Abstract

一种多彩网釉陶瓷工艺品,是先用高温釉制成开片,纹线再用另种颜色高温釉涂上,而纹线用高温釉的熔化温度略高于开片釉的熔化温度5~10℃,入窑在开片高温釉的熔化温度下烧制而成。这种多彩网釉似一张色网逼真地罩在不同颜色的陶瓷品之上。

多彩网釉陶瓷工艺品及其制法
本发明属于陶瓷工艺品及其制法,特别是多彩网釉的陶瓷工艺品及其制法。
带有网状花纹的陶瓷较少,其中多以彩绘烧制而成。我国宋代浙江哥窑烧制而成的开片陶瓷器皿表面裂纹(如冰裂纹、鱼子纹、蟹爪纹),俗称金丝铁线,似有不规则的网络效果,但不具有清晰网状结构,特别是其色彩单调。CN94100767.7所提供的技术则可制成各种颜色的开片工艺陶瓷,并具有凹下或凸出之立体感的工艺品,也不具有网状结构。CN94100766.9所述的平面网釉是利用开片技术,先后用高、中温釉制成开片,而纹线用中温釉烧成车面彩色网釉陶瓷品。这种网釉犹如一件精美陶瓷工艺品用一张不同颜色的网罩住。然而这网纹路均匀,如画上一般,而没有“活”的效果。
本发明的目的是用一种新的烧制工艺,烧制成具有“活”网的彩色网釉陶瓷工艺品。
本发明实现的原理是:均用流动高温釉作为开片釉和纹线釉,但熔化温度不同,纹线用釉比开片用釉略高(5~10℃),在烧制时开片釉流动带动网线流动,由于其流动温度高在流动时网线不乱而达到网“活”的效果。具体做法是:在陶坯上挂一层高温色釉,厚度为0.5~1.0mm,入窑在1300±5℃下烧制4~6h,降温至100℃出窑,出现开片裂纹,在纹线处用另一颜色高温釉涂上,其熔化温度略高于开片的高温釉5~10℃,然后再入窑,在1300±5℃下烧制度2~4h,冷却出窑而成。由于开片釉的流动,且周围流动的不均匀性,影响纹线--网线的不均匀流动,所以陶瓷品表面的网为不均匀态,有密有疏,特别是在陶瓷品的下沿网边看似堆地一起,整个陶瓷品犹如用一张色网真实地罩在其上,起到了“活”网的效果。这种烧制工艺可以任意调配和使用不同的色釉,因而可以烧成前所未有、异常精美的各种多彩的活网釉来。
本发明与背景技术相比具有的特点是:(1)这种活网釉的陶瓷工艺品是创新的,不仅历史上未曾有过,且与现代网釉比具有“活”的特点,有更逼真、更精美的效果。(2)利用开片釉和纹线釉流动温度的差距烧制的工艺是十分有效和奇特的。
                 实例一
陶坯上涂以黑色高温釉(熔化温度1300℃),厚度0.5~1.0mm,入窑在1300±5℃烧制4h,降温在100℃开窑,陶瓷品表面出现裂纹,在裂纹处涂上白色高温釉(熔化温度1310℃),再入窑烧制2h,降至室温得黑底白网釉制品。可见网线随开片作不均匀流动状态,网有疏有密,且最下端网似大于陶瓷品,其边缘处出现摞在一起的形状。
                 实例二
方法如实例1,不同处开片釉用白色高温釉(熔化温度1290℃),纹线用红色高温釉(熔化温度1300℃),烧制出白底红网的活网釉。

Claims (2)

1、一种网釉陶瓷工艺品,其特征为多彩网釉,是通过先用一种颜色的流动高温釉使陶瓷品表面烧制成开片,然后用熔化温度高于开片釉的另一颜色流动高温釉作纹线釉,在开片釉流动的温度下再次烧制的方法而制成,其结构为:陶瓷器皿表面由开片与不同颜色的网纹线组成,由于开片釉在烧制时的流动,其网纹线呈不均匀状,有疏有密,且在器皿下沿有网纹线堆积起来,使整个网纹呈现“活网效果”。
2、一种网釉陶瓷工艺的制法,其特征为用流动高温釉作为开片釉和纹线釉,其工艺为:在陶坯上挂一层高温色釉,厚度为0.5~1.0mm,入窑在1300+5℃下烧制4~6h,降温至100℃出窑,陶瓷表面出现开片裂纹,纹线处用另一颜色高温釉涂上,其熔化温度高于开片高温釉5~10℃,再入窑于1300+5℃烧制2~4h,冷却至室温而成。
