本发明公开一种不停电换表插拔座及用于插拔座的连接器。所述的不停电换表插拔座包括盒体,设于盒体上设有间隔排列的电流端子,所述的电流端子前端伸出于盒体外,所述的电流端子后端位于盒体内,所述电流端子后端的盒体上部设有插接窗口,所述的插接窗口上盖有盖板。所述的连接器包括连接座,所述的连接座下部设有至少一对导电插脚,该二只导电插脚相互连接,在导电插脚的外部设有护脚。本发明具有电流导通率高,发热少,电能损耗小,在更换电表时可以不用断电,更换方便,快捷,应用灵活。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电能表安装座,尤其是一种不停电换表插拔座及用于插拔座的连接器。
背景技术
传统的电能表与电源导线联接通常是把导线的裸出部分塞进电能表端座孔,这种连接方式的导线与电能表端子孔的连接不牢靠,电流导通率低,散热效果差,拆装不灵活。为此,设计出了一种用于电能表标准接线的专用安装座即插拔座,以解决上述问题。但这种电能表用的插拔座在更换电能表时,需要切断电源,导致相关的电器设备停电,影响了电器设备的正常运行,对于哪些不能随意停电的电器设备更是带来严重的后果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不停电换表插拔座及用于插拔座的连接器。
本发明要解决的是现有电能表用插拔座在更换电能表时,需要切断电源,导致相关的电器设备停电,影响了电器设备的正常运行的问题。
本发明所述的不停电换表插拔座的技术方案是:它包括盒体,设于盒体上设有间隔排列的电流端子,所述的电流端子前端伸出于盒体外,所述的电流端子后端位于盒体内,所述电流端子后端的盒体上部设有插接窗口,所述的插接窗口上盖有盖板。
本发明所述的用于不停电换表插拔座的连接器的技术方案是:它包括连接座,所述的连接座下部设有至少一对导电插脚,该二只导电插脚相互连接,在导电插脚的外部设有护脚。
本发明的优点是:它具有电流导通率高,发热少,电能损耗小,在更换电表时可以不用断电,不影响电器设备的正常运行,更换方便,快捷。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示,本发明所述的不停电换表的插拔座包括盒体4,设于盒体4上设有四个间隔平行排列的电流端子1,所述的电流端子1前端伸出于盒体4外,所述的电流端子1后端位于盒体4内,所述电流端子1后端的盒体4上部设有插接窗口9,所述的插接窗口9上盖有盖板7。所述的各电流端子后端纵向穿过插接窗口。
所述的插接窗口9内侧边中部设有第一密封耳2,边侧设有卡勾槽11,所述的盖板7中间边侧设有第二密封耳8,边侧设有卡勾5;所述的盖板7通过卡勾5***卡勾槽11内盖合于插接窗口上,盖合后第一密封耳2和第二密封耳8叠合,所述的第一密封耳2和第二密封耳8上设有固定孔3。
所述的盒体4前侧沿边为弧形边,所述的盒体4的边侧设有边线孔10,沿边线孔处的盒体上设有边保护塑齿;所述的盒体4前侧设有前线孔6,沿前线孔6处的盒体上设有前保护塑齿。
本发明所述的一种用于不停电换表插拔座用的连接器,包括连接座,所述的连接座下部设有二对间隔的导电插脚,每对插脚包括二只间隔平行排列的导电插脚且该二只导电插脚相互连接,在导电插脚的外部设有护脚18。所述的导电插脚为倒U型插脚。连接器上二对导电插脚的间距与不停电换表的插拔座电流端子的间距相匹配。
所述的每对导电插脚由内弹簧片15和外弹簧片16拼合而成。所述的内弹簧片15二端部分别设有内R型脚,所述的外弹簧片16二端分别设有外R型脚。内弹簧片15和外弹簧片16拼合后,内弹簧片一端的内R型脚对着外弹簧片同一端的外R型脚,构成该对导电插脚中的一只,内弹簧片另一端的内R型脚对着外弹簧片另一端的外R型脚,构成该对导电插脚中的另一只,该对导电插脚由于内弹簧片的二端和外弹簧片的二端是导通的,所以该对导电插脚也是导通的。
所述的连接座包括前盖14和后盖13,所述的前盖14和后盖13相互盖合。所述的盒体4边侧设有LED指示灯12,所述的LED指示灯12与导电插脚连接。所述的连接座上设有二个握手孔17。
本发明的使用方法是:当需要更换电能表时,打开不停电换表插拔座上插接窗口的盖板,露出插接窗口,然后把连接器的倒U型插脚***到露在插板窗口内的四个电流端子上,这时电流端子二二连通,LED指示灯点亮;在拔出电能表时,仍能保护电源接通,这样就可在不停电的状态下直接更换电能表。更换电能表完成后,拔下连接器,并把不停电换表插拔座的盖板盖上,重新对密封耳密封即可。

1.一种不停电换表插拔座,包括盒体,设于盒体上设有间隔排列的电流端子,其特征在于所述的电流端子前端伸出于盒体外,所述的电流端子后端位于盒体内,所述电流端子后端的盒体上部设有插接窗口,所述的插接窗口上盖有盖板;所述的电流端子有四个,平行间隔排列于盒体上,所述的各电流端子后端纵向穿过插接窗口;所述的插接窗口内侧边中部设有第一密封耳,边侧设有卡勾槽,所述的盖板中间边侧设有第二密封耳,边侧设有卡勾;所述的盖板通过卡勾***卡勾槽内盖合于插接窗口上,盖合后第一密封耳和第二密封耳叠合,所述的第一密封耳和第二密封耳上设有固定孔;所述的盒体前侧沿边为弧形边,所述的盒体的边侧设有边线孔,沿边线孔处的盒体上设有边保护塑齿;所述的盒体前侧设有前线孔,沿前线孔处的盒体上设有前保护塑齿。
2.一种用于不停电换表插拔座的连接器,包括连接座,其特征在于所述的连接座下部设有至少二只导电插脚,该二只导电插脚相互连接,在导电插脚的外部设有护脚;所述的导电插脚呈弧形抱合状;所述的一对导电插脚由内弹簧片和外弹簧片拼合而成,所述的内弹簧片二端部分别设有内R型脚,所述的外弹簧片二端分别设有外R型脚,内弹簧片和外弹簧片拼合后,内弹簧片一端的内R型脚对着外弹簧片同一端的外R型脚,构成一对导电插脚中的一只,内弹簧片另一端的内R型脚对着外弹簧片另一端的外R型脚,构成一对导电插脚中的另一只;所述的连接座包括前盖和后盖,所述的前盖和后盖相互盖合;不停电换表插拔座的盒体边侧设有LED指示灯,所述的LED指示灯与导电插脚连接;所述的连接座上设有二个握手孔。
