现代人选择一些保健食品或功能食品都是为了强身健体。保健品的功能主要是改善人体血液循环,滋阴补肾,以达到降糖降脂降压、提高人体免疫力的作用。现在市面上出售的各种保健品、药品鱼龙混杂,大多数只是虚假宣传的噱头,有的不仅没有保健成分,还造成人身体的巨大伤害。而且中药保健品气味清苦,很多人不愿长期服用。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种有机养生蜂蜜及其制备方法,各组分在限定的用量范围内协同作用,所得产品酸甜爽口,可以助消化、增进食欲、解除疲劳和增强免疫力,具有软化血管和降血脂、血压的作用,既保留了原料的营养成分,同时提高了保健价值,保留了中药的功效。

(1)将西洋参、桑椹、黄芪、枸杞、石决明、丹参和山楂按照重量份进行混合并粉碎,之后过100~200目筛网得到中药混合物细粉备用;
(2)将中药混合物细粉与水以1:4的比例进行混合,武火煮沸后,文火煎煮2~3个小时,过滤,取得滤液备用;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的滤液与蜂蜜混合均匀,灭菌,得到本发明的有机养生蜂蜜。
蜂蜜:甘,平。归肺、脾、大肠经。补中,润燥,止痛,解毒;外用生肌敛疮。用于脘腹虚痛,肺燥干咳,肠燥便秘,解乌头类药毒;外治疮疡不敛,水火烫伤。
西洋参:甘、微苦,凉。归心、肺、肾经。补气养阴,清热生津。用于气虚阴亏,虚热烦倦,咳喘痰血,内热消渴,口燥咽干。
桑椹:甘、酸,寒。归心、肝、肾经。滋阴补血,生津润燥。用于肝肾阴虚,眩晕耳鸣,心悸失眠,须发早白,津伤口渴,内热消渴,肠燥便秘。
黄芪:甘,微温。归肺、脾经。补气升阳,固表止汗,利水消肿,生津养血,行滞通痹,托毒排脓,敛疮生肌。于气虚乏力,食少便溏,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,气虚水肿,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,半身不遂,痹痛麻木,痈疽难溃,久溃不敛。
枸杞:甘,平。归肝、肾经。滋补肝肾,益精明目。用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,阳痿遗精,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明。
石决明:咸,寒。归肝经。平肝潜阳,清肝明目。用于头痛眩晕,目赤翳障,视物昏花,青盲雀目。
丹参:苦,微寒。归心、肝经。活血祛瘀,通经止痛,清心除烦,凉血消痈。用于胸痹心痛,脘腹胁痛,癥瘕积聚,热痹疼痛,心烦不眠,***,痛经经闭,疮疡肿痛。
