本发明公开了一种薏仁暖胃润肠膏及其制备方法,由以下重量份的原料制成:薏仁150-160份、薏仁根茶汁16~17份、鲩鱼6~8份、番木瓜4~5份、高粱粉9~12份、卤鸭焦甜香精7~9份、银条菜6~9份、果糖8~9份、二色补血草1~2份、明日叶1~2份、枇杷花3~4份、苦菊茎叶粉6~8份、诸葛菜5~7份、海藻粉8~10份、无花果4~7份、高良姜汁7~8份、红豆6~8份、青瓜汁9~10份、助剂11~12份。本发明的茶膏中含有保胃健脾的薏仁根汁,还含有鲩鱼、高粱粉、苦菊茎叶粉等苦菊茎叶粉物料,其内含有的蛋白质,膳食纤维较高,有助于消化和胃润肠,另外本发明的茶膏组成物料中钙、磷、锌、铜、铁、锰等微量元素较全,营养丰富。

技术领域
本发明属于饮用食品技术领域,具体涉及种薏仁暖胃润肠膏,同时还涉及其制备方法。
背景技术
茶膏是将茶汁提取和浓缩,最大限度将这些茶叶的原有物质有效的溶解到茶汁在收敛成膏,是一种固态速溶茶。同传统的茶相比,成膏便携性好,且冲泡过程简单方便又卫生,对于野外工作者,出差旅行者更实用。
现有市场上的茶膏品种比较为单一,以薏仁为主料制作的茶膏还没有,因而茶膏的品饮价值和市场前景很广阔。
薏仁营养成份:蛋白质12.8%,脂肪3.3%,膳食纤维2%,碳水化合物69.1%,硫胺素0.22%,核黄素0.15%,尼克酸2%,维生素E2.08%,钠3.6%,钙42%,铁3.6%。蛋白质含量比米、面高,且含有人体所需的亮氨酸、精氨酸、酪氨酸等必需氨基酸及矿物质
薏仁被誉为“世界禾本科植物之王”,属于“小杂粮”,是一年生草本植物,又称薏米、六谷米等,拥有极高的营养价值和药用价值。薏仁在五谷类中属纤维质高、低脂、低热量之品,是减肥的最佳主食之一。薏仁含有丰富的蛋白质、油脂、维生素和糖类等,常做熬粥之用,有促进新陈代谢和减少胃肠负担的作用,是体弱患者的补品,对降血糖、降血脂、降血压有着独特作用。薏仁还是传统的美容佳品,具有润泽肌肤、美白、祛斑之效,经常食用或研粉外敷,能使皮肤光滑、滋润、白皙,还能消除粉刺、色斑、扁平疣等。据《本草纲目》记载:薏米能健脾益胃,补肺清热,祛风胜湿。大量临床实践还证明,薏米具有抑制胰蛋白酶和诱发***等作用。由于其极高的食药价值,薏仁有“天下第一米”之美誉。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种微量元素较全、营养丰富的薏仁暖胃润肠膏。
本发明的另一目的在于提供该薏仁暖胃润肠膏的制备方法。
本发明的一种薏仁暖胃润肠膏,按重量份计,由以下原料组成:
薏仁150-160份、薏仁根茶汁16~17份、鲩鱼6~8份、番木瓜4~5份、高粱粉9~12份、卤鸭焦甜香精7~9份、银条菜6~9份、果糖8~9份、二色补血草1~2份、明日叶1~2份、枇杷花3~4份、苦菊茎叶粉6~8份、诸葛菜5~7份、海藻粉8~10份、无花果4~7份、高良姜汁7~8份、红豆6~8份、青瓜汁9~10份、助剂11~12份。
本发明的一种薏仁暖胃润肠膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取:薏仁150-160份、薏仁根茶汁16~17份、鲩鱼6~8份、番木瓜4~5份、高粱粉9~12份、卤鸭焦甜香精7~9份、银条菜6~9份、果糖8~9份、二色补血草1~2份、明日叶1~2份、枇杷花3~4份、苦菊茎叶粉6~8份、诸葛菜5~7份、海藻粉8~10份、无花果4~7份、高良姜汁7~8份、红豆6~8份、青瓜汁9~10份、助剂11~12份;
