Abstract

一种连续制备无溶剂开孔与闭孔聚酰亚胺泡沫的方法;现将一个或多个二酐溶于或悬浮于多元醇,形成前驱体A,各种助剂溶于多元醇中形成前驱体B,不同分子结构的芳香族异氰酸酯混合均匀形成前躯体C;然后将三种前驱体一步法混合发泡,固化后得性能优异的聚酰亚胺泡沫。方法中不使用不参加反应的挥发性溶剂,因而不存在除溶剂的过程,可以采用双面加热传送带法进行连续生产。反应产生并使体系发泡的主要气体为CO2,这样没有溶剂收回成本并降低环境污染。
