Abstract
一种糖尿病营养餐冲剂,其特征在于它包括以下重量组份的原料:薏苡仁1-10份、燕麦粉30-100份、米粉10-30份、蛋白质粉1-15份、脱水蔬菜1-15份、精盐0.5-3份,降铜混合物2-8份,微量元素补充剂1-2份。本发明组成原料简单、价格低廉,在补充碳水化合物以及蛋白质的同时又加入了补锌制剂、补钙制剂以及降铜混合物,在排除体内多余铜元素的同时,又提高了体内的锌、钙的含量,对糖尿病起到了辅助治疗的作用。
Description
技术领域:
本发明属于复合食品领域,涉及一种保健兼有辅助治疗糖尿病的食疗营养餐冲剂。
背景技术:
糖尿病患者不易控制、不易治愈的特点,使糖尿病成为人类健康的三大杀手之一。糖尿病患者往往“三多一少”,为了降糖和避免患者血糖波动,临床上往往指导患者“少吃多餐”,这样更因营养不全而让患者陷入亚健康的恶性循环,还同时带来患者一天中的某一时段血糖因个体差异和膳食差异出现规律性波动。因此用低热、低糖甚至降糖和高营养的营养餐冲剂来替代一天中“血糖波动最大波峰值”的正餐而提供了可能。
临床上由于糖尿病对药物的终身依赖性和反复发作,使得糖尿病成为“不治之症”,即使患者在某一阶段在降糖针药的干预下血糖非常平稳,但只要停药很快就出现反弹。
最新临床研究中发现,这种现象往往与人体的微量元素失衡有关,糖尿病患者普遍存在高血铜、低钙低锌的症状。如果忽视微量元素的平衡就无法停止外部降糖针药的干预。但令人遗憾的是,由于铜是重金属元素不易为人体代谢,因此糖尿病患者的高血铜则又成为影响人体钙、锌吸收的重要障碍。因此单一降糖治疗而忽视微量元素的辅助调节治疗,是不科学的治疗方法。
发明内容:
本发明就是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种具有保健兼有糖尿病辅助治疗效果,可以降血铜、补锌、补钙,同时又具备低热量、低糖、高营养的糖尿病营养餐冲剂。
本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种糖尿病营养餐冲剂,其特征在于它包括以下重量组份的原料:薏苡仁1-10份、燕麦粉30-100份、米粉10-30份、蛋白质粉1-15份、脱水蔬菜1-15份、精盐0.5-3份,降铜混合物2-8份,微量元素补充剂1-2份。
在上述技术方案的基础上,还可以有以下进一步的技术方案:
所述的降铜混合物包括以下重量配比的原料:甘草50%、黄芪25%、葛根25%。
所述的微量元素补充剂含有以下重量配比的原料:锌硒宝占80%,维生素D补钙剂200%。
本发明的优选配方为:
一种糖尿病营养餐冲剂,其特征在于它是由下述低热、低糖、降糖和高营养的重量份配比的原料制成冲剂的基本成份:薏苡仁5份、燕麦粉60份、米粉20份、蛋白质粉5份、脱水蔬菜5份、精盐0.5份,降铜混合物4份,微量元素补充剂1份。
一种糖尿病营养餐冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于它包括以下具体步骤:
首先将薏苡仁、甘草、黄芪、葛根初步粉碎,而在后与燕麦粉、米粉混合进一步粉碎成30-60目细粉,在细粉中加水搅拌至粘稠状静至1-2个小时,再将粘稠状细粉转移至低温烘箱,使用45-90℃的温度烘烤6-12小时将其烤熟,而后将烤熟的所得与蛋白质粉、脱水蔬菜、精盐、微量元素补充剂混合一起粉碎至80-100目细粉,即为本发明的糖尿病营养餐冲剂。
在上述制备方法中还可以加入一定的木糖醇或食用精盐以提高本发明的口感。
本发明的各原料的详细说明如下:
薏苡仁:性凉,味甘、淡。归脾、胃、肺经。具有健脾渗湿,除痹止泻,清热排浓等功效。常用于水肿,脚气,小便不利,湿痹拘挛,脾虚泄泻,肺痈,肠痈;扁平疣等症。
燕麦粉:即燕麦磨成的粉。燕麦中的B族维生素、尼克酸、叶酸、泛酸都比较丰富,特别是维生素E,每100克燕麦粉中高达15毫克。此外燕麦粉中还含有谷类食粮中均缺少的皂甙(人参的主要成分)。蛋白质的氨基酸组成比较全面,人体必需的8种氨基酸含量的均居首位,尤其是含赖氨酸高达0.68克。