(2)将二色补血草、明日叶、枇杷花加入2-3倍的水浸提,过滤得到中药过滤液;
(3)将鲩鱼和高良姜汁放入锅内用大火烧开,再用小火煨煮1-2小时,再加入银条菜,诸葛菜,无花果一起煎煮20-30分钟,过滤取汤汁,而后将汤汁与助剂搅拌调和成糊状;
(4)将薏仁与红豆混合碾成粉,在混入高粱粉、苦菊茎叶粉、海藻粉、果糖、番木瓜、卤鸭焦甜香精、青瓜汁一起放入到步骤1取得的中药过滤液内一起焖煮20-25分钟,煮熟后获得稠密度高粉糊;
(5)将步骤3的糊状物与步骤4的粉糊一起搅拌调和,再入模干燥成型。
上述的一种薏仁暖胃润肠膏,其中所述的助剂由以下重量份原料制成:
黑豆粉21~25份、青皮5~8份、葱末3~5份、南瓜叶3~5份、液体木糖醇4~6份、苹果酸4~7份、茯苓4~6份、青钱柳叶2~4份、番茄汁3~5份、黄金梢叶3~5份、马齿苋冻干粉10~12份、虾壳3~5份。
上述的一种薏仁暖胃润肠膏,其中所述的助剂的制备方法为:
(1)青皮去皮后混合茯苓、烤干的虾壳及葱末研磨得到研磨细粉;
(2)将青钱柳叶捣碎过滤得到嫩叶汁;
(3)将南瓜叶、黄金梢叶加入1.5??2倍的水水提过滤得到汁液,将汁液混合苹果酸、番茄汁、液体木糖醇及步骤2中的嫩叶汁一起搅拌煎煮10??25分钟得到浓缩汤汁;
(4)将步骤1的研磨细粉与黑豆粉、马齿苋冻干粉搅拌混合,再将步骤3中的浓缩汤汁混合到前述搅拌混合的粉末中调匀,调成糊状。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有明显有益效果,从以上技术方案可知:本发明茶膏内含有的薏仁根茶汁茶味甘美清香,营养丰富,风味独特,清热解毒,其不含茶碱,咖啡因,单宁等,不刺激神经,不影响睡眠,不污染茶具,污染牙齿。薏仁根茶的保健作用又比绿豆要综合,除了去火解暑外,还能保胃、健脾、利尿、助消化、治疗冠心病等。
苦菊是一种食用植物,菊科菊苣植物的一种,又名苦菜,狗牙生菜,有抗菌、解热、消炎、明目等作用。苦菊味略苦,颜色碧绿,可炒食或凉拌,是清热去火的美食佳品。因其味感甘中略带苦,且有清热解暑之功效,受到广泛的好评菊中含蛋白质,膳食纤维较高,钙、磷、锌、铜、铁、锰等微量元素较全,以及维生素B1、B2、C、胡萝卜素、烟酸等。此外,还含有腊醇、胆碱、酒石酸、苦味素等化学物质。苦菜中含有维生素C,胡萝卜素,分别是菠菜中含量的2.1和2.3倍。苦菜嫩叶中氨基酸种类齐全,且各种氨基酸之间比例适当。食用苦菜有助于促进人体内抗体的合成,增强机体免疫力,促进大脑机能。苦菜中含有丰富的胡萝卜素、维生素C以及钾盐、钙盐等,维持人体正常的生理活动,促进生长发育和消暑保健有较好的作用。
本发明的茶膏中含有保胃健脾的薏仁根茶汁,还含有鲩鱼、高粱粉、苦菊茎叶粉等苦菊茎叶粉物料,其内含有的蛋白质,膳食纤维较高,由助于消化和胃润肠,另外本发明的茶膏组成物料中钙、磷、锌、铜、铁、锰等微量元素较全,营养丰富。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
