技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯树脂的制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法。
背景技术
当前国内人造革用树脂可以分为黄变型聚氨酯树脂和不黄变型聚氨酯树脂,黄变型聚氨酯树脂,只能用于对黄变性能要求不是十分严格的产品当中,如耐黄变要求级别较高时,则需使用脂肪族异氰酸酯聚氨酯树脂。但是,普通的不黄变聚氨酯树脂,国内大部分还是应用到民用产品当中,对汽车用的不黄变聚氨酯树脂进行研究开发比较少,现在国内还没有开发出可以适合汽车内饰用革的表层聚氨酯树脂。当前的不黄变聚氨酯树脂在耐黄变、耐磨、耐化学品、耐候性等性能,特别是耐化学品等性能上,很难满足汽车内饰的需求。
中国专利申请号201510443390.4公开了一种无溶剂聚氨酯汽车内饰革的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:(a)将水性聚氨酯分散体涂覆于离型纸表面,置于100~120℃,烘干得面层;(b)将聚氨酯发泡树脂的A组分与B组分混合后涂覆于所述面层表面,随后置于100~120℃烘1~5min,形成半干的发泡层;(c)在所述发泡层上贴合基布,再置于100~120℃熟化时间10~15小时,随后进行分离收卷即得可;所述聚氨酯发泡树脂的A组分按质量百分比,其各组分的含量为:聚碳酸酯二元醇90~95%,扩链剂1~6%,催化剂2~4%,稳定剂0.5~2.0%,消泡剂0.1~0.2%,无机填料0.5~5%;所述聚氨酯发泡树脂的B组分按质量百分比,其各组分的含量为:聚碳酸酯二元醇5.0~30%,聚四氢呋喃二元醇30.0~45%,脂肪族异氰酸酯39.8~50%。上述方法制得的聚氨酯汽车内饰革不含溶剂,较为环保,但不耐气候性,也不耐磨,且当聚碳酸酯二元醇与聚四氢呋喃二元醇配合时,其耐热、耐磨性能受到很大的影响,特别是耐磨性能大大减低,没有办法满足汽车内饰用革的高耐磨和耐热,以及耐候性的要求。
发明内容
因此,针对以上内容,本发明提供一种汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法,采用该方法制得的内饰革手感柔软、耐低温耐高温,在低温环境中不容易发生脆化而龟裂,具有高耐化学品性,高耐磨性。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法,包括以下处理步骤:将溶剂、聚碳酸酯二醇、有机硅多元醇、抗热氧化剂、扩链剂加入到反应釜中,升温至48~52℃,搅拌,待聚碳酸酯二醇溶解后加入不黄变异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀,接着缓慢升温至90~130℃,反应110~120min后加入催化剂,再反应120~125min,制得预聚体,检测反应体系的NCO值,当NCO值小于理论值时,再加入溶剂溶解上述预聚体,并降温至50℃以下,将稀释好的胺类扩链剂采用滴加的方式进行扩链增粘,当达到工艺粘度时,加入异丙醇进行封端,然后升温至80~83℃,搅拌混炼30~35min,冷却到50℃以下,出料,即制得面层树脂。
进一步的改进是:所述工艺粘度为12~14万cps/25℃。

通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法,制备过程简单易操控,包括以下处理步骤:将溶剂、聚碳酸酯二醇、有机硅多元醇、抗热氧化剂、扩链剂加入到反应釜中,升温至48~52℃,搅拌,待聚碳酸酯二醇溶解后加入不黄变异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀,接着缓慢升温至90~130℃,反应110~120min后加入催化剂,再反应120~125min,制得预聚体,检测反应体系的NCO值,当NCO值小于理论值时,再加入溶剂溶解上述预聚体,并降温至50℃以下,将稀释好的胺类扩链剂采用滴加的方式进行扩链增粘,当达到工艺粘度时,加入异丙醇进行封端,然后升温至80~83℃,搅拌混炼30~35min,冷却到50℃以下,出料,即制得面层树脂。通过添加上述各物质组分的搭配反应,制得的面层树脂在满足物理性能的同时,增加了其耐化学物品性和低温柔顺性,从而改善了该树脂在低温容易出现龟裂的现象,提高了汽车内饰革在低温时的耐曲折性,低温耐折可达-10℃×30000回无裂痕,-20℃低温冲击无龟裂,耐光≥4级×110MJ(氙气灯),耐候测试4~5级(70℃×95%湿度×200h)。

