本发明公开一种定位面可拆卸的叶片夹具,包括底盘,底盘上设置支座一、支座二,支座一和支座二分别安装于底盘同侧的上下两端;支座一上设置压板一,压板一通过销二设置在支座一上,压板一尾端通过销三与螺栓连接,螺栓与螺母一配合;定位齿块为定位面,定位齿块的一端形状与叶片形状吻合;定位齿块设置凸块,定位块设置位置相应的凹槽,凹槽的长度大于凸块的长度,定位齿块可在定位块凹槽内移动;定位块上还设置长槽,销四可在所述长槽内移动。本发明的有益效果为:采用定位面可拆卸叶片夹具进行榫头侧面工艺台、凹槽等表面铣削加工,很好解决了因定位基准与加工尺寸基准不一致,导致加工尺寸常常超差问题,提高了叶片加工合格率。

Description

一种定位面可拆卸的叶片夹具
技术领域
本发明属于机械加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种定位面可拆卸的叶片夹具。
背景技术
叶片榫头侧面工艺台、凹槽等表面铣削加工通常采用合金块定位。合金块是利用叶片上六个特定点定位浇注而成,合金块侧面定位槽与叶片榫头基准面仅有一个理论距离,由于受合金块浇注精度及六点定位精度限制,合金块侧面定位槽与叶片榫头定位基准面必定存在一定误差,而且合金块是一个叶片一浇注,每个叶片与合金块相对位置也不尽相同。叶片榫头侧面工艺台、凹槽等表面加工尺寸是相对于榫头基准面,而加工时是以合金块侧面定位槽定位,定位基准与加工尺寸基准不一致,导致加工尺寸常常超差,叶片加工合格率低。叶片夹具原设计方案如图3所示,是在定位块10上安装一个定位销22,利用合金块侧面定位槽限制叶片在夹具上沿Y轴方向自由度(叶片轴向自由度),合金块侧面定位槽与叶片榫头基准面仅有一个理论距离,合金块侧面定位槽与叶片榫头定位基准面必定存在一定误差,而且合金块是一个叶片一浇注,每个叶片与合金块相对位置也不尽相同。叶片榫头侧面工艺台、凹槽等表面加工尺寸是相对于榫头基准面,而加工时是以合金块定位,定位基准与加工尺寸基准不一致,导致加工尺寸常常超差。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种定位面可拆卸的叶片夹具,设计一种利用榫头定位,定位后将榫头定位块拆卸,并能保证重复定位精度的夹具,进行榫头侧面工艺台、凹槽等表面铣削加工,解决叶片加工合格率低问题。具体技术方案如下:
1.一种定位面可拆卸的叶片夹具,其特征在于:包括底盘,底盘上设置支座一、支座二,支座一和支座二分别安装于底盘同侧的上下两端;支座一上设置压板一,压板一通过销二设置在支座一上,压板一尾端通过销三与螺栓连接,螺栓与螺母一配合;
支座二上设置定位板,压板二通过螺栓螺母安装在支座二和定位块上,定位齿块通过销四和螺栓二安装在定位块上;压紧齿块通过活节螺栓和销一安装在定位齿块上,实现叶片在夹具中定位;
支板通过螺栓一安装在定位块上,压紧钉安装在支板上,通过螺母四锁紧;
定位齿块为定位面,定位齿块的一端形状与叶片形状吻合;定位齿块设置凸块,定位块设置位置相应的凹槽,凹槽的长度大于凸块的长度,定位齿块可在定位块凹槽内移动;定位块上还设置长槽,销四可在所述长槽内移动。
本发明的有益效果为:
采用定位面可拆卸叶片夹具进行榫头侧面工艺台、凹槽等表面铣削加工,很好解决了因定位基准与加工尺寸基准不一致,导致加工尺寸常常超差问题,提高了叶片加工合格率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