燕麦煮的粥富含镁和维生素B1,也含有磷、钾、铁、泛酸、铜和纤维,可以降低胆固醇,对脂肪肝、糖尿病、便秘等也有辅助疗效。未经烹制的燕麦麸富含镁、维生素B1、磷、钾,也含有铁、锌、叶酸、泛酸。燕麦片可以改善血液循环,促进伤口愈合。
米粉:即大米磨成的粉。中医认为大米味甘性平,具有补中益气、健脾养胃、益精强志、和五脏、通血脉、聪耳明目止烦、止渴、止泻的功效,称誉为“五谷之首”,是中国的主要粮食作物,约占粮食作物栽培面积的四分之一。
大米,入脾、胃、肺经,具有补中益气、滋阴润肺、健脾和胃、除烦渴的作用。古代养生家还倡导“晨起食粥”以生津液,因此,因肺阴亏虚所致的咳嗽、便秘患者可早晚用大米煮粥服用。经常喝点大米粥有助于津液的生发,可在一定程度上缓解皮肤干燥等不适。
蛋白质粉:采用提纯的缺乏甲硫氨酸的大豆蛋白、或酪蛋白、或乳清蛋白、或豌豆蛋白,或几种蛋白组合体。为人补充蛋白质。基本组成单位是氨基酸,与人体有关的氨基酸有20多种;氨基酸组成、数量以及多肽的空间结构不同,形成成千上万种蛋白质。
蛋白质是人体氮元素的主要来源,不但能提供消耗的部分能量,还能用来合成新的组织。可以提高糖尿病人的自身免疫力、减少血浆胆固醇。此外,肾病是一种常见的长期糖尿病并发症,20%多的糖尿病患者肾功能受损。大豆蛋白质通过降低血浆胆固醇含量,起到防止和减轻动物蛋白对肾脏的损害。
脱水蔬菜:脱水蔬菜又称复水菜,是将新鲜蔬菜经过洗涤、烘干等加工制作,脱去蔬菜中大部分水分后而制成的一种干菜。蔬菜原有色泽和营养成分基本保持不变。
精盐:盐是人们生活中所不可缺少的。成人体内所含钠离子的总量约为60g,其中80%存在于细胞外液,即在血浆和细胞间液中。
此外,食盐在维持神经和肌肉的正常兴奋性上也有作用。当细胞外液大量损失(如流血过多、出汗过多)或食物里缺乏食盐时,体内钠离子的含量减少,钾离子从细胞进入血液,会发生血液变浓、尿少、皮肤变黄等病症。
甘草:味甘,性平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。具有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药等功效。常用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性等症。
在《本经》记载“主五脏六府寒热邪气,坚筋骨,长肌肉,倍力,金疮肿,解毒。”在《别录》中记载:“温中下气,烦满短气,伤脏咳嗽,通经脉,利血气,解百药毒。”因此中药中认为它和中缓急,润肺,解毒,调和诸药。生用,有较强的代谢作用,可解药毒、食物中毒和重金属之毒。
黄芪:味甘,性温。归肺、脾经。具有补气固表,利尿托毒,排脓,敛疮生肌等功效。常用于气虚乏力,食少便溏,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,气虚水肿,痈疽难溃,久溃不敛,血虚痿黄,内热消渴;慢性肾炎蛋白尿,糖尿病等症。
黄芪有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。能消除实验性肾炎蛋白尿,增强心肌收缩力,调节血糖含量。黄芪不仅能扩张冠状动脉,改善心肌供血,提高免疫功能,而且能够延缓细胞衰老的进程。
葛根:味甘、辛,性凉。归脾、胃经。具有解肌退热,生津,透疹,升阳止泻等功效。常用于外感发热头痛、项背强痛,口渴,消渴,麻疹不透,热痢,泄泻;高血压颈项强痛等症。
现代医学研究表明:葛根中的异黄酮类化合物葛根素能使冠状血管血流量增加,血管阻力降低,对高血压、高血脂、高血糖和心脑血管疾病有一定疗效。
锌硒宝:锌硒宝系利用现代的生物工程合成的新型补锌产品,它与体内固有锌、硒等微量元素结合状态极为相似,因而具有易于被人体吸收利用及安全有效的特点,是纯属天然保健食品。