实施例一
一种汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法,包括以下处理步骤:在反应釜中加入聚碳酸酯二醇300g,乙二醇3.7g,分子量为2000左右的伯碳羟基硅油15g,1,4-丁二醇10.8g,抗热氧化剂1010(巴斯夫):0.5g,升温到50℃,搅拌,待聚碳酸酯二醇溶解,接着搅拌20分钟,然后加入4,4-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯159g,搅拌均匀,缓慢升温到110℃,并保持120min,然后加入催化剂M20(空气化学):0.1g,在105℃反应120min,制得预聚体,测试NCO值,当NCO值低于理论值时,加入甲苯200g和二甲基甲酰胺480g溶解预聚体并降温到50℃以下,用甲苯将4,4-二氨基-二环己基甲烷稀释3倍,采用恒压滴加装置往反应釜中滴加稀释后的4,4-二氨基-二环己基甲烷,当粘度达到工艺要求时,加入异丙醇200g,并升温到80℃,搅拌保温30分钟,加入有机硅相关助剂并搅拌30min,然后降温到50℃出料。
实施例二
一种汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法,包括以下处理步骤:在反应釜中加入聚碳酸酯二醇300g,有机硅多元醇9565(生产厂家:德国毕克):15g,1,4-丁二醇:10.8g,抗热氧化剂0.5g,升温到50℃,搅拌20min,待聚碳酸酯二醇溶解后,加入4,4-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯130.8g,搅拌均匀,接着缓慢升温至110℃,并保持120min,然后加入催化剂M20(美国空气化学):0.1g,在105℃反应120min,制得预聚体,测试NCO值,当NCO值低于理论值时,加入甲苯200g和二甲基甲酰胺480kg溶解预聚体并降温到50℃以下,用甲苯将4,4-二氨基-二环己基甲烷稀释3倍,采用恒压滴加装置往反应釜中滴加稀释后的4,4-二氨基-二环己基甲烷,当粘度达到工艺要求时,加入异丙醇,并升温到80℃,搅拌保温30分钟,加入有机硅相关助剂并搅拌30min,然后降温到50℃出料。

一种汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法,包括以下处理步骤:在反应釜中加入聚碳酸酯二醇300g,有机硅多元醇9565:15g,乙二醇10.8g,抗热氧化剂0.5g,升温到50℃,搅拌20min,待聚碳酸酯二醇溶解后加入己撑二乙氰酸酯100.3,搅拌均匀,接着缓慢升温至120℃,并保持120min,然后加入催化剂M20:0.1g,在105℃反应120min,制得预聚体,测试NCO值,当NCO值低于理论值时,加入甲苯:150g和二甲基甲酰胺370g溶解预聚体并降温到50℃以下,用甲苯将异弗尔酮二胺稀释5倍,采用恒压滴加装置往反应釜中滴加稀释后的异弗尔酮二胺,当粘度达到工艺要求时,加入异丙醇350g,并升温到80℃,搅拌保温30分钟,加入有机硅相关助剂并搅拌30min,然后降温到50℃出料。
上述实施例一到五所制备的样品,粘度控制在8~12万cps,固含量为30±1%,模量为统一6MPa,经打样测试,其耐磨可达5000转(CS-10×500g),低温耐折可达-10℃×30000回无裂痕,-20℃低温冲击不龟裂,耐光≥4级×110MJ(氙气灯),耐候测试4~5级(70℃×95%湿度×200h),完全可以满足汽车内饰的要求。

Claims (9)

1.一种汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下处理步骤:将溶剂、聚碳酸酯二醇、有机硅多元醇、抗热氧化剂、扩链剂加入到反应釜中,升温至48~52℃,搅拌,待聚碳酸酯二醇溶解后加入不黄变异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀,接着缓慢升温至90~130℃,反应110~120min后加入催化剂,再反应120~125min,制得预聚体,检测反应体系的NCO值,当NCO值小于理论值时,再加入溶剂溶解上述预聚体,并降温至50℃以下,将稀释好的胺类扩链剂采用滴加的方式进行扩链增粘,当达到工艺粘度时,加入异丙醇进行封端,然后升温至80~83℃,搅拌混炼30~35min,冷却到50℃以下,出料,即制得面层树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述工艺粘度为12~14万cps/25℃。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述有机硅多元醇为分子量为800~5000的伯碳羟基硅油或伯碳氨基硅油。
4.根据权利要求3所述的汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述有机硅多元醇为分子量为1000~3000的伯碳羟基硅油或伯碳氨基硅油。
5.根据权利要求4所述的汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述不黄变异氰酸酯为已撑二异氰酸酯、异弗尔酮二异氰酸酯、4,4-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的任意一种或两种以上以任意比混合的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述扩链剂为乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、乙二胺、己二胺、4,4-二氨基-二环己基甲烷、异弗尔酮二胺、小分子有机硅扩链剂中的任意一种或两种以上以任意比混合的混合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述溶剂为二甲基甲酰胺、甲苯、甲乙酮、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、异丙醇、异丁醇、1-甲氧基-2-丙醇中的任意一种或两种以上以任意比混合的混合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述面层树脂的100%模量为4~8MPa。
9.根据权利要求8所述的汽车内饰革用高耐候高耐磨聚氨酯面层树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述封端时采用封端剂进行封端,封端剂为异丙醇。