本发明的一种薏仁暖胃润肠膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取:薏仁150g、薏仁根茶汁17g、鲩鱼6g、番木瓜5g、高粱粉9g、卤鸭焦甜香精9g、银条菜6g、果糖9g、二色补血草1g、明日叶2g、枇杷花3g、苦菊茎叶粉8g、诸葛菜5g、海藻粉10g、无花果4g、高良姜汁8g、红豆6g、青瓜汁10g、助剂11g;
其中所述的助剂的制备方法为:
a、黑豆粉21g、青皮8g、葱末3g、南瓜叶5g、液体木糖醇4g、苹果酸7g、茯苓4g、青钱柳叶4g、番茄汁3g、黄金梢叶5g、马齿苋冻干粉10g、虾壳5g;
b、青皮去皮后混合茯苓、烤干的虾壳及葱末研磨得到研磨细粉;
c、将青钱柳叶捣碎过滤得到嫩叶汁;
d、将南瓜叶、黄金梢叶加入1.5倍的水水提过滤得到汁液,将汁液混合苹果酸、番茄汁、液体木糖醇及步骤c中的嫩叶汁一起搅拌煎煮25分钟得到浓缩汤汁;
e、将步骤b的研磨细粉与黑豆粉、马齿苋冻干粉搅拌混合,再将步骤d中的浓缩汤汁混合到前述搅拌混合的粉末中调匀,调成糊状。
(2)将二色补血草、明日叶、枇杷花加入2倍的水浸提,过滤得到中药过滤液;
(3)将鲩鱼和高良姜汁放入锅内用大火烧开,再用小火煨煮1小时,再加入银条菜,诸葛菜,无花果一起煎煮30分钟,过滤取汤汁,而后将汤汁与助剂搅拌调和成糊状;
(4)将薏仁与红豆混合碾成粉,在混入高粱粉、苦菊茎叶粉、海藻粉、果糖、番木瓜、卤鸭焦甜香精、青瓜汁一起放入到步骤1取得的中药过滤液内一起焖煮20分钟,煮熟后获得稠密度高粉糊;
(5)将步骤3的糊状物与步骤4的粉糊一起搅拌调和,再入模干燥成型。
实施例2:
本发明一种薏仁暖胃润肠膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取:薏仁155g、薏仁根茶汁16.5g、鲩鱼7g、番木瓜4.5g、高粱粉10.5、卤鸭焦甜香精8g、银条菜7.5g、果糖8.5g、二色补血草1.5g、明日叶1.5g、枇杷花3.5g、苦菊茎叶粉7g、诸葛菜5g、海藻粉9g、无花果5.5g、高良姜汁7.5g、红豆7g、青瓜汁9.5g、助剂11.5g;
其中所述的助剂的制备方法为:
a、黑豆粉23g、青皮7.5g、葱末3.5g、南瓜叶3.5g、液体木糖醇5g、苹果酸5.5g、茯苓5g、青钱柳叶3g、番茄汁4g、黄金梢叶4g、马齿苋冻干粉11g、虾壳4g;
b、青皮去皮后混合茯苓、烤干的虾壳及葱末研磨得到研磨细粉;
c、将青钱柳叶捣碎过滤得到嫩叶汁;
d、将南瓜叶、黄金梢叶加入1.8倍的水水提过滤得到汁液,将汁液混合苹果酸、番茄汁、液体木糖醇及步骤c中的嫩叶汁一起搅拌煎煮20分钟得到浓缩汤汁;
e、将步骤b的研磨细粉与黑豆粉、马齿苋冻干粉搅拌混合,再将步骤d中的浓缩汤汁混合到前述搅拌混合的粉末中调匀,调成糊状。
(2)将二色补血草、明日叶、枇杷花加入2.5倍的水浸提,过滤得到中药过滤液;
(3)将鲩鱼和高良姜汁放入锅内用大火烧开,再用小火煨煮1.5小时,再加入银条菜,诸葛菜,无花果一起煎煮25分钟,过滤取汤汁,而后将汤汁与助剂搅拌调和成糊状;
(4)将薏仁与红豆混合碾成粉,在混入高粱粉、苦菊茎叶粉、海藻粉、果糖、番木瓜、卤鸭焦甜香精、青瓜汁一起放入到步骤1取得的中药过滤液内一起焖煮22.5分钟,煮熟后获得稠密度高粉糊;
(5)将步骤3的糊状物与步骤4的粉糊一起搅拌调和,再入模干燥成型。
实施例3:
