本发明公开了一种具有理气解郁功效的茉莉花保健营养粉,由下述重量份配比的原料组成:茉莉花50-60,山楂30-50,小麦粉400-500,蛇舌草20-30,党参5-8,白芍10-12,柴胡5-8,半夏3-5,茯苓5-8,柠檬10-20,苹果30-50,金桔30-50,枸杞10-15,蜂蜜10-15,清水适量。本发明茉莉花保健营养粉,风味独特,口感好,营养全面,精选多种药食同源的原料加以熬制,制成一种风味独特且具有理气解郁功效的营养粉,不添加任何食品添加剂,老少咸宜;生产工序简单,制作方便,成本较低,能满足工业化生产的需求,便于携带和食用,开袋冲水即可食用。

本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体是涉及一种具有理气解郁功效的茉莉花保健营养粉。
背景技术
营养是人体不断从外界摄取食物,经过消化、吸收、代谢和利用食物中身体需要的物质来维持生命活动的全过程,它是一种全面的生理过程,而不是专指某一种营养成分。各种营养素在人们的体内都扮演着重要的角色,缺少了任何一种都会对人的身体产生严重的后果。但任何一种营养素也不是越多越好的,营养素的过剩也会引起人们身体各种各样的疾病。而合理营养由食物中摄取的各种营养素与身体对这些营养素的需要达到平衡,既不缺乏,也不过多。缺乏某些营养素会引起营养缺乏病,如缺钙引起的佝偻病,缺铁引起的贫血等等。某些营养素如脂肪和碳水化合物摄入过多又会导致肥胖症、糖尿病、心血管病等“富贵病”。营养缺乏和营养过剩引起的病态统称为营养不良,都是营养不合理的后果,对健康都是十分有害的。由于没有一种食物能供给人们身体所需的合理均衡营养素,所以在安排膳食时要尽量采用多样化的食物,根据各种食物中不同的营养成分恰当地调配全面满足身体对各种营养素的需要。营养粉是有各种营养材料制成的混合粉,是目前较为流行的营养补充品。
现代社会随着生活压力的增加,现代人的身体大多处于亚健康的状态,且身活节奏逐渐加快,人们很难有时间坚持服药调理身体,且药物口感不佳还有一定的副作用。通过中药和食物有机地结合起来进行食疗,不仅方便快捷,还有调理身体的保健作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有理气解郁功效的茉莉花保健营养粉,其理气解郁效果明显,风味独特,口感好,适合普通大众人群食用。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种具有理气解郁功效的茉莉花保健营养粉,由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
茉莉花50-60,山楂30-50,小麦粉400-500,蛇舌草20-30,党参5-8,白芍10-12,柴胡5-8,半夏3-5,茯苓5-8,柠檬10-20,苹果30-50,金桔30-50,枸杞10-15,蜂蜜10-15,清水适量。
上述具有健脾消脂功效的减肥果保健营养粉,优选地,由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
茉莉花55,山楂40,小麦粉450,蛇舌草25,党参7,白芍11,柴胡6,半夏4,茯苓7,柠檬15,苹果40,金桔40,枸杞12,蜂蜜12,清水适量。
上述茉莉花保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将党参、柴胡和茯苓洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润20-30min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
2、将新鲜山楂、柠檬、苹果、金桔和枸杞去皮去核洗净,一起混合与4-5倍清水打浆,小火煮沸30-40min,冷却后加入浆重1-2%的果浆酶,在30-35℃下酶解3-4h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;
3、将茉莉花、蛇舌草、白芍和半夏洗净混合切碎,加入8-10倍的清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火煎煮30-40min,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药粉,备用;
4、将步骤1、2、3制得的粉末与小麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌包装,制得成品。
上述原料均为市售产品。
配方中的茉莉花含有丰富的茶多酚、维生素、氨基酸和多种微量元素,具有理气解郁、清肝明目、生津止渴、祛痰治痢、通便利水、祛风解表、抗癌抗衰老的功效。
蛇舌草含有全草含三萜类成分熊果酸,齐墩果酸、甾醇类成分β一谷甾醇及其葡萄糖甙、豆甾醇;对羟基桂皮酸、三十一烷等物质,具有理气解郁、清热解毒,消痈散结,利尿除湿的功效。
山楂含糖类、蛋白质、维生素C、胡萝卜素、苹果酸、构橼酸、钙和铁等物质,具有降血脂、血压的作用。
柠檬富含维生素C、糖类、钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、维生素B2、奎宁酸、柠檬酸、高量钾元素和低量钠元素等,具有能生津止渴,清热解暑,和胃降逆,化痰止咳的作用。
枸杞含有丰富的天然胡萝卜素、维生素C、枸杞蛋白多糖、甜菜碱、亚油酸以及铁、磷、钙等营养成分,有补虚安神、明目祛风、滋肾润肺以及护肝抗肿瘤等作用。
小麦富含淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质、钙、铁、硫胺素、核黄素、烟酸、维生素A及维生素C等。具有益气,除热,止汗的功效。可治心神不宁,失眠等症。
党参、白芍、柴胡、半夏、茯苓、苹果和金桔均含有各种人体所需营养物质,且都具有健脾消脂的功效。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明茉莉花保健营养粉,风味独特,口感好,营养全面,且不添加任何食品添加剂,老少咸宜;
(2)该产品精选多种药食同源的原料加以熬制,各原料之间相互作用,协同发挥各自在食材和药材上的作用,制成一种风味独特、口感好、营养全面、保健功效好且具有理气解郁功效的养生粉;
(3)生产工序简单,制作方便,成本较低,能满足工业化生产的需求。
(4)便于携带和食用,开袋冲水即可食用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
一种具有理气解郁功效的茉莉花保健营养粉,由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
茉莉花50g,山楂30g,小麦粉400g,蛇舌草20g,党参5g,白芍10g,柴胡5g,半夏3g,茯苓5g,柠檬10g,苹果30g,金桔30g,枸杞10g,蜂蜜10g,清水适量。
上述茉莉花保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将党参、柴胡和茯苓洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润20min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
2、将新鲜山楂、柠檬、苹果、金桔和枸杞去皮去核洗净,一起混合与4倍清水打浆,小火煮沸30min,冷却后加入浆重1%的果浆酶,在30℃下酶解3h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;
3、将茉莉花、蛇舌草、白芍和半夏洗净混合切碎,加入8倍的清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火煎煮30min,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药粉,备用;
