Description

本发明涉及一种用金属薄板制成的离心泵外壳,它包括一个安置在该外壳内的叶轮以限定一个位于叶轮与外壳之间的环形间隙,该外壳有一个位于环形间隙的周边上并通向一个出口管的出口。
用金属薄板制成的离心泵外壳有极大的强度,并根据所用的材料,对所泵的多种类介质都具有优良的抗蚀力。但这种用金属薄板制成的外壳的一个缺点就是对于泵液中磨损组分的抵抗力非常低。当遭受磨损组分作用时,薄壁的金属薄板外壳比较厚实的铸件外壳更容易损坏。
因此,本发明的一个目的是对上面所述薄板型的泵壳提供一种设计方案,这种设计可以使这种泵壳用于含磨损组分的泵液时,其工作寿命相同于铸件泵壳的工作寿命。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,即,在出口的上游和下游边各配置至少一个伸入环形间隙的凸出部分,所述的至少一个凸出部分与流向垂直设置。经测定,遭受磨损特别严重的位置是从环形间隙向外排出的地点,在该处液流进入出口管的方向改变。根据本发明的设计,在效率基本上不变的情况下,出口附近的液流或多或少地偏向于外壳的中心位置,然后通过出口管,对出口部分没有损害。布置在出口端缘上的凸出部分一般起着引导泵液流入出口管的作用,同时也作为一个抗磨损件,很好地保护薄的壳壁不受损伤。
根据本发明的一种可能形式,凸出部分的长度等同于环形间隙的宽度。根据所用出口的形式和环形间隙与出口之间的宽度比率,凸出部分可以沿着整个长度延伸或者也可以以分段或分组的形式设置。凸出部分使磨损组分不接触出口边界区域自由流入出口管。
凸出部分可以由***环形间隙并固定在该间隙中的部件组成,也可以由伸向环形间隙的凸起结构组成。在外壳凸起结构的外侧可以配置罩盖。在凸出部分是由外壳金属薄板凸起制成的情况中,在外面布置的凸出部分的罩盖的作用是如果该处发生磨损则在这一位置处的外壳将不致有泄漏出现。
凸出部分的高度与环形间隙的直径的比率采用0.01至0.04之间范围内的比率有很好的保护作用,几乎不会降低效率,或者仅有一个容许的降低。
布置在出口下游边缘上的凸出部分也可以伸入出口,和与其相连的出口管中。在这个位置也可以称为突出处,凸出部分作为对抗磨损粒子撞击的保护装置。
根据本发明的另一种可能的形式,许多个凸出部分围绕环形间隙的圆周边设置。虽然这种布置对环形间隙提供了非常有效的保护形式,但其工作效率有明显的下降。
附图中表示了本发明的一个实施例。在用金属薄板制成的泵外壳1中配置有一个叶轮2,在叶轮和泵壳周边之间形成一个环形间隙。被泵的介质离开叶轮并在这个环形间隙中作环形流动。介质离开环形间隙3后经由在泵壳圆周边上的一个出口4流入一根出口管5中。借助于出口管,泵壳连接至一个管道***。
根据液流的方向,出口4的前缘6和后缘7配置有垂直于液流方向的凸出部分8和9。这些凸出部分保证被泵的介质中任何磨损粒子,当介质离开环形间隙时,不会损伤出口4和出口管5限定的外壳部分。在这种情况中,所含固体粒子的大小等于通常泵制造商用纯水所规定的额定数值。
在所示的设计中,凸出部分9的结构伸入出口4和与其相连的出口管5。这样,所谓的外壳突出部10被保护不受磨损粒子的直接撞击。凸出部分的高度H与外壳1的内径D是有关连的,凸出部分8和9的高度越小,对于泵的工作效率的影响就越小。

Claims (8)

1、一种用金属薄板制成的离心泵外壳,它包括一个安置在所述外壳内的叶轮,以限定一个位于叶轮与外壳之间的环形间隙,所述外壳有一个位于环形间隙周边上的出口并通向一个出口管,其特征在于:在出口(4)的前缘和后缘(6和7)配置有至少一个伸入环形间隙(3)的凸出部分(8和9),所述至少一个凸出部分(8和9)垂直于介质的流动方向延伸。
2、如权利要求1所述的离心泵外壳,其特征在于:凸出部分(8和9)的长度等于环形间隙的宽度。
3、如权利要求1所述的离心泵外壳,其特征在于:凸出部分(8和9)由***环形间隙(3)并固定在所述间隙中的部件组成。
4、如权利要求1和权利要求2所述的离心泵外壳,其特征在于:凸出部分(8和9)由伸入环形间隙(3)的凸起结构组成。
5、如权利要求4所述的离心泵外壳,其特征在于:在外壳外侧凸起结构处配置在罩盖。
6、如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的离心泵外壳,其特征在于:凸出部分的高度(H)与环形间隙的直径(D)的比率在0.01至0.04之间。
7、如前述权利要求1至6中任一项所述的离心泵外壳,其特征在于:布置在出口(4)后缘(7)的凸出部分(9)伸入出口(4)和与其相连的出口管(5)中。
8、如前述权利要求1至7中任一项所述的离心泵外壳,其特征在于:许多个凸出部分分布在外壳(1)上的环形间隙圆周边上。