锌作为微量元素对胰岛素的合成、分泌贮存、活性以及能量代谢起着重要的作用,锌也是许多葡萄糖代谢酶的结构部分及脂质和蛋白代谢酶的辅助因子,锌缺乏损伤碳水化合物代谢、糖尿病人普遍缺锌;血清锌水平降低,尿锌***增加,造成味觉减退、免疫功能受损,实验发现,糖尿病患者的血糖与锌·负相关(即血糖越高,锌含量越少)。几种糖尿病并发症或合并症也与细胞锌依赖抗氧化物酶的降低有关。如:缺锌与糖尿病锌血管病死亡危险直接相关。糖尿病人补充锌,可使血糖和血胆固醇水平显著降低,血浆类胰岛素生成因子增加。
维生素D补钙剂:即维生素D补钙成药。在Ⅰ型糖尿病中,免疫***会杀灭人体自身的细胞。科学家认为,维生素D可起到免疫抑制剂的作用。此外,它也许能防止免疫***的过度反应等。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明组成原料简单、价格低廉,在补充碳水化合物以及蛋白质的同时又加入了补锌制剂、补钙制剂以及降铜混合物,在排除体内多余铜元素的同时,又提高了体内的锌、钙的含量,对糖尿病起到了辅助治疗的作用。

一种糖尿病营养餐冲剂,其特征在于它是由下述低热、低糖、降糖和高营养的重量份配比的原料制成冲剂的基本成份:薏苡仁5份、燕麦粉60份、米粉20份、蛋白质粉5份、脱水蔬菜5份、精盐0.5份,降铜混合物4份,微量元素补充剂1份。
一种糖尿病营养餐冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于它包括以下具体步骤:
首先将薏苡仁、甘草、黄芪、葛根初步粉碎,而在后与燕麦粉、米粉混合进一步粉碎成40目细粉,在细粉中加水搅拌至粘稠状静至1.5个小时,再将粘稠状细粉转移至低温烘箱,使用83℃的温度烘烤6小时将其烤熟,而后将烤熟的所得与蛋白质粉、脱水蔬菜、精盐、微量元素补充剂混合一起粉碎至100目细粉,即为本发明的糖尿病营养餐冲剂。
实施例2:
一种糖尿病营养餐冲剂,其特征在于它包括以下重量组份的原料:薏苡仁10份、燕麦粉80份、米粉10份、蛋白质粉13份、脱水蔬菜10份、精盐1.5份,降铜混合物8份,微量元素补充剂1.5份。
一种糖尿病营养餐冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于它包括以下具体步骤:
首先将薏苡仁、甘草、黄芪、葛根初步粉碎,而在后与燕麦粉、米粉混合进一步粉碎成30目细粉,在细粉中加水搅拌至粘稠状静至2个小时,再将粘稠状细粉转移至低温烘箱,使用48℃的温度烘烤12小时将其烤熟,而后将烤熟的所得与蛋白质粉、脱水蔬菜、精盐、微量元素补充剂混合一起粉碎至80目细粉,即为本发明的糖尿病营养餐冲剂。
实施例3:
一种糖尿病营养餐冲剂,其特征在于它包括以下重量组份的原料:薏苡仁8份、燕麦粉50份、米粉25份、蛋白质粉8份、脱水蔬菜10份、精盐1份,降铜混合物5份,微量元素补充剂2份。
一种糖尿病营养餐冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于它包括以下具体步骤:
首先将薏苡仁、甘草、黄芪、葛根初步粉碎,而在后与燕麦粉、米粉混合进一步粉碎成60目细粉,在细粉中加水搅拌至粘稠状静至1个小时,再将粘稠状细粉转移至低温烘箱,使用68℃的温度烘烤3小时将其烤熟,而后将烤熟的所得与蛋白质粉、脱水蔬菜、精盐、微量元素补充剂混合一起粉碎至80目细粉,即为本发明的糖尿病营养餐冲剂。

2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种糖尿病营养餐冲剂,其特征在于所述的降铜混合物,每份中包括以下重量配比的原料:甘草50%、黄芪25%、葛根25%。
3.根据权利要求2中所述的一种糖尿病营养餐冲剂,其特征在于所述的微量元素补充剂,每份中含有以下重量配比的原料:锌硒宝80%,维生素D补钙剂20%。