本发明一种薏仁暖胃润肠膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取:薏仁160g、薏仁根茶汁16g、鲩鱼8g、番木瓜4g、高粱粉12g、卤鸭焦甜香精7g、银条菜9g、果糖8g、二色补血草2g、明日叶1g、枇杷花4g、苦菊茎叶粉6g、诸葛菜7g、海藻粉8g、无花果7g、高良姜汁7g、红豆8g、青瓜汁9g、助剂12g;
其中所述的助剂的制备方法为:
a、黑豆粉25g、青皮5g、葱末5g、南瓜叶3g、液体木糖醇6g、苹果酸4g、茯苓6g、青钱柳叶2g、番茄汁5g、黄金梢叶3g、马齿苋冻干粉12g、虾壳3g;
b、青皮去皮后混合茯苓、烤干的虾壳及葱末研磨得到研磨细粉;
c、将青钱柳叶捣碎过滤得到嫩叶汁;
d、将南瓜叶、黄金梢叶加入2倍的水水提过滤得到汁液,将汁液混合苹果酸、番茄汁、液体木糖醇及步骤c中的嫩叶汁一起搅拌煎煮10分钟得到浓缩汤汁;
e、将步骤b的研磨细粉与黑豆粉、马齿苋冻干粉搅拌混合,再将步骤d中的浓缩汤汁混合到前述搅拌混合的粉末中调匀,调成糊状。
(2)将二色补血草、明日叶、枇杷花加入3倍的水浸提,过滤得到中药过滤液;
(3)将鲩鱼和高良姜汁放入锅内用大火烧开,再用小火煨煮2小时,再加入银条菜,诸葛菜,无花果一起煎煮20分钟,过滤取汤汁,而后将汤汁与助剂搅拌调和成糊状;

(5)将步骤3的糊状物与步骤4的粉糊一起搅拌调和,再入模干燥成型。

1.一种薏仁暖胃润肠膏,按重量份计,由以下原料组成:
薏仁150-160份、薏仁根茶汁16~17份、鲩鱼6~8份、番木瓜4~5份、高粱粉9~12份、卤鸭焦甜香精7~9份、银条菜6~9份、果糖8~9份、二色补血草1~2份、明日叶1~2份、枇杷花3~4份、苦菊茎叶粉6~8份、诸葛菜5~7份、海藻粉8~10份、无花果4~7份、高良姜汁7~8份、红豆6~8份、青瓜汁9~10份、助剂11~12份。
2.一种薏仁暖胃润肠膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份取:薏仁150-160份、薏仁根茶汁16~17份、鲩鱼6~8份、番木瓜4~5份、高粱粉9~12份、卤鸭焦甜香精7~9份、银条菜6~9份、果糖8~9份、二色补血草1~2份、明日叶1~2份、枇杷花3~4份、苦菊茎叶粉6~8份、诸葛菜5~7份、海藻粉8~10份、无花果4~7份、高良姜汁7~8份、红豆6~8份、青瓜汁9~10份、助剂11~12份;

3.如权利要求1或2所述的薏仁暖胃润肠膏,其特征在于:所述的助剂由以下重量份原料制成:
黑豆粉21~25份、青皮5~8份、葱末3~5份、南瓜叶3~5份、液体木糖醇4~6份、苹果酸4~7份、茯苓4~6份、青钱柳叶2~4份、番茄汁3~5份、黄金梢叶3~5份、马齿苋冻干粉10~12份、虾壳3~5份。
4.如权利要求3所述的薏仁暖胃润肠膏,其特征在于:所述的助剂的制备方法为:
(1)青皮去皮后混合茯苓、烤干的虾壳及葱末研磨得到研磨细粉;
(2)将青钱柳叶捣碎过滤得到嫩叶汁;
(3)将南瓜叶、黄金梢叶加入1.5??2倍的水水提过滤得到汁液,将汁液混合苹果酸、番茄汁、液体木糖醇及步骤2中的嫩叶汁一起搅拌煎煮10??25分钟得到浓缩汤汁;
(4)将步骤1的研磨细粉与黑豆粉、马齿苋冻干粉搅拌混合,再将步骤3中的浓缩汤汁混合到前述搅拌混合的粉末中调匀,调成糊状。