本发明是利用榫头齿形定位,用定位齿块20和压紧齿块21限制叶片在夹具上沿Y轴方向自由度(叶片轴向自由度),由于定位基准与加工尺寸基准一致,大大提高了加工精度。
如图1-图9所示,本发明包括底盘1,底盘1上设置支座一7、支座二9,支座一7和支座二9分别安装于底盘同侧的上下两端;支座一7上设置压板一2,压板一2通过销二4设置在支座一7上,压板一2尾端通过销三5与螺栓连接,螺栓与螺母一6配合;
支座二9上设置定位板10,压板二12通过螺栓螺母安装在支座二9和定位块10上,定位齿块20通过销四18和螺栓二19-安装在定位块10-上。压紧齿块21通过活节螺栓1和销一3安装在定位齿块20上,实现叶片在夹具中定位。
支板16通过螺栓一17安装在定位块10上,压紧钉15安装在支板16上,通过螺母四14锁紧。
定位齿块20为定位面,定位齿块20的一端形状与叶片形状吻合;定位齿块20设置凸块201,定位块10设置位置相应的凹槽101,凹槽101的长度大于凸块201的长度,定位齿块20可在定位块10凹槽内移动;定位块10上还设置长槽102,销四18可在所述长槽内移动。
定位面拆卸方法如图2所示,
定位面就是指夹具中的定位齿块20,拆卸定位面定位齿块20时,先拆卸螺母三13,卸下压紧齿块21,再拆卸螺栓二19,将定位齿块20在定位块10凹槽101内向右移动,然后让定位齿块20沿销四18旋转180°,并将螺栓19安装到另一螺纹孔中,锁紧拆卸后定位面定位齿块20。
重复定位精度保证方法
定位齿块20与定位块10凹槽101采用20H7/g6配合,用以保证重复定位时定位齿块20齿形与夹具Z轴方向重直度。
定位齿块20凸块201与定位块10限位槽采用3H7/g6配合,用以保证重复定位时20-定位齿块与夹具Y轴方向(叶片轴向)位置。
叶片安装方法
将带有合金块的叶片安装到定位块10上,叶片尾部从支板方孔16中穿过,使叶片合金块底面和侧面与定位块10靠紧,轻轻带紧螺母一6和螺母二11,使压板一2和压板二12轻压在叶片合金块上,此时叶片可沿夹具Y轴方向(叶片轴向方向)移动。安装定位齿块20,调整叶片在夹具中Y轴方向位置,定位齿块20的端头202与叶片榫头齿形贴合,拧紧螺栓二19,安装压紧具块21,拧紧螺母三13,固定叶片在夹具中Y轴方向位置。拧紧螺母一6和螺母二11,调节压紧钉15位置,使其顶紧叶片合金块,调节后锁紧螺母四14,固定压紧钉15位置,防止加工过程中压紧钉15松动。拆卸螺母三13,卸下压紧齿块21,拆卸螺栓二19,移动定位齿块20,旋转定位齿块180°,将螺栓二19安装到另一侧孔中,限制定位齿块20移开,叶片完成在夹具中的定位和夹紧。

1.一种定位面可拆卸的叶片夹具,其特征在于:包括底盘,底盘上设置支座一、支座二,支座一和支座二分别安装于底盘同侧的上下两端;支座一上设置压板一,压板一通过销二设置在支座一上,压板一尾端通过销三与螺栓连接,螺栓与螺母一配合;
支座二上设置定位板,压板二通过螺栓螺母安装在支座二和定位块上,定位齿块通过销四和螺栓二安装在定位块上;压紧齿块通过活节螺栓和销一安装在定位齿块上;
支板通过螺栓一安装在定位块上,压紧钉安装在支板上,通过螺母四锁紧;
定位齿块为定位面,定位齿块的一端形状与叶片形状吻合;定位齿块设置凸块,定位块设置位置相应的凹槽,凹槽的长度大于凸块的长度,定位齿块可在定位块凹槽内移动;定位块上还设置长槽,销四可在所述长槽内移动。