4、将步骤1、2、3制得的粉末与小麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至100目细度,灭菌包装,制得成品。
食用时,打开包装用热水冲泡即可食用。
对本实施例所得茉莉花保健营养粉进行口味评分试验,经过20人感官评价,有15人表示喜欢本实施例的味道,有3人表示不喜欢本实施例的味道,其余2人表示本实施例味道一般。可见,大众对本实施例口感与味道接受程度较高。
实施例2
一种具有理气解郁功效的茉莉花保健营养粉,由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
茉莉花55g,山楂40g,小麦粉450g,蛇舌草25g,党参7g,白芍11g,柴胡6g,半夏4g,茯苓7g,柠檬15g,苹果40g,金桔40g,枸杞12g,蜂蜜12g,清水适量。
上述茉莉花保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将党参、柴胡和茯苓洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润25min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
2、将新鲜山楂、柠檬、苹果、金桔和枸杞去皮去核洗净,一起混合与4.5倍清水打浆,小火煮沸35min,冷却后加入浆重1.5%的果浆酶,在32℃下酶解3.5h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;
3、将茉莉花、蛇舌草、白芍和半夏洗净混合切碎,加入9倍的清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火煎煮35min,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药粉,备用;
4、将步骤1、2、3制得的粉末与小麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至100目细度,灭菌包装,制得成品。
食用时,打开包装用热水冲泡即可食用。
对本实施例所得茉莉花营养粉进行口味评分试验,经过30人感官评价,有26人表示喜欢本实施例的味道,有1人表示不喜欢本实施例的味道,其余3人表示本实施例味道一般。可见,大众对本实施例口感与味道接受程度较高。
实施例3
一种具有理气解郁功效的茉莉花保健营养粉,由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
茉莉花60g,山楂50g,小麦粉500g,蛇舌草30g,党参8g,白芍12g,柴胡8g,半夏5g,茯苓8g,柠檬20g,苹果50g,金桔50g,枸杞15g,蜂蜜15g,清水适量。
上述茉莉花保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将党参、柴胡和茯苓洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润28min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
2、将新鲜山楂、柠檬、苹果、金桔和枸杞去皮去核洗净,一起混合与5倍清水打浆,小火煮沸38min,冷却后加入浆重2%的果浆酶,在34℃下酶解4h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;
3、将茉莉花、蛇舌草、白芍和半夏洗净混合切碎,加入10倍的清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火煎煮38min,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药粉,备用;
4、将步骤1、2、3制得的粉末与小麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至110目细度,灭菌包装,制得成品。
食用时,打开包装用热水冲泡即可食用。
对本实施例所得茉莉花保健营养粉进行口味评分试验,经过40人感官评价,有35人表示喜欢本实施例的味道,有3人表示不喜欢本实施例的味道,其余2人表示本实施例味道一般。可见,大众对本实施例口感与味道接受程度较高。
实施例4
一种具有理气解郁功效的茉莉花保健营养粉,由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
茉莉花60g,山楂50g,小麦粉500g,蛇舌草30g,党参8g,白芍12g,柴胡8g,半夏5g,茯苓8g,柠檬20g,苹果50g,金桔50g,枸杞15g,蜂蜜15g,清水适量。
上述茉莉花保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将党参、柴胡和茯苓洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润30min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
2、将新鲜山楂、柠檬、苹果、金桔和枸杞去皮去核洗净,一起混合与5倍清水打浆,小火煮沸40min,冷却后加入浆重2%的果浆酶,在35℃下酶解4h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;

对本实施例所得茉莉花保健营养粉进行口味评分试验,经过50人感官评价,有47人表示喜欢本实施例的味道,有1人表示不喜欢本实施例的味道,其余2人表示本实施例味道一般。可见,大众对本实施例口感与味道接受程度较高。
Claims (2)
1.一种具有理气解郁功效的茉莉花保健营养粉,其特征是:由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
茉莉花50-60,山楂30-50,小麦粉400-500,蛇舌草20-30,党参5-8,白芍10-12,柴胡5-8,半夏3-5,茯苓5-8,柠檬10-20,苹果30-50,金桔30-50,枸杞10-15,蜂蜜10-15,清水适量;
上述茉莉花保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将党参、柴胡和茯苓洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润20-30min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
(2)将新鲜山楂、柠檬、苹果、金桔和枸杞去皮去核洗净,一起混合与4-5倍清水打浆,小火煮沸30-40min,冷却后加入浆重1-2%的果浆酶,在30-35℃下酶解3-4h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;
(3)将茉莉花、蛇舌草、白芍和半夏洗净混合切碎,加入8-10倍的清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火煎煮30-40min,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药粉,备用;
(4)将步骤1、2、3制得的粉末与小麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌包装,制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有健脾消脂功效的减肥果保健营养粉,其特征是:由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
茉莉花55,山楂40,小麦粉450,蛇舌草25,党参7,白芍11,柴胡6,半夏4,茯苓7,柠檬15,苹果40,金桔40,枸杞12,蜂蜜12,清水适量。
