

2.根据权利要求1所述的PU合成革用的布材,其特征在于,所述起毛层的厚度占所述布材的厚度的50%及其以上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的PU合成革用的布材,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂选自二甲基甲酰胺、乙酸乙酯以及乙酸丁酯的一种或者多种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的PU合成革用的布材,其特征在于,所述湿法聚氨酯树脂为分子量在10万~40万之间的溶剂型聚氨酯树脂。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的PU合成革用的布材,其特征在于,所述填料选自碳酸钙、木质纤维素或者硅藻土,所述渗透剂选自聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷或者烷基改性有机硅氧烷。
6.根据权利要求5所述的PU合成革用的布材,其特征在于,所述聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷为聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷。
7.一种如权利要求1至6任意一项所述的PU合成革用的布材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
在布材的起毛层上面直接涂覆PU浆料,然后进入凝固槽进行凝固,再进行水洗,然后再经过压轮将水洗后的布材中的水分进行挤压,然后再进行烘干,再冷却收卷即可。
